I do not typically write reviews but my experience with Imagine That was so good, I had to say something. If you are looking for a very high quality pool table at an amazingly affordable price, this is the place. I have been wanting a table for years but hesitant to buy one because I thought our basement was too narrow and I did not want to downsize to a 7 foot table. Not that a 7 foot table is bad, but I grew up playing an 8 foot home table. I found Imagine That Pool tables on line and could not believe the price for the quality of table. The reviews of Josh were also quite impressive and I looked forward to meeting with him for this purchase. Unfortunately when we finally decided to get our table, Josh was quarantined from a trip overseas thanks to coronavirus. His wife however, met with us and was fantastic. When it came to choosing the size of the table I was still nervous, but Josh was nice enough to take a call on a Saturday while we were in the showroom with his wife and we discussed the dimensions and he felt an 8 foot table would be fine. He was absolutely right. The table is better than I expected. He also gave us a couple 52 inch cues, just in case, but we rarely need to use them. The set up crew did a great job. It was fun watching my table being built . The room was clean when they left and they even prepped the tips on 2 of my cues that I had purchased. Our table went in the day before home lock down so all of our kids are currently stuck at home, but this has been a great opportunity to enjoy our new table and have some great family time. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I had done the research prior to showing up there so I knew about what I wanted. The team and setup products on site made my decision very easy to make. The facility was not that far from the freeway. And my service with that particular unit was within a week. Overall great service, installation, and team all around. I highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with imagine that pool tables, would highly recommend! If you want top notch quality, with excellent pricing and customer service then this is the place. I spoke with Josh several times with tons of questions and he walked me through all the options. Josh even FaceTimed me to show me all of the different felt colors, tables and package that was included in the purchase. This was awesome because with quarantine In place, I was able to see exactly what I wanted and what it would look like without having to leave my house! The installation was seamless, we set up a delivery date and they came in and set everything up perfectly. We went with an 8 foot Kruger - tapered legs w/ navy blue felt. It has added so much fun to our place and looks amazing. Thank you!

Josh was great! He helped us pick a table and felt, and recommended different accessories to complete our pool room. He was thoughtful and upgraded our table to help us out without pushing for add on sales. He solves for you as a customer and you can tell he wants you to really enjoy the table that you purchase. We will go to this shop for all future pool table related needs!

I recently purchased a pool table thru Imagine that and I couldnt have had a more enjoyable experience with a local business. Josh and Katie gave incredible customer service with a smile.My son and I had been playing on a wood surface, fairly cheap table for a number of years. I decided to purchase a slate surface table that also would add to the look in the front room. I also didnt want to buy on-line and sought out a local pool table business.First, I was surprised that there arent many places to buy a pool table in Sacramento. I googled and stopped by Imagine That and met Joshua. We had a very laid back comfortable interaction about what table I might purchase. I left without buying.What I found so impressive about Imagine That is that the table I purchased way not part of the Imagine That inventory. I called to see if Joshua/Katie would be willing to track the table down and hoped to purchase thru Imagine That. Within a couple weeks our new beautiful table arrived and the installation was also quite pleasant - really nice people. We also received an awesome accessory kit with balls, sticks, etc. which I didnt expect.I highly recommend Imagine That if your looking for a pool table!!!!

They were very professional and helpful while I was deciding which table to go with. The store location was not to hard to find and they had some tables set up so you can get a better idea of the products. I got a great deal and theyre veteran upgrades were awesome. I highly recommend them. Oh, the installation crew was also great. The tables perfect.

Ive been with my husband for over a decade and underestimated how much he loves pool. He always talked about getting a dining room table that was also a pool table. I thought it would be a cool piece of furniture and didnt think much of it.We bought our new house and needed a new dining room table. Perfect chance to make my husbands long time dream a reality! I wanted a nice dining room table that you couldnt tell was also a pool table. I was a little skeptical about ordering something like this online. Ive bought furniture online that ended up being flimsy when purchased and assembled. We found Imagine That Pool Tables.Josh made the process so easy. We called to schedule a viewing and he was flexible with our schedule. We went and he showed us all kinds of options and helped us pick the perfect table. It helped a lot seeing them in person. Theres all kinds of felt options for the tables like the inside color and I think the hardest choice was whether we wanted bright red or bright blue (we got red). We also got a matching bench to store the pool supplies and a ping pong table top. Party house!These tables are no joke! The day it arrived, we had a strong father daughter team assemble the table. This table is high quality. They had a whole operation putting this thing together. Im so glad I got to sit back and watch instead of ordering online and trying to do this myself!!Its so fun when the baby goes to bed to put on music and causally play a few rounds of pool with my husband. The table looks like a nice dining room table by day and its a legit pool table by night!Highly recommend Imagine That Pool Tables. Easy buying experience and an awesome purchase.

I looked for a pool table online and found one I liked, but the giant retailers had bad reviews for shipping and were extremely expensive for installation. I called Imagine That Pool Tables, they shaved a thousand dollars off the price and upgraded the ball set. The installation was great and everything is perfect. If I have a problem, I can call them directly. Dont buy from a big company online that outsources installation and overcharges. Buy local.

This is my SECOND pool table purchase from Josh. I had such a great experience that I returned when it was my time to purchase another. I recently purchased a new home and wanted a different style of table. I also wanted a dining room table top option. Josh helped me pick out the right table with the top and a great dining bench/storage bench as well. Josh went above and beyond with his service. He helped me sell my previous table (HUGE HELP as I was moving and didn’t want to put my old table in storage), he was extremely patient with helping me pick out the right style and colors, he always answered my texts promptly and remained in touch throughout the whole process, he also was extremely flexible when I needed to meet him at the shop, and when we needed to swap out a slightly damaged section of the dining top he came to my home and delivered a whole new set. I shopped around the Sacramento area for a new pool table and found Imagine That Pool Tables on line, then went to their shop at 5071 Kelton Way in Sacramento. There I met Josh who was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I bought the Estate model and love it. I had looked at the same table at two other shops and received the best price from Josh. It was professionally installed by Imagine That Pool Tables installers who were excellent, on time, and did a great job. Josh gave me a great deal on an option package. Again, I had shopped around and Josh and crew were the best price, experience, service and product. AWESOME!

The guys from Kingdom Billiards/Imagine That Pool Tables did a great job setting us up with the perfect pool table for us.We have a large great room setup upstairs in our cabin in Truckee. Instead of filling it with extra living room furniture - boring - we thought it would be fun to have a pool table there but wanted the option to turn it into a dining room table when we had a big crowd over. Josh knew just what we needed and set us up with a beautiful piece of furniture/art/pool table that doubles as a BIG dining room table when the need arises - like when we got married at the cabin in January!Its been a lot of fun having the pool table right up where spend our time - the installation was professional - fast and perfectly done.

We had our Kingdom billiards table moved and the name plate on the rail was damaged in the process. I called Josh to see if I could purchase a new name plate and he went above and beyond. He was able to find me a perfect name plate off of a damaged rail he had and mailed it to me at no charge. The best customer service period. Thank you Josh.

Im not one who takes the time to do reviews, but when customer service goes beyond exceptional, I feel compelled to let people know.We bought a pool table from Josh a few years ago and just recently added the table top (highly recommend). The first table we bought didnt fit quite perfectly, so I called Josh. He insisted on unboxing another one, laying it out on one of their pool tables to make sure it was perfect, and then he went out of his way to deliver it to our house, saving us a second trip to his showroom. He left both table tops at our home and told us to take our time to make sure all the leafs fit perfectly, and when we were ready, he would come pick up the remaining leafs. As promised, he picked up the first table top, and then hands me a gift card to a local restaurant for my family and I to eat at!Anyone that is considering buying a pool table or table top from Imagine that pool tables, I can assure you the level of service you will receive, will not only be second to none, but their prices were the lowest of all the local competitors. We bought a new 7 table (King David) with Euro Blue felt from Josh a few months ago. It is absolutely beautiful and performs wonderfully. The service we received from Josh and his set up crew was top notch and we couldnt be happier! The price was also good :-)I would also definitely recommend upgrading to the marble pool balls - will be worth it!

Imagine That was the perfect choice for our pool table. We did lots of research on tables, table construction, materials, etc. Kingdom Billiards makes their tables the right way, and we felt good about that. We went into the showroom with something in mind and left with a completely different, yet absolutely amazing table. They were flexible with installation and Josh was very helpful with solutions for our limited space room. There was a slight mix up during installation with the side rails, and it was taken care of above and beyond- without us even asking! This company operates with integrity, and that makes all the difference in todays world. Not only is our pool table a gorgeous piece of furniture, but its functional to entertain with! The Muma family truly took care of us. The entire process was easy and we would not only recommend Imagine That, but we would buy again!
