Elisha assisted me with finding the best mattress for my back pain. I got a great deal and quick delivery. I purchased on Friday and it was delivered Sunday. Elisha provided excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable. Edgar delivered my mattress today in the rain! I didn’t know it would rain today but I appreciate his service. I would highly recommend you shop there because I had purchased a new mattress for my apartment but found out it would not be shipping until weeks later. We had terrific help from Elisha Ross. We called to ask about a mattress that we had seen reviewed very favorably, and Elisha suggested that we might not be interested in that mattress in a box. She suggested a few other options, and so we decided to visit the store. She was absolutely right that we didnt like the mattress in a box that we had selected based on online reviews, and so it was obvious that a phone call with her and a visit to the store made a big difference. We spent about 30 minutes with Elisha testing out options and found one that suited us and our needs perfectly. Im so glad that I left Ashley Furniture store and came to this (very awkwardly located) place. Ill be honest I didnt have very high hopes after dealing with Ashley Furniture. But Elisha really made this experience so much better! She didnt give me a sales person uncomfortable vibe. She sold me with her friendly personality and knowledge of the product. So we started out looking at furniture/mattress places near us, but prices were a little steep while quality of beds were low. Stopped by mattress firm and was immediately greeted by the manager (JD I believe) even though he was busy. Looked around and found the purple mattress, my gf fell in love instantly. Fast and easy all you have to do is answer a few questions about how you sleep and they bring you to the beds that fit your sleeping needs. They can also work with in your budget. Any questions or request I had they could answer/meet and once I chose the bed I want they found the best deals for beds and bed frames. Saving me more money with the budget I had. (Note: I wont lie the testing of beds is strange but you can ask the staff to point out the beds they recommend and try them out by yourself.) Total time: 30-45 minutes

Great shopping and buying experience at the Mattress Firm store on Arden. The store manager J.D. was able to quickly determine our needs in a new bed, show us the applicable choices, and then allowed us all the time to make our decision with absolutely no pressure to buy now. J.D. gave us a great price on a new mattress and adjustable bed. We went home to think about it. When I looked up our choice on the internet I confirmed what a good deal we would be getting. We went back later in the week and purchased our new bed. It was delivered and setup two days later with no hassles. I strongly recommend this store.

Walked in and were helped immediately. Elisha showed us, and had us test, all the different grades of mattresses for comparison. It’s nice to have so many great choices. She is such a knowledgeable salesperson, she made the shopping and purchase so easy. The icing on the cake was that the mattress was delivered to our house an hour and a half after got back home.

We had done some online research before coming in so we knew a few things we were looking for but wanted to try out a mattress before committing. She showed us a traditional mattress style first and listened to our feedback. Based on our response she next had us try out a memory foam like mattress with cooling technology - talk about a game changer! She asked us about our price point and gave us a few other options that were also within that range with similar features. Lastly she showed us the purple hybrid 3 mattress and all I can say is: I didn’t know it was possible to fall in love with a mattress until this moment. She gave us a price quote and a great deal then told us we could take our time before making the purchase. Needless to say we went to lunch and then immediately came back to finalize the deal. I am so glad we purchased from Elisha at Mattress Firm instead of doing an online sale. Everything about the experience was worth it and if I needed more mattresses I’d return for their quality business service any day.

Justin was really helpful in explaining the differences between mattresses over the phone. My father had a major surgery done and the new mattress we originally bought wasn’t working out - so, Justin quickly offered to exchange the mattress and explained our options based on my dad’s previous mattress preferences. I really appreciated the help, especially since my dad can’t go into the store himself.
