This company is a joke!They recently purchased our account when they acquired a local route we were on. I had used the previous provider for over 10 years without issue. They made their initial delivery of 4 bottles and a welcome letter with samples. After three weeks of not receiving any new bottles I contacted them via telephone as was told we would be getting a delivery the following week. Unfortunately that never happened. I attempted to contact them again but there phone system was being updated and could not process my call. I then received a collection notice for over $350 for unpaid services and equipment they never provided. I again contacted them via phone and mailed their corporate office to no avail. I finally connected with a representative via telephone as was told they could not help me because the account was in collections. However she was willing to schedule a pickup for the equipment and empty bottles. As you can see in the attached picture the bottles and tank have been on my porch since April 22nd. Their BS collections company continues to harass me in spite of me having proof this debt is illegitimate. You can literally see the old service providers bottle in the photo. They gave me four bottles of water and are trying to collect $350+ ad have been none responsive for months!DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Just called Readyfresh to finish up a billing issue for account closure. There is. $4.50 charge to speak to a representative. Incredible, they announce this on the greeting. That is an example of their haphazard way of doing business. Glad I’m no longer doing business with them.

Do not get this service! we had an account with a localbusiness that closed and they automatically transferred our account to ready refresh. worst service! the water is never on time, they’ll miss deliveries without updates and are not easy to get ahold of (plus charge if you try calling). keep your business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service & shady company. They’re charging me for a subscription service I CANCELLED and never received any products or benefits from. I’ve requested to speak to someone over the phone several times and they’ve ignored every request & they hang up when I call to speak to someone. It’s sad that a company can treat their customers like this a stay in business.

Very cool people. Got checked in really fast. Once you make the turn to enter the property you need to stop at that gate. You need to haveSafety vestP.U #Then you will be told to pull in and park on the right hand side of the lot. Check in is by door 6.

Wow such a lier company . The guy at costco encouraging people to sign up for free delivery of 4 bottle of water just only charge $19.46 but later on when sign up my account this lier and cheater company charge delivery fee @$7.95 and 4 bottle for $25.96 . There is a big difference . Its a shame for employee who works for this company because your salary is coming by cheating people . Please think twice to work for a lier company .

I ordered service on a Thursday and was delighted to see my delivery was for the next day. I took the morning off work to accept the delivery, I did not buy bottled water for the weekend, waited ALL day... nobody ever came. I checked website and they moved my delivery date to the following Monday. I again, took Monday morning off, waited ALL day... finally called them. The operator said they would be out for delivery by end of week. I told her I thought it ridiculous just cancel my order altogether. Rather than attempt to “save” my new account, she canceled my order.I wrote to customer service explaining my frustration and they sent back a blanket email staring they “see a customer service rep took car of my request “.No customer service!!!!! You failed!

Came in appointment time 1100 got on door 1115 out at 1152 .Thanks for the cold water 💧

I love Nestle. the factory manager here is all-american and flies more than one flag - like 6.

They have a smartass working the front desk (02/29/16, 3p); I wasnt asking to come and get loaded when I wanted and understand that appointments are set for a reason... I just wanted the time clarified for my ten hour break.Lot is too tight, and they dont know how to answer the phone it seems(called four times).

Always a fast load time. Free water available to the driver inside recieving and shipping office.
