Joe in the Performance shop was the best. I went to Joe when I had a significant problem on a car that I bought in Michigan and brought to California. Joe knew exactly what I needed and was on it from the moment we talked. I talked with Joe several times before I took the car to him and in each time he was very courteous. He did the work on the car and I expected the bill to be around $1000. To my surprise, the bill was only $200. And, to top that off, Joe noticed one side of my front bumper was pulled away from the body. Joe had his team pull the bumper cover up to match the body and it look like nothing ever happened. He did not even charge me for fixing the bumper. I don’t know what they are paying Joe but he is worth whatever they are paying him and MORE! Thank you Joe! For being so good at your job!

Car was due for service after completing a month long road trip. It was very simple setting up an appointment and was able to get in sooner than I thought I would with a holiday weekend starting.Trevor, who was the service manager I worked with, showed me different levels of the maintenance schedule I was needing along with the oil and filter changes I knew were needed because of my recent trip. Absolutely no pressure was put on me on what to do, just the factual information. He asked me if I had a timeline of when I would like it back and he exceeded that.The Lyft ride home and back to the shop were really appreciated Much better than waiting for a shuttle driver to do it.
I received fast service the technician took time to explain things to me. I also liked the waiting room it was clean and they give you free fresh coffee while you wait . I received good customer service skills from everyone there while l was for waiting at the car dealership to have a repair done it was a good experience which is a rare thing.
Took my truck to the dealer for scheduled maintenance because I wanted it done right. You dont spend alot of money on a vehicle and then skimp on taking care of it.Scheduling was easy online, they had many slots available. Checking in was easy as well. Normally I work with Travis but today I worked with Chad. Chad did a great job! I came in because my oil life was low and he walked me through things that needed attention. The video walkthrough is a fantastic tool and lets my truck is in good shape. Future Chevrolet always treats me good!

Ive always used them for my performance upgrades but this was my first experience since they had new employees running the department. And Id have to say thumbs up to Joe he had my vehicle done way before I expected and he was very easy to deal with and answered any questions I had. So thanks Joe and all be back when Im ready to add big power.
Heath and Shelton in the Service Dept were excellent and attentive. I had an issue with a rattling noise in a headrest. Heath and his techs took the time to troubleshoot the problem and send a note to GM for the repairs. I recommend Heath, Shelton or Weaver for your service advisor needs.
I dealt with a few employees, Larry Tate, Rob Kemp and Allen Sailors. I had my motor cover and struts painted to match car and it’s beautiful. The work is perfect and I was in and out with the way they scheduled the install!
I have always had great experiences here in the past, but today had a few issues. 1st, I had my 2011 2500 HD Denali pickup in for a factory recall for the air bag. I also had an issue with starting a few times in the last few weeks and had to prime the fuel filter manually to get it to start. My issues today are two-fold, one is after 4 hours it was determined that they did not have the air bag for my truck even in stock! Wasted day as I will have to bring it back when they get the proper parts. The second MAJOR issue I have is that I had paid for an extended warranty on this vehicle 3 years ago and knew that it was expiring yesterday 7/26/21. I had attempted to contact the Finance Dept for over a week to renew it and got no return phone calls. I finally reached someone yesterday who was helpful, but I expressed my concern about the expiration date and my truck coming in the day after with a problem. Didn’t seem to be an issue. Today when I brought it in I was told that it expired and that Ally would not consider any exceptions.. so now I get a $643.00 bill for some thing that should have cost me a $50.00 deductible!! I would expect the dealership to step up and make this right. I will say that the employees I dealt with were all friendly and professional. Dennis

And I even got sent a video of my car with a mechanic explaining what I might want to keep an eye on in the future. My car was ready on time, and everyone was super friendly. I went in to get my trailer brake controller programmed. Other people on YouTube have said that Ford dealers charge $40-$45 to do this future Chevrolet gave me a estimate of up to $400. They said that the trailer break and turn lights were not working and they weren’t unable to fix that. They charged me $350 and didn’t fix anything I looked into it and found that the fuse controlling the lights was blown and for seven dollars I fixed it. I was totally ripped off!!
This is Derrick Lopez. I brought my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado in back in April 16th 2021. I had issues with my truck engine. Jon Rogers helped me out over the top from the beginning!! And found out it was the transmission. Throughout the weeks before getting my truck back. Jon kept in touch every few days with updates. He was very professional throughout the whole process and answered any questions I asked. Even when I brought my truck back the next day because there was a leak and it was only my cap not being tightened enough. Jon had the mechanic come out to fix and talk to me. Overall Jon was great and exceeded my expectations. You need to promote this guy!! Thank you Jon!!

Less than 24 hours after buying a brand new $50k+ truck from them, I discovered an area on the interior that was either defective or had been poorly repaired prior to me purchasing it. Chevy is not willing to replace the part (interior door panel), instead, they are offering to have it repaired. This is incredibly disappointing

My boyfriend kept trying to get in touch with the guy Jeff and he kept dodging my boyfriends calls until he had to call the actual dealership it’s self. In all I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a car here just flat out terrible service

Ive also never experienced any come back issues like I have with another Chevy dealership. Not naming names. Kuni Chevrolet. Anyways Ive worked with Chad Weaver and my mom has as well and we have good experiences with him. Well be going here regularly until our move to Alabama next year.

The service department was great. My advisor was Chad Weaver. Had a problem with my Chevy volt not charging. Called another dealership first but was told that the soonest I could get an appointment was two weeks out and they didnt care at all that I couldnt charge my car. Then called performance got a hold of Chad and he got me in that day. Part was in stock and car was repaired in one day. All under warranty. Thanks Chad I will definitely be trusting them with my car form now on.

I loves the sales team here at Performance, between my husband and I weve purchased 3 vehicles here but the service department seriously lacks. Everytime I bring my car here its a crazy wait time. I literally was the first in line when they opened the gates for an oil change and was told it would be more than two hours and that I should leave my car. I made an appointment through the warranty department on my brand new Traverse and was told by the lady just because I make an appointment doesnt mean there arent appointments from the following day that have carried over, what! Again I was told to just leave my car its going to be over half the day. Rather than make appointments why dont you ask customers to leave their vehicles for the day when they are calling to make an appointment. If it werent for the warranties on our vehicles I most definitely would stop coming here. Last year on our Chevy Silverado when I brought it in I asked for them make sure they did the tire rotation. Again left the vehicle with them in the morning. I get a phone call just before 5 pm saying the car was ready buy they were unable to do the tire rotation because there is some ware on the inside of your tire and I should get a new tire as soon as possible, we dont carry that size...Wait what?! Arent you a service department, who had my car all day? Needless to say we had major front end work done after taking it to Les Schwab who let us know exactly what was wrong kudos to them. It wasnt just a damn tire we needed the inside of that tire was shredded and I shouldnt have even drove one more day on it! Maybe the Chevy Service team should go spend a day over there and see how to handle their customers.
