We are doing a home remodel (which is stressful enough), just bought a patio sliding door and it fell in transit (totally our fault) and half of it broke. UGH. Called them and they said to come back and bring the receipt in and well see what we can do. Went straight back to order a replacement door. Nope instead they took the door off another full door in stock and sent me home with a replacement!!! And AT COST. Im still in shock. THE BEST!!! Kudos to Alex on the phone, and the gentleman who helped me when I got there (sorry I didnt catch your name!). Thank you for taking what was already a stressful day that turned more stressful around. We will now have a door fully installed today and happy relaxed evening because of you!!

Almost always have what I can not find at Lowes or home depot. Knowledgeable personal willing to help me find what Im looking for and if they dont have will help me locate it.

Not going to find a lot of non standard materials.Great selection of doors and large selection of cabinets.Can find some great deals on random items. Look at the isles when you first walk in.In summer the indoor drive through lumberyard us nice.

Nice warehouse of remodeling items from kitchen and bathroom cabinets, interior and exterior doors and windows and lumber. Also a good variety of hardware. Also there is a tool rental area for just about anything.The lumber yard is separate and you need to actually drive through the indoor area to pick up anything. I guess this saves loading onto a cart and pushing it through the store and packing it into your vehicle.Very reasonable prices.

I prefer this store over the major home store chains. For one, way fewer customers and generally well stocked. If youre doing a home project, this is the place for materials. They have about 80% of the inventory of the major chains, but way less people to fight through. Big indoor drive through lumberyard too

I go to Lowes on an average of 2 to 3 times a month and they have pretty much what ever you need but the last few times Ive gone there they were out of the things I needed. Very disappointing and it seems like some of their staff dont know where things are. I went there today to buy a personal heater and 2 different people sent in sections where there were no heaters and thats not the first time thats happened. It seems to me the should have people that work there know what theyre talking about. Lowes is ok but its no HD supply.or Home depot.

We really love this place. Great selection of tools, flooring, windows, plumbing, doors, etc. All tools are in rows in order of type of tool. They have a rental tool section up front by customer service with a clerk ready to help you if you need a certain tool, but dont know what its called. I miss ringing the bell when we leave. I also miss the fact that they support our Veterans. Very caring service people. Easier to shop at this place vs Lowes or Home Depot. Prices are better also. They have a Rewards Program as well.

Super nice staff, prices can be confusing... But Im always pleasantly surprised to see that whatever little thing I find that I need often costs under a dollar. I find myself going back often.

We are doing a molding project in the nursery and came to HD supply to get materials. Not only were the prices and selection far superior to that of Home Depot or Lowe’s. But we were immediately greeted at the front and Don helped us find everything! He got us the right cart, showed us our options available day of, as well as special order. We ended up doing a combination and he made it so seamless and easy! Thank you Don for all your help!

I have a RV, my RV needed things a floor, fan, screws, and flooring supplies . I told the manager Id be out here a couple days as the whole parking lot of other businesses arent open. I told the manager Id be there a couple days, he said its ok. 2 days later, mind you I was spending money in HD and not in there parking lot, I was away from it. off to the sode out of anyones way. They called the cops on us for being near there parking. My kids got taken from us. This is a place that has no care about their customers. If you can go to home depot, or Lowes I would. Im mad I already spent over 400 dollars in there re-doing my floor and other things. I also spent lots of money here when I had my mobile home over the years. CPS takes kids for child trafficking and some cops are in on it, Rancho is the worst. Rancho cops are being sewed because how they treat homeless people. HD contribution for the cops helped not only cps but the cops. I need nothing more than my babies back and to finish my flooring form someplace else.

Quick stop! They had most of what I needed, however they do not carry any Garden Supplies.

Great store for the contractor. They have most everything for both commercial and residential applications. Fair prices and better selection. Never crowded, which is a shame, because they deserve to be. All in all a better place to shop than Home Depot or Lowes.

Zero customer engagement and harried entrance/exit space. If you know what youre about and EXACTLY what you need, this is probably a great place. Prices were seriously competitive.

The prices are reasonable and there is a large selection of items. In the winter, bring a jacket. It will be cold inside. I noticed lots options for doors, floor, and cabinet. We went in looking for a door. There where several of each kind... finished, unfinished, fire rated, internal, external, solid and so on.

I just started going here a week ago and love how helpful the staff are. I went there with my contractor and have been going back quite a bid during my remodel. Never had to wait or look around for someone to help, like at other Lowes or Home Depot.

HUGE selection. Actual helpful and friendly staff. Prices seem to be better than competitors too. Hidden gem.

Just made my first ever (and last) visit. I asked the two checkout staff where I would fine oak boards. They seemed barely bothered to respond and told me they didnt think they stocked such a thing but that I should try the lumber yard section. Went round there and a slightly more helpful guy said they only had softwood there but that he thought the main body of the store should have oak. At this point I lost all confidence in the place and left. I should stick with Lowes, they may be more expensive but at least their staff are always helpful and appear to give a damn about customer service.

I just wish they had a HD SUPPLY our around Elk Grove where I was working instead of having to drive 20 miles just to pick up some hinges to finish a job. Aside from that, HD SUPPLY and its staff in Rancho is great

Good place for contractors, do not recommend for DIY. Everything seems to be of poor quality and not much savings from home depot or Lowes. Most of what I saw on the shelves was in the wrong spot, or wrong price, even damaged beyond what could be used but still on the shelf to be sold. Very disappointed, thus place used to be much better a few years ago.

I called about the outside door for water-heater, and the staff was really helpful, she was very knowledgeable and gave me all the right information.

Besides buying Lumber and door knobs and light bulbs. They have nice Pendleton shirts and trousers its a nice place to shop and I think youll really enjoy it if you try it I find the people to be welcoming and kind and very tentative.

I am intimidated everytime I walk into The big box home improvment stores such as Lowes and Home Depot. So big. So many people. You can get lost in there. I have.But not so at HD Supply! People are in and out quickly because they find what they want so easily. And there is always someone manning the counter to help. Last year my ac went out during the heat wave so I bought 3 window units until the service man came. I shopped 3 stores and saved the most money at HD Supply.

HD has everything I need, and things I couldnt find at either Home Depot or Lowes. Service is very good as well. No having to wander around looking for someone to help you!

Has a large inventory of electrical parts, and is organized with a sample part indicating what is in each bin.

Good for general items, not so much for specifics. Some of the staff is great and helpful and really knows the store while others dont seem to know where stuff is.

Just a layman diy homeowner here. The prices here are incredible. Permanently skip Lowes and Home Depot - they both markup stuff at least 30-40% higher than HD supply. The funny thing is the service people are generally more knowledgable too. Probably because they deal with contractors. The only thing I will say is they dont have the inventory on a website, so I often have to call to find out what they carry.

The place when I first walked in, I knew that this place must have had mostly everything that you ever needed to home improve and all other sorts of things. One problem that I had was that the employees skipped my family and I while waiting for the rental counter even though there was another person behind us that took our chances. It was upsetting about how long we waited just to get our chance at the rental counter to be skipped. The day that this happen was around 9:45-10:02. Please have more rental counters and please have employees that will tale notice of who should really be next in line.

Imagine a Home Depot with the bare minimum of employees, long lines, and poor signage and youve got HD supply. For most, not worth the 1% you might save over Lowes or Home Depot.

Drive thru lumber yard, come in and load once, saves time compared to other retailers and the lumber selection in well over 300 items and price matching.

Open late if you have emergencies at home in the middle of the night
