The drivers door handle on the inside broke and had to be replaced. Maita service technicians did a good job. They have a large airy waiting room.

I came in without an appointment because my car was making a strange noise and I had just had it serviced at a different dealership. They encouraged me to go to where I had it services last UNTIL they heard the noise. The technician pulled my car in to have it looked at, free of charge, and found that the place where it was serviced last did not tighten the lug nuts, and the sound was my loose wheel. They fixed the issue and didnt charge me a dime. Had he not pulled me in, my wheel likely would have come off my car while I was on my way to the other shop. Such a small action made a huge impact for me, thank you Maida Toyota! I never thought I would have a commitment to any service center, but I certainly do now.

2015 Rav4. Annual tune up, brakes, new tires, alignment. Extended warranty covered a new water pump. Very good service. Used my March email coupons from Toyota.

Poor service. Got there 10:50 just for a 6 month check 12:45 was told it would be at least another 40 min nothing was done. Left no work done. They said they were very busy....sorry. had they offered to take me home after1/2 hr I could understand because they knew they were busy. If I had a choice I would not go to Maita at all.

I bought my car and used Maita for every service and oil change since the purchase but today I was disappointed with the service to say the least. The oil change and tire rotation took almost three hours to get done. I asked twice about the hold-up and was told it would be ready shortly. Finally I spoke to the gentleman who checked me in and he told me the following its been ready, and we probably texted you... but TMobille is having issues.. Its not your fault . Now, I have been in the same spot in the lobby the entire time.. I asked for the update, and multiple patrons were called by the name while I patiently waited.... Ugh, so frustrating 😫.

Went for a dianostic on my car after all there excuses and tricks ended up paying over $1000 and car is returned with out a single thing fixed or explained what is wrong with it!! Beware and make sure to get repairs and dianostic checks in writing.....

Great Service. Provided a rental car even though they didnt have too. They have Uber now and you dont need to wait for a shuttle. They finished my service faster than expected. I couldnt have ask for a better experience on a 4-6 hour recall.

They make you an appointment for service but yet it still takes them 2 hours to do a simple oil change. You show up and there’s 10 more cars waiting for seemingly the same appointment time.
