I stopped in this evening at the recommendation of a friend. At 10 minutes before 5pm, I went to the customer service counter to two frowning faces. Assuming that their expression was based on my arrival, I asked, do you close shortly? 5 oclock, she snapped. I complimented their beautiful store (no reply) and asked if they sold cabinet doors only. With the same, consistent lack of warmth, she snapped that they only sell the entire unit. Frankly, I couldnt leave fast enough. And Ive ruled them out COMPLETELY for when I need the entire unit. End.

Buy your cabinets here. Their cabinets are plywood boxes and have soft close drawers, for great prices. Dont be dissuaded by their unfriendly manner on the phone, they are extremely helpful in person. Much higher quality than Home Depot/Lowes and possibly faster turnaround time. Go check out their displays, they speak for themselves, much better than HD/Lowes furniture board garbage.

BNP has a great selection of quartz, granite, cabinets and more and pricing is best we have found. I read the reviews as they did not have a tremendously high rating and then common demonitor on the bad reviews became apparent, the office staff doesnt speak perfect English yet one of the reviewers who went on to bash the culture of employees could barely spell let alone prepare a cohesive review. We came to look at and purchase new countertops for our kitchen, we were treated very nicely and informed them that we were just picking color and needed some advice on sizing even tho they knew we were paying through our contractor, you owe it to yourself to see what a great selection of products they have and also that a little broken english does not equate to a bad experience, quite the opposite on our visit

On the day to pickup cabinets, my customer requested some changes. I thought there would be delays to wait for assembly. Peter made the additional cabinets as I was loading. He really went out of his way to provide unexpected quality service. Saved me an extra trip.

Worst customer service...they have a hard time speaking English so they get your order wrong...I would not recommend them as they talk down to customers. Price is just Ok not worth the communication gap..they should be thankful for doing business here in the Great USA however they are not grateful at all.

I was morbidly curious given the reviews that seem to be glowing or terrible. Let me allay your fears. Not sure which side of the bed at lot of those reviewers woke up on, but Im guessing the wrong one. Everyone there spoke perfect english and was polite. Ended up getting three sets of cabinets there and they were ready in two days. Pickup was seamless and Im very happy with the cabinets especially given the great price (and that they were custommade with real wood in that short of a turn around). Great value and nice folks!

Yes, I called looking for a manager and someone to help me the lady was foreigner voice was very rude and said she wanted to know what I wanted well then in that case I just made something up and said I wanted to know if they were hiring as a test...just to see what she would say. The office people no good cant speak english that good .get mistake wrong on the orders for customers. Idont know how this company stil here with the business they doing here is not that good. They bearly have enuff people working there to the assembly room people are friendly an helpful, they need to fire the people in the office an hire more professional people that know how to make sales an not jus sale what ever they can to make money off of the customers

Good place to buy kitchen cabinets

Very rude people, they act like they are doing you a favor for bring there. Zero concept of customer service. I wouldnt shop here if they gave me the cabinets free. Not sure how they are in business

My wife and I were shopping for kitchen ideas. We were waking back and forth for 30 mins with 2 people in the showroom and no one acknowledge us.

This place is a joke. Customer service does not exist
