I had a tire that needed replaced because the flat was in an area that couldn’t be fixed. Have bought tires there in the past and they have always checked my tire pressure for free when the tire light has come on. They do a good job and provide good service.

Normally the service is quick and very good. Today they seemed disorganized and not prompt when caring for me and my car. I hope its a singular experience.

Ramon did a great job. I had brought the car In due to a banging noise under the glove compartment that had stopped a couple of days prior. Nothing was found. I also replaced two tires and got an alignment on special. They also changed out my oil and filters. I came in early, and despite having no prior appointment, after telling Ramon I needed my car ASAP, he was able to get me out by 11am. I even got a courtesy ride both ways from my house. These guys understand customer service.

OK Tire and Automotive and the staff are incredible! My experience is always pleasantly enjoyable and Im left feeling confident my car is in great hands! This last time I came in for an oil change and was given a detailed report including photos of all findings...with smiley or sad faces indicating if an area needed attention. The inspection is a courtesy with my oil change which helps me keep my baby running smooth. Beyond their expert work...the character and customer service is always friendly and cheerful. Thank you, AGAIN, OK....maybe you should change to Incredible Tire and Automotive. ;)

These guys are awesome! Professional and upfront about pricing! Ramon and his guys fixed my timing belt, water pump AND the A/C for 950.00. Yes, its expensive BUT worth it! Knowing that your car is being worked on by professionals takes the stress out of an already stressful situation! Cant recommend them enough!

The courtesy shuttle service is an absolute life saver since theyre not open on weekends & I have to schedule service during my work week. They answer their phones. I realized that one of my tires were flat and I really needed it to be fixed cause I work as a DoorDash driver at night. They quickly answered the phone and told me to come in. They gave me an estimated time of completion and total cost. I had a dentist Appointment, but they were nice enough to pick me up. The car is perfect now! This place is awesome!

Went in for a smog check and was completely satisfied. They were fast friendly and went above and beyond in there customer service. They even heard a sound and helped diagnose it. Even though I wasnt interested in getting the issue fixed at the time there was no pressure to upsell the repairs. And because of that Ill probably go back to get the issue repaired there. I have trusted my vehicle repairs with OK Tire for over 20 years. Never disappointed. They are fair. They offer free shuttle service back home and pick up when the repair is done.

I was givin 3 different prices for a repair and when I called different shop they gave me $100 different price cheaper not impressed with ok tire they need to work on customer service and prices will not be going back

OK Tires was great. I went there the first time to get 4 new tires for my Prius. They gave me the quote and I double checked online to see the wholesale and the price was super fair. A few weeks later I got an oil change and air filter replaced. They were super quick and professional.

Ive taken many vehicles to OK Tire and Automotive over the years include a 99 Dodge Ram, 2018 Honda Accord, and more recently my 2017 Toyota Tundra. They have done everything from a new clutch to tires to oil changes and more and have always been professional and honest which I really appreciate. Their team actually calls you in a reasonable amount of time with any diagnostics, cost estimates, etc. so you dont have any surprises or are left in the dark wondering whats going on. Lastly, the free shuttle is a big convenience for getting to work while your cars in the shop. 5 stars gentlemen!

Tim and his team are great folks that have always provided me good service when I needed it. I most often use them for emissions but refer them to friends, family and fellow employees of which some use them. Best part? They pick-up your car and return it. A truly rare thing and very helpful. Had it not been for Pauls excellent vigilance this situation couldve turned in to a definite hazard and/or accident. Called OK Tire on a Thursday morning because my daughter had hit a curb and taken out a chunk of her right front tire. They said I could drop off the car same day. Went to get smog check and didnt pass first try they went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready before doing retest. Have had them work on my car several times and have always had a good experience and will continue to take my car there for service.

I ordered a set of super sport tires. They arrived in two days an install took about am hour. Great customer service on the phone and in person. If you cant make it in, they will pick up your car and drop it off when its finished. Definitely recommend these guys.

We have been taking our cars and trucks, private and business to O.K. Tires for probably 17 years. Mark (I know there are a lot of Mark’s) has probably been there at least that long and has always been extremely reliable, helpful and accurate. Never have we ever had an issue with them. So professional!Nobody has treated us better then O.K. Tire.

In November of 2018 I visited this location for an oil change and install of new battery. I was given a long list of recommended services I needed, mind you my car is 3 years old. I declined the services. My service tech was Paul. I recently went in for an oil change and my service tech was Toby. I was treated fairly and kind. None of the recommendations from the prior visit were needed. I am very skeptical about my prior service. Maybe get a second opinion if possible. Toby was awesome!

Mark and his team at Ok Tire are nothing short of world class. I just bought a new car and two days later both tires went flat unfortunately. Thankfully, they were able to solve my problem, pick me up from my apartment and take me home and to the shop hassle free. Nice customer service, I brought a tire in for a flat repair. I had the wheel in my truck. service writer grabbed the wheel and took it right in. 15 min of me hanging around and I was good to go. i used to deliver tires for a company and Ive seen a lot of places. this place is clean, friendly and from what I was watching very compitant. busy shop that has at least 15 people working.
