Great! They had super nice and helpful employees and a really good selection of craft materials. They had at least 10 or 15 different glue guns, and a huge sale on Christmas ornaments. Overall, great experience and Im a happy customer!

I love this store. I was shopping there for 2 hours. I hadnt realized what great clearance items they have. Its worth it just to shop those items at the end of each season. I bought a beautiful seasonal wreath for my front door. Its so pretty. Just saying. Lol

Joann is an awesome crafting store! They have almost everything a crafter could want and need. If you dont find it in-store, check online and have it shipped to your home or to your local store. If you want a project, check online and find some fun. Staff have ideas or there are plenty of plans, pamphlets, and books too. 👍🏽

Such a nice person (I believe her name is Bernice) was so helpful in finding a solution for an odd project I was working on. She went out of her way to look for the products that would help, and passed the time looking to ask about the project. I hardly ever shop at fabric stores, but I’m glad I stopped by this one for such friendly help.

The customer service at this location is always top notch. The store manager, Bernice, went above and beyond to help me find my phone when I misplaced it. Lindsay and Ali were also both incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you 🙏🏼

Couldnt give it a five star but let me say its a big store with huge selections to choose from. Customer service was great with plenty of hand sanitizer at the station when you enter. Will be back to shop more. You will enjoy your time.

I love going there for all my craft projects. The store is always clean and they always have good sales.

Had some good sales going on so had to stop in. Love the outdoor decor right now but refrained from buying everything! Wasnt very busy when I was there so quickly checked out with a friendly clerk.

The store has an old 80s feel almost because the building needs updating. Things are organized in neat bins and stacks accordingly but the store could have clear, visible signs with product locations.

They have lots here. But there is not a whole lot of a varieties of sports teams like before COVID you could get lots of teams, but now not very many at all and mostly just your own states teams and no othersI might live in California but I love the Yankees 😍

The in-stock in the paper crafting area was pretty wiped. Plenty paper though. Seasonal items were on sale pretty good deals.

This is the store on Arden Way. This store is not as big as the one in elk grove. But as choices go, it is almost as good. I like it for when I need a quick fix of fabrics and yarn! 😉

Friendly staff, tons of stuff. Best prices, good digital coupons, and daily sales. I am far from the industry but I still get lost in there for an hour or two every time I have the need to stop in for a yard of this or that, for a project or repair. Far better deals than anywhere else Ive been, short of wholesalers, and honestly if you cant find what you want there, its probably going to be a tough rundown. Even if I dont know what Im looking for exactly, I get loads of ideas inside and typically leave with far more than I came in for. Strong recommendation from me for sure

I went crazy when lock yourself in and only shop online its crazy how one can be around things I love glue for all sorts of projects so I bought 6 different kinds! Got the buttons I wasnt sure to get online and art projects for the littles. Spent too much time and money ! It was fun! Lots of deals and the helpful clerk helped me find the online barcode so ended up saving $ 30 % I love her! One of these days I will go back!Good selection not great but It worked out Got what I needed and way too much wants hard to excercise any self control! But thats everywhere for me!Bought some baking supplies too! Didnt see that coming! Oh what fun to have time and a credit card! Lol

I love this store! The employees are very knowledgeable. I have been searching for weighted beads for a blanket I am sewing. At JoAnn in Sacramento employee told me they didnt have this item. I assumed that this store would be the same but had to at least check. I asked the first person I saw and she was able to show me exactly where these beads were, (not in an aisle I would ever think to look in!!) Not to mention the beads were half off with coupon, always opportunities to save money if you take advantage of the many coupons, and if you shop here regularly I suggest checking out JoAnns APP it is very convenient and can save even more!!!! I also couldnt believe this hair clip was $1.50!!!I also had an issue with a class back in January, however I told the cashier, Echo came up right away and was able to get everything figured out for me! She is so nice and is very helpful I have had nothing but a positive experience Everytime I have had the pleasure of dealing with her.

I used to work at Joann’s in Oregon and Idaho so I know how things work around here and overall they have great customer service and very organized!

They have got to do something about their disgusting bathrooms. The floors look like they havent been mopped in years. Theres always trash everywhere. Super gross.

Nothing to complain about. Tje store is mostly well kept. If I had a complaint it would be the line at the back cutting table. There always seems to be a line. Other than that, the staff is friendly and there seems to be something new to look at each time I come in. (Too bad I dont have all day, every day, for crafting!)

Descent selection, but a lot of empty shelves, the store clerks could take a class in customer service, very abrupt, felt like I was bothering them. Their only saving grace was the cashier was pleasant and we bought what we came for.

Due to the Covid19, its hard to get any decent fabric here. And online, you have to get a minimal yard count. Just wished I can order what I truly need online, instead of buying more than what I need. But Joanne fabrics has always been one of my favorite craft store nevertheless.

I always find a deal on great fabric! They are always helpful, and get you the fabric you want! For example I bought this lace fabric in a seafoam color, and they were able to help me find it in pink and white to make other dresses!

Put back on hold until the phone started ringing again then be hung up on is ridiculous! Your stores are not making the same money as before & with service like this it wont. Nice place. Very clean and organized. Helpful staff everywhere in this large store. I have not purchased fabric in years, but this year I was buying material so I could be Popee and husband could be Lorax from our grandsons favorite cartoon or Tuney as he calls this. I did not know how to get fabric so I asked how does this work and woman next to me said you need to sign up on the list and place your bolts on the counter. At my age im looking for a paper sign in sheet when another woman said no its the machine there. Oh, ok. I punch my first and last name in and wait for mine to show on the overhead screen. No name shows up and after two or three more people get helped I ask if I missed my name being called. When all of a sudden the nice lady behind the counter calls another cutting helper and instructs her to help me next. Wow! I was shocked and blown away. I expected to have to wait for 6 or 7 more women to be served while I tried to add my name to the machine a second time. But nope...kind lady behind the counter saw how long I had been there and did not make me wait. I just love that lady. Thank you!

Love this store. Always tidy. Sometimes its rough to find someone to assist, but theyre all super helpful. Cashiers are efficient.And yarn. So much yarn. I once got frustrated I couldnt find a certain orange, so I went to Michaels, and there was like three colors and two brands. Never again!Also, coupons. The cashiers are great about scanning every possible coupon, unlike other stingy establishments that will take one or roll their eyes if you have a bucket of them to go through. They just scan them all and if they work they work.Hooray arts and crafts.

Place was really clean and the aisle were well lit. Staff helped me find the items that I vaguely remember but they helped me narrow it down to the specific material I was looking for.It wasnt busy and the lines were all clear. Staff member offered the coupons online and helped me save more.Doing this helped me that I can rely on them when it comes to the customer interests.

This location is amazing & the people that work there are fantastic!! They also usually have more/different fabric than the other local locations. And, there were big improvements with the recent remodel & I love the new self-serve price checkers, along with the new carts.

I frequent this store a LOT but that is gonna change. The cashier was SUPER RUDE. If thats the way she is gonna talk to costumers im not coming back. There is ways you talk to people. We are not your grandchildren.

Super place to browse and look for various craft items so many items to choose from and too the fabrics my girl loves to browse there.. only wish floor personnel were more available when you have a question about a certain item seems like you have to hunt them down when needed.. nice place though.!

I needed a cutting of a fabric and I took the bolt to the table. I told the clerk what I needed and she said she was busy. She was measuring out some fabric for a lady who left to go find some scissors. The clerk worked at a very slow pace, cut the fabric, folded it then proceeded to wrap the bolt back up and put it into a bin. Now 10min have passed and another clerk came and I told her what I needed. She informed me they dont give cuttings anymore. I turned to the first clerk and asked her why she didnt tell me that in the first place. She said I didnt tell her. I needed that to show a client I am having a chair recovered for. She did that on purpose and she is a liar. I would never let that slovenly woman wait on me again.
