Went in for a nose and a tragus piercing and had THE BEST time! This is the friendliest shop I’ve ever been in. I wanted to get the helix areas on both my ears done; and I explained to them how I once got one ear done before at general jewelry location but at that store they used a piercing gun instead of a needle which cause a little trama to my ear and left a scar. At Poke A Dotz they were professional and made me feel very safe and welcome. The process was easy and fast. And they explained the proper procedure to piercing care and more. Will definitely be going back for future services and probably get a tattoo from there too.

I came in last Friday and got my nipple and surface tragus pierced along with pressure jewelry for my daith all done by Diana. I can not tell you how impressed and happy I was. Diana is the absolute sweetest and she walked me through everything. She made sure I was comfortable and was super patient. I got my nose pierced here and I love it. It’s a super clean and friendly environment! Staff is so nice and welcoming. And their jewelry is really worth the price! I always get compliments on it and for those who are sensitive to jewelry make sure you let them know so they can sell you the right one. I’ve had it in and I haven’t reacted to it at all!

I came in last minute... maybe about an hr and a half before closing and the girls were super sweet! I was very nervous to get my septum pierced. I also wanted to get some tooth gems but decided to come back another day for those. Anyways, my piercer was Diana. She was super sweet and honestly she was so gentle I felt very little pain, but then again Im a weenie. She accommodated to my allergy to stainless steel and upgraded me to a titanium hoop (an additional charge but so worth it). I left loving my new piercing. Also they have a lot of really cute and affordable jewelry to adorn your face or body! Definitely coming back for my tooth gems!Terrible pictures lmao but my ring is so cute! I wanted something snug and it matches my other nose hoop!

I got my nose re-pierced last Sunday and my piercer was amazing. It went super quick, didn’t even feel a thing and they had super cute jewelry to pick from. I was looking for a place to get my baby girls ears pierced & I was recommended by a piercer friend to come to this place. I’m glad I listened. I left the place satisfied, my baby girl felt comfortable as we were talked through the process. She was super gentle & Ofcourse patient with my baby since she is 3M took her time with marking the spot & made sure I was satisfied as well. Definitely coming to get more piercings for myself . Everyone was extremely nice, attentive & communicative.

They have lot of options here and some that are hypoallergenic for people with sensitive skin. They are so cute, whether you are looking for stud or any other piercing jewelry. My friends also like coming here to get their piercing done and to buy the jewelries. It’s very nice with the art everywhere and it’s clean! So far i’ve gone there three times for my double helix, double nasal and then for my flat and helix, i used to go to emerald and i will say they are just as friendly if not more. they have more piercers on staff so you in and out fairly quick and it’s always a welcoming experience. i’ve gotten a consult on a piercing and she explained everything about the placement for it in depth which i love. can’t wait to go back for more

My experience at poke dotz has always been great and I’ve never had a problem. The piercer was absolutely amazing and super nice when I went in yesterday for my industrial. The piercer made sure everything was clean and made sure I liked the placement of my piercing and as well as assured that I was okay when she was piercing. Over all great experience and I love my new industrial thank you so much!

Got helix pierced on both ears about two weeks ago. Very happy with experience in the shop, friendly staff. Very busy but was in and out within 30 minutes. All female piercers. Will definitely be coming back for more. Has healed very well so far. They also have beautiful jewelry options. Only complaint was miscommunication regarding price. I saw that text messages were ok to send, sent in request for price but did not receive a response until four days later (way after I had already gone into the shop). They were very busy when I went into the shop so I understand. I ended up calling before I got in and asked how much for both helix but was told per ear price. So price ended up being twice what I expected but it was ok, still very reasonably priced.

Did a walk in piercing. The wait was short and the piercer was very helpful. All the employees were really nice and educational. 10 out of 10.

I recently found this shop a few months ago and I loved the environment, everyone is very sweet and knowledgeable about what there doing. I first came in a few months ago and got my doubles and my orbital and I love them, the placement was perfect. I just went back today to get my triples on my lobe, I was helped by Diana. She was super sweet and got me in and out really fast while not rushing me out the door. I also like that it’s all women piercers, I personally makes me feel more comfortable. It’s a great place to get piercings done, I’ll be going back to get more done hopefully soon!!!

I took my son (9) to get his ears pierced and we met Eve, she was AMAZING. She is so great with kids and explained the process to him every step of the way, to make him more comfortable with what was going on. I highly recommend her. I go here for all my piercings, this place is amazing. The girls are all so cheerful and make the experience fun and light. They reinstalled my surface piercing quickly and only charged $10! They are always ready to answer any questions you may have. Not to mention their jewelry selection is diverse and AMAZING!

Ive gotten two piercings done here and each time I felt so welcomed! I was a walk in each time and they sat me down immediately after filling out the paperwork. The place was super cleanly and the women working there made me feel so comfortable. The piercings were done perfectly and Ive had no problem with them healing. Came in for a nose piercing last year for my first time and since then it’s healed nicely. Went in yesterday 8/20/21 to spoil myself and purchase a new ring/hoop for my regular nose piercing. Went here on Saturday to get my tongue pierced and my mom got her nose pierced. When we got there they took us in quickly and were were out within 10 mins. They work fast and well with the amount of clients they get. The prices are very affordable and the work area is very clean. Nose piercing went really well and quick! They showed a variety of prices for the studs ranging from 30-50. Matrix was super chill, I told her I had my nose pierced before and wanted it on the same spot and she was receptive about it.

I LOVED my experience at Poke-a-Dotz! Giggz is an absolute goddess and I am always so happy to go to her shop. Eve was my piercer this time around and she was so sweet! I was a walk-in, and there was no wait time - you just have to sanitize your hands, fill out your paperwork, and youre good to go.The process was very quick and easy, and the piercings didnt hurt any more than a light pinch would. The person who performed mine was very quick, professional, and informative.Mine came out to $100 for the mid-priced piercings I chose, which was about what I expected to pay. Overall it was a great experience and Im very happy with the result!

I Got My Industrial Bar Here In 2017. The Shop Is Nice But Small. The People Were Cool, I’m Not Sure If The Young Lady Who Pierced Me Was A Piercer or apprentice..? But She Did You Brand New Everything, So That Was Good. This Is Why I Have Them 3 Stars Because The Second Hole Wasn’t Pierced Correctly. The Jewelry Was Tight Especially For A Fresh Piercings, The After Care For It Wasn’t Clean To Me So After 1 1/2 Weeks I Had To Remove It Because It Wasn’t Going To Work … 50$ Down The Drain :(… I Hope They’ve Improved Over The Last Couple Years …

I got a bar and my mom got a cuff like jewelry for her ear piercing . Really good people nice and helpful answered all our questions I highly recommend!! 10-10 going back for a daith piercing !

I went in before Friday the 13th to get a second and third lobe piercing, and a nose piercing because I knew the line was going to be long. The ladies were really nice and were very sanitary and fast. They also answered all of my questions! They also have a nice jewelry collection for your piercings! It was great since I have metal sensitivity!

I got my piercing done here four years ago and Ive never had a problem with it healing etc honestly the process was fast and painless they used gloves for safety precautions and used a one time needle unlike some shops who use a gun for piercing which in my opinion is unhygienic. If I do happen to get another piercing such as a snake bite or even a small tattoo I will come here. Recommended they explain the care process good enough to understand.

Went in on 6-07-21 to get a bridge piercing. As soon as I was let in by the light skin girl with the pretty eyes (sorry not sure what her name is) the vibe was very friendly! She was very professional, friendly and welcoming! I had a slight complication and she was very nice and understanding about it. I would recommend Onyx and this shop 100%! Prices are also amazing! I’ve gotten my nostril pierced 3 times, vertical labret, horizontal lower lip piercing, nipples and now bridge at this shop and it’s always been a pleasant, fast, friendly and professional experience! This place is amazing. They take walk-ins and they also respond to phone calls quickly. Their customer service is amazing. The whole process took 15-30 minutes. Theres parking nearby and its easy to spot from the street. The interior is supper inviting and bright. Every worker is super nice and you feel comfortable being there.I got the septum piercing and paid $40.

Once again Poke A Dotz makes getting a new piercing a fun and informative experience. I got my conch done here about two months ago and got my Helix done on Saturday. Dinna guided me toward the perfect placement and jewelry for my new piercing. She also took the time to help me setup a plan to remove the keloid from the back of my conch piercing. (super common to develop with this piercing) I always feel welcome here and will come back again when Im ready for new jewelry!

I got my very first piercing font here (navel) and I love it! It’s been about a week and I haven’t had any issues with it. I was scared to get it at first but I’m glad I did cause it looks so cute and it was pretty inexpensive ($40 which is less than what I expected). I didn’t get the name of the piercer but she was super friendly and gave me the complete run down of how to care for it:) And I was glad to find that they are very covid safe and make sure that the shop isn’t crowded and that we’re sanitized before we enter! I’d recommend them for sure first timers or not!

I absolutely love getting piercings here. I got my navel and my nose pierced about two months ago from Onyx. I was given great information on how to take care of my new piercings and what to expect in the healing process. They have absolutely gorgeous jewelry here too!!! My sister’s and I went for nose piercings.We waited outside for about 5 minutes. Then they let us in, we sanitized and we’re handed paperwork to fill out. Once finished they walked us over to the chair and piercers came right up. I got pierced by Onyx, she was so sweet and helpful. Very painless. I got my nose pierced once before and it was horrible. I drove an hour and a half to get my nose pierced here at poke a dotz and let me just say that it was the best decision of my life ! no regrets whatsoever ! I came in about a week ago and there was no wait time everything was super quick i would say that the whole process of filling in paper work + the piercing took no more than 10 minutes. Such a good vibe here. All the workers are kind and eager to do the best job they can. I got a septum by a worker there (I think her name was Gigs) and it was fast, easy, and looked great! They don’t mind questions at all, and it feels very accepting there. Plus, the prices are very good compared to other places.

I went to this location on 7/11/21 for a walk-in appointment to get my second lobe piercings redone as well as a new forward helix and outer helix. Not only was my piercer super friendly, but they also completed the piercings swiftly and efficiently. They must also have a magic touch or exceptional skill (quite likely both) because, while there was pain, you know - that whole needle going through body parts thing, it was very minimal.I went back on 7/23/21 because the jeweled ball came off my forward helix while I was cleaning it and I needed help getting it back in place. My original piercer was not available but I was helped by another piercer who was just as friendly and skilled as the first. I was in and out and on my way in no time at all.I cant wait until these piercings heal so I can go back for more.

All the woman in there are really nice. My 8 year old was comfortable with the person that did her piercing, until she saw the needle lol. She got nervous then. Buyer beware. The piercers are nice, the shop is clean, and the prices are good, but they arent choosy about quality. They only offer you externally threaded jewelry for your new piercing, you have to ask specifically for other options. My two daith piercings were misplaced, one of which had to be repierced (at another shop), and all of my initial jewelry was poorly sized. When I went in to see why my piercings were so red, swollen, painful, and the jewelry was so uncomfortable, they told me it was normal and to leave it alone. After seeing another professional, I called the shop back to speak with the owner, and she insisted the jewelry was fine and called the other professional too picky. Id rather have someone be picky about the holes and metal theyre putting in my body than someone who doesnt care.

The people that worked there were very nice, had great service and I get all my piercings from there because I trust them with that, and I recommend getting it don’t there, piercings, tattoos and they even do tooth gems I highly recommend getting it done from them
