We have been using Alhambra for 2.5 years and we love it! We have never had to worry about water during the Pandemic. We can count in Alhambra! The delivery is quick and easy. We leave notes, the driver reads them! Pricing and quality is awesome! We do not drink tap water ever! We have our own water bottles so we are helping the environment. Love you Alhambra!
Worse company and customer service ever. Save yourself the headache of being cheated out of your money. They sign you up with lies promising a lower price, but just wait until you get your bill and it will be way more than what you were told. If you call customer service you will be lied and mistreated. They will blame you and refuse to correct or help you. And they will make fun of you for getting upset and frustrated. Their calling center is in Florida and they hate you if you are from California or a blue state.. So they will hate on you even more. They will over-bill you and refuse to correct it. And they will over charge late fees. Finally they will send you to collections to hate on you even more so as to ruin your credit. They assume no responsibility for equipment issues even if it was their negligence. So don’t do it !! There are other companies out there !! Or pretty good filters!!They are not worth it !!!!
Holding waiting for customer service for 30 minutes and the music keeps on going but no customer service, I hang up the phone and I called as a new customer and boom ! in less than a minute a rep answers, i could easily felt this is a pretty recurrent issue. They charged me 4 bottles and they left 3 so Im not okay with this mistakes.
I love my Alhambra Water Delivery Service. My only complaint is I wish the Company would offer more drink brands and other types of beverages. Such as juices and natural sodas like Ocean Spray, Snapple, New York Seltzer or Hansens Beverages. I think they their customers would appreciate more varieties to choose from?
Have had water delivery now for a couple years. Always dependable, on time. Very easy. Website was a little shaky in the beginning but now much improved
I started this water service because of the pandemic, but wish I had started it before then. No more having to recycle the large water containers from Target we used to buy to keep in our older refrigerator that does not have its own water dispenser. Now my husband just refills one of the containers that stays in the fridge all the time. I suppose once we get a new, more modern refrigerator this coming year when we get the kitchen remodeled I will have to reconsider my Alhambra order, but for now we are quite satisfied.
It says a lot when someone goes out of their way to help you. In this case it was Garrett from the younger creek location. It was very clear that he dropped what he was doing and focused on helping me and my needs. It felt great to have someone knowledgeable to answer any of my questions. Thank you for making a positive experience dealing with the Alhambra Water Company.
They do not answer the phone (on hold for over an hour, twice), and there is no way to leave a voicemail message. They do not respond to emails either (sent one over a week ago and no reply). Our dispenser stopped cooling two weeks ago, and there is nothing we can do about it. If we want to cancel service, there is no way to do it online. Apparently, the only authorized way to cancel service is to send a written letter to their offices.
I have been an Alhambra customer for over 20 years. I recently moved to a new town and my delivery was transferred smoothly. I love the great taste of Alhambra water. Thank you!
I have to jump through hoops to give these people more business. When trying to order additional products, there is nobody available over the phone for over an hour. Literally, every single time I call to request additional service and give them more money I have to make sure I have a minimum of an hour to sit on hold. Ive tried other avenues, such as e-mail and online support. My requests always go completely ignored, as if they dont even have an online customer support team at all and the requests just get sent to a black hole. Most recently, I sent an online request and it was a month before I finally just called, and of course, sat on the phone for over an hour just to order more of their products. Im going to be requesting my employer allow me to source a new water vendor because this is ridiculous.
Been on the phone trying to connect with customer service for 45 minutes. I think I’m going to have to cancel this service. Update: I had to cancel service. I told the rep I was totally satisfied with quality and delivery of goods. The the poor customer service I can not tolerate. I will try and find another option. Not answering the phone for existing customers is a dealbreaker for me. When I called using new customer option I was answered in about 6 minutes.

Normally we get great service until now. Our hot/cold dispenser hot side has been out of service for over a month and our delivery guy has been askedat least 3 time to replace and mind you this is our 4 unit in the last 2 years they never last long. So I am still paying for a unit that only one side works.Very Frustrating

My order was placed on Thursday for a monday deliver. And it is now NEXT Thursday-a whole WEEK later. theyve managed to mess up my order,fix it and still deliver the wrong water dispenser. It was left outside w. No knock no doorbell ring. It was supposed to be exchanged yesterday Wednesday didnt make it, now thursday and they didnt show up. Wasted days off for this. Great way of convincing me of the service not being provided because they cant even get my order right 🙄
My delivery person is inconsistent, and customer service is a nightmare. I have been trying to contact them for the past week. Ive been on hold for up to 45 minutes, before I end up hanging up, because I dont have the time to sit on hold all day. Today, our delivery person left a refill but left HALF of the empty bottles... now here I am on hold for I dont know how long. I am seriously considering canceling, its not even convenient anymore.
I joined Alhambra about 4 months ago. I met and spoke with the delivery lady during my first delivery and she was great. Then everything went downhill fast. I was told by her replacement driver that she broke her footI havnt had a scheduled delivery on since. I get an email telling me the date they will show upI get up early to leave my empties out but they never come. I was recently billed $90 for water I didnt get. The autopay is scairy because they can bill you and take money from your checking account as they please. Iv left messages on the contact site and spent hours on hold and yet to speak to a representative or have a message returned. Im about to set the dispenser and my empties on the curb and tell them to come pick them up but they wouldnt get the message😡🤬😡🤬😠😠😠🤮🤮

Horrible experience getting this set up. Ive been waiting over a month now and still have not received any deliveries. Ive emailed Alhambra but theyre very slow to respond and offer no practical help. The delivery driver called me yesterday but did not deliver anything. Whats so hard about putting a few bottles of water in front of my door? Im very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.
I have been receiving Alhambra water for years now and have had the same service delivery person “John“. He has provided exceptional service for years. I appreciate the new feature which sends me an email several days before my delivery to remind me that I can update my order. I rent the water dispenser and I’m very pleased with the bottom loading machine and on the rare occasion that I have had an issue Alhambra was quick to replace the machine for me. I am very pleased with the service throughout the years and the quality of the products.
I have been receiving Alhambra deliveries for years! If you’re a Costco member I believe there’s a small discount. My driver Hernan is great at communicating. If I forget my bottles I can just text him and infirm him to leave my water out. If I want additional products he’s great at getting them. The waters great, a lot of options and the level of service is wonderful as well.
The worst customer service and most confusing billing system I have ever encountered, Placed on hold for 30+ minutes and never answered. Invoices are constantly not calculated properly and very difficult to understand and then there is no one to help. Will be cancelling.

I havent used the phone service. The website is great with other options other than our regular water. The most impressive is our regular Delivery guy. He has been serving us for years with great professionalism (on time, respectful, fast, etc.). He is a hardworking individual who ensures that he does his job over and above to make sure customer-service is at its best. The company is lucky to have him.
We have had Alhambra for a long time now and are very happy with their service. We usually have the same delivery guy and he is awesome. I like that I get an email prior to our delivery asking if I need to update my order or if we need anything. I like that I can go our account online and manage my account and see what is going on any new products. Great customer service I would highly recommend them for home or office.
Ive been a customer for several years now...would highly recommend you get your water delivered. I was concerned at the start of covid19 that perhaps my delivery service would be effected, by they never missed a beat! Always reliable service and exceptional, courteous delivery. Dont waste your time lugging heavy bottles, get Alhambra!

UPDATE: DO NOT USE THEM!!!! When the corporate line is saying I am not the first to complain of terrible service against the local Sacramento delivery operations, that shows the level of care. In fact, they said they are getting CONSTANT complaints about their level of being able to deliver. The nightmare is finally over and it took over a month of the local delivery person not bothering to let us know he wasnt delivering that day and claiming they delivered 5 bottles and charging for the same when they kept delivering only one. Pathetic. Avoid the delivery person, Uriel at all costs - non communicative delivery person is never okay.Original: This is the first time I’ve ever had a water delivery service and I have to say I am not impressed. I’ve been paying my bills on time and two weeks ago when I put my bottles out they picked them up but did not replace them or add the additional bottle I requested in my account online. They didn’t bother to leave a note as to why they couldn’t deliver or anything. Then to make matters worse, I ran out of water during the holiday and this week, They only delivered one bottle which is not appropriate nor OK. I am now having to threaten to cancel my contract Just to get the minimum basic service properly completed and billed correctly.
If I could youd have NEGATIVE stars!! I have been on the phone with Alhambra numerous times telling them that I have 9 bottles that need to be picked up! They tell me everything is all set and someone will come by and pick them up. Guess what, I still have them and its been months! They dont want to pick them up because than they owe me money and owe me my deposit. If I try to call now I have to wait on the phone for 2+ hours, which I cant. Well I have received a phone call that they sent my invoice to collections demanding money! I have paid off my bill when I cancelled my account, actually I was told I couldnt cancel my account UNTIL I paid my balance off! So tell me why am I getting a call from a bratty collection employee demanding a payment when you owe ME money?! I am highly annoyed and so upset that this is how you run your company that I have been with for years for not only my personal home but also for my office. I guess my next stop with be my attorney and BBB.

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. I have raised my children as infants with this filtered water. I can say that they keep my 5 gallon water bottles at the same rate as a long timer, but at times I feel the customer service representatives can improve with the communication to higher authority.
They deliver good, clean, fresh water with a service tailored to fit our needs - love it!

Ive been extremely pleased with the product and the service provided by Alhambra. I signed up as a Costco member, which does give me a discount on the dispenser rental, as well as the 5 gallon bottles. I love the bottom-loading dispenser! Even though Im disabled, I can easily fill it myself, by simply rocking the bottle up over the lip of the cooler and sliding it into place. Easy-peasy! And having both hot (hot enough to make a cup of tea) and ice-cold water at the touch of a button? Priceless! The water tastes great too!
I used to pay for water delivery to an office. The payment card was changed over to someone elses card in the office about 6 months ago. Recently, Alhambra charged my card for the delivery. When I called them to get it straightened out they claimed my card number is not associated with any alhambra accounts. If its not then how on Earth were they able to charge my card?! My next step was to open a fraud case against them through my credit card company. Funny thing is when the credit card company contacted alhambra, alhambra was magically able to verify my information and avoided a fraud charge!!! So now Im out money and they get to keep my money! Its really stupid.

Our office has been using Alhambra Water for over 2 years and we receive excellent customer service from everyone at Alhambra. Every deliver person has had a friendly attitude and is very helpful. It is easy and quick to make a change or request over the phone. When our hot water dispenser wasnt working they came within 2 days and replaced the unit. We are very satisfied.
I love my water delivery as well as my delivery driver. He is the beat always friendly and calls if I forget to set my bottles out.

Started new delivery service account. No called No showed for 1st delivery. Notified me next day with unable to make it message. Only 24hrs late and after I waited 6hours for them to show up. Then I was promised it would 100% be there the next day. AGAIN...NO CALL NO SHOW. THAT WAS 3 DAYS AGO. I HAD TO CALL THEM & NOW MAYBE KINDA SORTA THEY HOPE TO BE THERE ON MONDAY. UMMM NOPE. YOU ALREADY FOOLED ME TWICE. APPARENTLY THEY ARENT IN THE MARKET FOR ANY NEW CUSTOMERS. DONE WITH THIS RIDICULOUSNESS 🤣😖🤬
The service is excellent. Our delivery driver makes sure we get our order even when there is snow on the roads. Hell arrange for us to meet him somewhere nearby to make sure we get our order. Super customer service.
Alhambra water company is a waste of time and money! This company’s customer service and protocols are very disappointing! I had the service for awhile and it wasn’t worth the payout. I tried to cancel in November and they drew the process out and charge me for water I never received. I spent months trying to be done with this company and it took 4 months and countless hours on the phone talking to people that never really helped. Needless to say I am disappointed with the service I received but I will not be recommending Alhambra water services to anyone because of this ordeal and I wouldn’t ever be a customer again! This company doesn’t care about their customers they only care about money! My experience has been proof.Sincerely keeping it real

We were concerned many years ago when our original office water provider morphed into Alhambra, but there was no need to be: Alhambra has just afforded us new options while maintaining the same high quality and level of service, AND keeping our great delivery guy!
Called the past few months for them to come pick up the machine 2x I left messages also it’s been 3 -4 months the water guys pulls up when ever on his time I will be canceling my service ASAP horrible customer service... go to Home Depot buy a water machine pay 130 and got to winco to fill a water jug for 99 cents ... these ppl are scams .. they won’t ever return your calls to cancel your service.
Great delivery person - very courteous and listens to our wants and needs. Weve had horrible delivery people before from another company and that is why we changed to Alhambra, its courteous representatives and the water too!! Would give 5 stars but theres always room for improvement and cost too.

Only gave a star because you have to in order to write a review. Never had water delivery service before and I am a very busy person. As most of us are these days, so I figured I would spend the money for convenience. I signed up for the service online. Never did I receive any type of delivery confirmation, a invoice or statement showing what the monthly cost would be. Which was $38 a month i assumed because it showed just $38. When I put that I wanted to do auto-pay there was never anything saying that there would be a $50 hold put on my account. Then yesterday I was hit with another charge for $50.50. Never did I receive an email of an invoice. And the charges were from some random name that I hadnt heard of before. So I call my bank they arent sure who its through and give me a 800 # associated it with. Sure enough it was Alhambra. The rep goes to tell me that it is a possibility that whenever a delivery is made I could be charged without being notified. I was like wait what!?That has already happened and considering that I was told a different amount then charged a larger amount, I was done. That is bad business in general. Not to mention the equipment that I was paying for was not good. When it would dispense water it was so loud. I have a decent sized place and I could hear my husband getting water by our bedroom and they are completely different areas. Then to shut off my service that I literally just started two weeks ago and only had for 2 days due to delivery of the equipment. I was told that they always send out an invoice, they verified my email (which was correct) then I asked the guy so are you saying I am lying then, if you ALWAYS send out an invoice before charging someone account He said he never said that .... so I told him dont make statements in reference to what I just said if you are not trying to call me a liar because you obviously didnt send an invoice because if you had then I wouldnt be calling to figure out why I was charged an amount that I was completely clueless about and not informed about. Needless to say worse company to do business with because they are not transparent about cost or when those charges will be charged. Could be whenever they want apparently
From the time I ordered service, to the time I actually recd service was nearly 2 months! Then they delivered an inferior water dispenser -not the one we agreed upon and not the one I paid for. Then they tried to lie about that. Then they tried to convince that the (better) unit I had paid for had more customer complaints about it.Well that by itself isnt so bad... but wait, theres more!At this point they delivered the dispenser, but they did not deliver the WATER they had promised. Wait A Minute... you mean a WATER company came by for a WATER delivery, but they did not deliver the WATER they had agreed to deliver??? Is that what your saying??? YES, that is exactly what I am saying.But Then: the water did come about 10 days later. Eh, at this point we are down to maybe 2-3 stars...But There Is More... The Best Part!The delivery gentleman... He was THE LAZIEST man we have dealt with in years! Every word that came out of his mouth was solely designed for him to avoid any work (paper work, delivery work, physical work). He did not want to do his job... at all! He kept trying to negotiate his way out of performing his job-related duties! I was baffled. I have never seen someone show up to do a job... only to try and talk you out of it. There are SO MANY more details about this guy that really display what an unsavory character he is... but honestly I am afraid what a person like this might do in retaliation to us if we shared the whole truth about how awful he really was. Lets just say I would give him MINUS 5 stars if I could. It was so bad that after he left I had two other people from different businesses in our office building come to me and ask what is up with your water people?. That is when I found out about what he did at OTHER businesses in my building!... cant even mention that - but it was embarrassing to say the least. At this point I would call the company and complain, but honestly I fear what such a person might do to retaliate against our business... So I will just lay low for a month or two and then cancel the service and HOPE that we never see this guy again!

Used to have reverse osmosis and while it was ok most of the time between the filter changes and a leak that it developed it became to be more of a hassle then it was worth.With the small fee for a dispenser rental we know have both chilled and hot water and overall the cost isnt much more then buyig the quantity of bottled water or going to one of those water stores which is a huge hassle.We love our Alhambra service and our toute driver is great as well!

Started with 2 bottles now up to 5, they take 4 empty bottles and leave me 4 but charge me extra for the other 2 bottles as a deposit each bottle is about $10, and $6.99 at Home Depot, ive complained with them every month for an entire year and still no change, just fed up with Alhambra Ive been waiting on the phone for about an hour and 20 minutes and still no answer, so I can close my account with them, worst water company Ever

Delivery is great, fresh clean water is awesome. No smell or clirine left behind. Dispenser is a bottom loader, so easy. I contracted through costco so my discount makes it afforadable for me.
It is my 3rd time purchasing their 1gallon bottled water. Water tastes like bitter medicine. I called the # on the bottle. The rep. collected all the bottle information and where I purchased it but was not able to tell me why the water taste funny. She said, once the water leaves their plant, anything can happen to the water. I told her there is no leaks, or piercing in any of the 6 bottles. She added, sometimes the bottle top is not sealed all the way and sometimes algae will grow in the water. WHAT!? Seriously? Alhambra has no answer for me. I wanted to get a reply back to my call to find out what did me and my family consumed all this time but I was told that I will not be receiving a call back. She said, only the retail store where I purchased the water from will be notified. So, basically as a consumer I will never find out why their water taste funny and has a medicine after taste. Beware and dont buy from this company.
This was the last straw! I try to be patient & positive, but this company deserves Bad reviews. The water I thought was good & the drivers OK, but that is where it ends. The billing customer service was awful! I tried to work things out with them for almost a year & a half. The bill started around $15 dollars, then $20 something, then $30 something, then $40 something & worst it was never the same & never on the same day. They said it was because they are on a 28 day cycle, but it sure seemed to come more often.When I asked them to put a hold on my acct so I could take time & review the years bills, at first they continued to deliver, and then they started charging me late fees. I told them I was leaving on a trip & would be happy to pay them what I really owed them once they would get the bill straight with me. No results, more late fees. I tried to talk to a Manager, still no reasonable results. So I was tired of the hours wasted trying to get things straight & cancelled the service, the first time they did not pickup & continued to charge me a late fee & a monthly rental fee that was always for 28 days - I talked to Nancy who was suppose to be a manager with the reasonable request to get the late fees removed because this has been ongoing since August & I have always been will to pay once the bill was cleared up - no way, no how. My credit score is around 750, I always pay my bills, but for 2 $10 late fees Alhambra has bought its self a Bad Review.
I signed up for the service through Costco. Before I knew it, I received a call from a deliver driver advising he was about 10 minutes away from my home. (Im glad I was home. Alhambra did not even call, at the least, a day prior to confirm delivery.)After receiving four-five gallon of water and two water dispenser, the driver told me the following Wednesday Alhambra was scheduled to deliver more water. I was impressed and hopeful.Moving forward to the Wednesday deliver - they never arrived. I called Thursday to get information regarding my deliver. I was told they can not do anything about it. Sometimes drivers call off and they cant do much if they miss the deliver. They rescheduled for the following Wednesday (today), which again they have failed to deliver.The same Thursday I called, I requested to speak to a operation manager, or any manager. They only can take messages and they have 24 - 48 hours to call. Yet is have been 72 hours and no call. I was in need of water for the family and my mothers business.I do NOT recommend not to rely on Alhambra. I will cancel my service and look for a better provider. After reviewing google rating, I can tell why Alhambra is rated low.I also must mention, not once in the world have I ever written a review. Not on any site.Thanks, Alhambra, for breaking my no review record. Lol

Alhambra merged or took over my Sierra Spring Water account over 10 years ago. Since then, I have had the worst expireince with them. I had had Sierra delivering to my home, my office and my parents house for more than 10 years, and never had to make a single call except to place and set up my service, but ever since Alhambra took over, Ive had to spend numerous hours on the phone about billing, service and deliveries to all my accounts. My parents like the taste of the water, so Ive just had to accept the horrible service. My Sierra drivers had keys to both my parents and my home, but I didnt feel comfortable having the Alhambra drivers having the keys. I dont know where they recruit and hire their drivers, but it must be the bottom of the barrel.

After having the service for a year that I got through Costco paying $20 a month everything seems to be fine I received my bottles when I needed them when they were supposed to be delivered as to the schedule date. After I moved to Sacramento and changed everything over I received water service for approximately 3 months and then after that I received nothing. When I called the customer service line they told me there was an issue with my address after correcting it not understanding why I was receiving water for three months at my new address and now all of the sudden not I proceeded to complete the call correct my address again and I still waited for service. Still after another month of not receiving any service I called they reported that there was an issue taking out the automatic withdrawal from my bank account. After contacting my bank fearing that there was something wrong with my account I was then told by my bank that there was no issues of any means and they could have taken out the money if they needed it. I then contacted Alhambra who then told me that there were no issues everything was going to be fine and I was going to be receiving my water and everything was paid. A few more months went by and I still never received my water at this point I was paying to go fill the bottles of water. Going back and forth with Alhambra has exhausted me I havent received any bottles of water and over a year they cancelled my account the first time I called to set the bank account straight but they never notified me of that and in doing so charged me every month from May 2017 to November 2017 when they landed me in collections for their equipment and monthly services. After a year of having this equipment in my home I tried calling them to pick it up again I had spoken to Destiny and she told me that they were going to be at my house to pick it up and leave a note I stayed home that whole entire day nobody ever showed up 2 days later I called Alhambra back wondered why. I spoke to Farrah the manager and she couldnt tell me anything she didnt like me she told me I was rude and she just transferred me to collections because she didnt want to talk to me anymore after trying to figure out why my account was put into collections to begin with that I am in collections with Alhambra from November 2017 to August 2018 I was never notified by mail email phone call nothing that we were in collections. Collections then told me that there is nothing they can do about the account that Alhambra has to be to erase the information sent to collections let them know that I dont owe anything and then its a wash. Collections then hung up the phone with me as they told me they couldnt help me and I needed to call Alhambra. I then called Alhambra back and spoke to a gentleman who really wasnt a gentleman at all who refused to give me his name refused to give me his ID number refused to give me any sort of help told me that I can call collections and they can figure it out from there but I told him I called elections and spoke to two managers and they told me theres nothing I can do that Alhambra has to do with it. The man did not transfer me to any managers did not transfer me to anybody else to talk to refuse to help me in every way and then he said he wanted to end the phone call and hung up on me. Alhambra will have its day in court. I dont understand why we pay for services and expect to have these Services done when people dont do their jobs if I was to not do my job I would be fired. Dont get Alhambra service ever it is way easier to pay $0.10 a gallon go downtown fill it up its better water anyways.
Worst company ever. Wish I had never gotten this stupid machine. Customer service is extreamly nice and absolutely unable to do anything correctly. Really unhappy with this company.
Horrible customer service. I just want a simple quote for a bottle-free filtration unit and every phone number I have tried sends me to a dead end or DS Call service which is experiencing high call volume then terminates my call. The one time I reached someone they didnt know anything about filtration units. Alhambra must have all the customers they need.
I thought when I first started without Hambrick they were great but I have found out theyre not so well and wonderful
I love the delivery guys but the prices keep going up when they shouldnt. I never get a credit for the over charge. Ive been told I will get a new water cooler to replace my broken one for months now and still dont have it. Just unorganized. Our office has been customers for years but Im currently looking into a new service.
I thought we paid extra for the service. Driver came into my office/showroom to replace the water. I didnt remove the old gallon from the dispenser, and the driver flung his arms down and looked at me with frustration. I apologized, removed it for him, and cancelled the service right after. I have no idea if we are supposed to have the old gallons already off to the side and waiting, but Im definitely not paying for bad attitude.
Really bad service almost damagedu credit because they couldnt figure out how to sent emails when my credit card stopped paying them.
This is the most disorganized organization Ive ever had to deal with. I set up the account to get two bottles a month. They delivered four. I am trying to regulate the delivery by skipping them. I keep getting different drivers and they get lost. I just got a second notice on a missed payment and Ive NEVER received an invoice.I will be shopping for a different service this week.

Worst service ever. Sporadic delivery at best. Sitting here with four empty bottles and cant even get them to pick up their cooler even after I cancelled service.
I love the water, the service, and when I ask for a different time for a delivery its done. And we drink more water now. yay!
I spent a total of 3 hours on hold last week, trying to reach someone for a simple repair... then they didnt show up for our appointment date.
Worst service ever. I ordered 3 bottle per month, and they always drop me more bottles so that they can charge me more. They even charge me energy surchargewhen I canceled the deliver since I have too many bottles from previous deliver. Also, the energy surcharge and 5 gallon bottle water prices are increased. Im going to cancel my account!!

Guess what - even if you order the $5.99 bottles they will deliver the more expensive bottles and then charge you $10.99 each. Even it you complain, they will continue to do this. This company will rip you off.

Charged payment every month even though we never recieved any water from them any more. Do not order water from them, its much better to buy your own bottle and station cooler in the long run than have them charge you.
Horrible company i wish i saw the reviews before signing up. simply put dont sign up.ive been trying to cancel my service for hours and not getting anywhere and there prices are not great plus they throw in other unmentioned fees
Got my delivery wrong. Called to get it fixed. Said they would have a manager call me but never did. Never got a bill. Instead they sent me to collection.
We are on a Costco plan of 3 bottles per month. Yet Alhambra will leave an extra bottle that we did not order only to charge us extra each month even after we spoke to the sales representative at costco who said he would have the driver only deliver 3 bottles each month, and we still get 4 and charged for the extra bottle.They also added a hidden energy surcharge to my bill each month of $2.34 that we was told would be all inclusive to our $23.99 per month bill.Tried to call them and after 1 hour and 20 minutes on hold for someone to answer they disconnect!I tried to call back only to start the hold music again after 30 minutes i hung up.Cant seem to find any honest companies these days.
