TLDR ; Mike the owner does not return phone calls, throws employees under the bus when he needs to take responsibility for the cars that hes repairing - which according to past reviews isnt uncommon for him. He gaslights and will use your car for personal use when youre supposed to have it repaired.

Auto Finance of America! On behalf of me and my little family I would like to say thank you for getting me and my family into the vehicle we needed and taking care of us through out! When I first went car shopping. I was stuck on a mini van they had there took it for a test drive loved it. It was powerful, clean and I would have never thought something was wrong. After test driving and saying I wanted to take it home, the owner Mike told me that I could take it home that same day. I want to point out that I instead of just letting me go he told me that there is one minor issue and that he will make sure its taken care of. It was something that had to deal with what connects the battery to the car (super minor issue because the van worked great.. I wouldnt have known anything was wrong) anyway he stuck to his word by getting it taken care of with in the first week of having my van! He sent me to a shop for it fixed and everything was great! So thank you for being up front about the issue and getting it taken care of so promptly .I want to also thank you guys for being available to help when I needed it. My warranty had just ended and my check engine light had came on and being a single mom.. I mean a female in general, I was so worried. I remembered Jackson told me if something ever came up to give them a call and they will see how they can help so I took my van in and he figured out that a fan was about to go out and since it was like a day outside of my warranty he told me to take it into a shop and it was taken care of! Since then I have had no problems and I just am grateful that there are actually people who genuinely care of their customers satisfaction and who can keep their word. If I had to describe them into two words it would be honest and dependable.Also when it comes to their approval process it was super simple. The most simple it can possibly get! They really mean it when they say no credit check, not like the other places all down Fulton the signs says no credit check your job is your credit but then you walk in and they say okay were just going to do a quick credit check... Im sure you readers know what Im talking about. At Auto Finance of Sacramento they did not do a credit check. Im not kidding when I say that they mean what they say and stick to their word. Bought my car from these guys about 4 months ago. Absolutely love my car. It came with low miles and low payments. They dont try to over charge you just becauase you dont have perfect credit.
