This is my first time getting married.This was my experience asking for a weeding boutique...I send an email with some referencesOne was a fake flower boutique to reference colors.Next one was REAL FLOWERS.Rather then email back and fourth. I decided to walk in to discuss flowers.The first woman who was very welcoming.The next was not at all..Then Michelle the woman who i was emailing comes out.We were discussing flowers.I said I will go with a fall boutique.She says what colors would you like I said I would like fall colors and asked for red and orange.She then says I cant promise you the colors...then why ask what I was wanting?Then she becomes extremely frustrated and says with her hands on her face this is last minute Im extremely busy.That wasnt my problem this is a flower shop business why say you would take an order if its last minute then take your frustration out on me.I already suffer from major anxiety.This whole situation was unprofessional. To be 100 % honest made me feel stupid if that was your staffs intention you nailed it...Not welcoming nor helpful...I took my business elsewhere and they took everything I wanted and showed me examples even as a walk in....I felt judged and rushed never will do businesses here again....

Im pleased I went with the ones from the flower shop. When it came to entertaining me, the employees treated me with appreciation and gratitude. I also enjoy the floral arrangement, which enticed me to buy it. They were lovely to look at and smelt fantastic. It was the perfect gift for my mothers birthday. Thank you so much!

I typically order a corsage from Bel Air each year for an event for a coworker. Bel Air could not make one in time for the event (I procrastinated) and recommended this florist to me.G Rossi was able to use a very short amount of time to construct a corsage, but I fear that this short amount of time is why I ended up paying $38 for old discolored flowers, a slap wrist bracelet closure and a plate looking bed of leaves for the roses.I wish I would have made time to order from Bel Air sooner.

I needed a florist to make a same-day delivery, and I knew what style I wanted, so I read reviews and found G Rossi. Im not a flower expert, but could describe what I wanted. The person on the phone was courteous, helpful, efficient - I knew I had picked the right place. That was a week or so ago, and my girlfriend is still talking about the flowers. They were great. The birds of paradise are still on display, as are some of the other longer-lasting blooms. They helped me run with an idea and turn it into something solid - what else could I need?

G Rossi Florist did my wedding flowers April 16th and I could not have been more impressed! We built our own center pieces using the wholesale department and then they stored them in their refrigerator and brought them to the venue day off. Randy did the ladies bouquets, guys boutonnieres, wedding ceremony flowers and a flower hair piece for myself. Everything was exceptionally beautiful and exactly what I wanted!!

What can I say that other reviews havent? The people here are amazing. A few months ago, I forgot to get my wife something for her birthday. It was 6 PM on Friday. They were closed, but I decided to call anyways, and amazingly someone picks up. Kindly says that theyre last delivery was complete. I tell her my story, she laughs and says shell try her best. My wife calls me an hour later and says its the most beautiful flowers shes every received. Long story short, G Rossi keeps marriages together. Ha.Thank you, G Rosssi.

Ive bought flowers on the regular (5-6 times a year) for the past decade from Rust Florist, which recently closed. Had an occasion today to make a bouquet and needed a new florist. After major fails at Relles, and also Twigs, went to this downtown location and was blown away by their helpfulness and their quality. Will be returning. Thanks for a painless, perfect experience.

Love this place! I was running late for my gfs graduation and it was 5 pm. That was the time they closed. Right when I drove by, the place was still open. I walked in the thank god they were still open. They have 2 very nice lady that worked there and they got what I want. I recommend this place to anyone who is running late for something but make sure you call this place if you know you are running late!!
