Appointment was at 1:00 pm. Nobody was there to help until 1:40. Only one service consultant name Chris Perez, looked like he has no idea what he was doing there. 3 days to get car diagnostics. Wow. Plus 2 hours wait time to get shuttle. Waste of time.

Crazy market right now and Clarence put in time to get me the 2021 Escalade Sport ESV I wanted. He kept me updated weekly over a 5 month period and made sure I moved quickly when it was shipped.

Horrible experience, would rate 0 stars. Paid 800.00 for spark plugs not needed for 27,000 more miles and once they were aware, the only gave me 325.00 credit. They had my car for 11 days for an axle seal which was a $7 part available at Autozone. Will never be going back. Reliable in Roseville has been much better!

This was my first time using the service department here. I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I arrived early and they werent busy. There were two ladies being helped at the time and once those two ladies were finished being helped and it was my turn, I got no help. I didnt get acknowledge for about 30 minutes. I stood there in the service department and no one said anything to me except for the young service guy with the beard who apologized to me for the wait. Maybe the other service guys didnt think I looked like or fit the description of a Cadillac owner?

When I went into epic chevy I thought I was going to leave empty handed, because they didn’t have the type of camaro I wanted and the cadillacs were too expensive. However, the sales team Alex, Robert, and Steven got us hooked with a good deal/discounts on the Cadillac that includes Gap insurance, zero percent interest, and a six year warranty. Everything went smoother then I expected and we drove out with a happy face. Keep it up.

Very unprofessional staff I left my esclade there for service 4 days ago today I call them almost 6, 7 times every time lady says I will leave the note for the guy who’s working on my car and he will call me back and now I again call and she said he’s off today when I ask to talk to the supervisor she said he’s busy, I have no idea how long it’s gonna take to work on my car, hopefully in a month or two I will get back my car, I will never go back there again, the staff needs to get training from Lexus

Called 3 days ago to order the new 2021 Escalade Sport Platinum. I already know the color and I want all options and I am ready to order. I spoke with their sales girl over the phone (in hopes to get the order done) and was told she could not do it, that only a sales manager can put in the order and would have him call me later that day or the following day. No one has called. Really? They are going to pass on a $125K purchase? Lazy sales people, just lost my business. I will now order from another dealership. No wonder their ratings are so extremely low.2.5 stars and that is before my review.

Probably should have posted this earlier. I bougth a used care from Epic a couple of months ago. As part of that transaction I had to take the car to the service department for a minor item. Both the purcahsing process and dealing with the service department were uneventful and could not have gone smoother. Staff were professional - not a typical auto prurchasing process.

Hello I bought the brand new 2019 Cadillac Escalade Platinum on September 2019 from Kuni Cadillac. There was 6 defect parts issue and facility assign a service advisor to take care this issue. Service advisor name is Nick Sanderson and Service Manager name is Mike. On the beginning nick was ok person and little responsive. I had to leave my vehicle there for few days and few times. Out of 6 issue they only fix the 2 issue and after that no contact from the dealer ever. I made more than 20 calls and left voicemail to the service advisor and service manager and no respond back ever. I also left Voicemail to the GM and he did call back and told me I will look into the issue and get back to me which he never call back. I purchase the vehicle that was value over $100,000. All I need to get that taking care right away with in a week time it’s been almost 8 months now and no contact.

Service advisor Marcus is the worst.He is rude and has very very poor customer service. As soon as I walked in Marcus looked angry; as if he hates his job. After talking with him about my car I decided not to leave my car in his hands. It was the worst experience ever.

Do not take your vehicle here for service. The worst experience possible. Dropped off vehicle never received a call about when it would be ready, called left multiple messages, no call back, have Dr. In the morning, no rental, under factory warranty, this is a joke and a complete hassle and inconvenience. Finally got ahold of someone and told service is closed and they cant help me. Where is my vehicle?

I contacted Kuni Cadillac for repairs because they are close to Sacramento and I had received a recall notice on my car. The staff there treated me like an inconvenience, said they couldn’t find the recall, and were generally rude and dismissive. The service receptionist even said I would have to PROVE that there is a recall before they performed any service. What does that mean?! I gave them the recall number on the form mailed to me from GM, but the girl sighed, repeated that she still couldn’t find it and said “Don’t know what to tell you, there’s no recall.” Basically she didn’t feel like helping. Even in my prior service experience with Kuni, they were also unprofessional. As I waited in their unkept waiting room with burned coffee and dirty seats, members of their team were busy flirting and chatting with each other instead of helping customers. I was still living with an oil leak that their service representative claimed “could not be identified” at my last service appointment. This was the last straw. Frustrated, I called John L. Sullivan’s dealership in Roseville. From my initial call through service, EVERYONE was incredible. Their service agent was professional, nice and knowledgeable. The early-bird check-in was so convenient and their service team identified the recall immediately. They even fixed the oil leak that Kuni Cadillac claimed couldn’t be identified. John L. Sullivan even fully-charged my Cadillac for me (which Kuni didn’t bother to do). As a bonus, Sullivan charged me NOTHING ($0) for repairing the recall and oil leak. It was all covered under warranty. So the oil leak Kuni “couldn’t identify” but charged me for? Yep, they robbed me at Kuni. Never going back. John L. Sullivan’s entire team is clearly superior; professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I left truly impressed. If you are tired of wasting time and money with Kuni’s sub-par services, dirty waiting room, and rude receptionists, I recommend heading to Roseville. It’s worth the drive!

Go to a Lexus dealership or an Acura dealership. Then go to this one. Their operations are a mess, they don’t communicate well, they are slow, and morale there is terrible. I will be making the drive to Roseville it Elk Grove in the future.
