The guys there were super helpful and listen to me fully b4 offering their expert advice. And it was expert advice for my system and car Alarm. I left it overnight and when i got my baby back today she looked like I left her but she sounded so much clean and clearer and now as DMX would say protected by viper stand back. They hooked me up. The service was on point, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was in the range of my expectations. Im happy and will be going back in the future.

The guy that waited on me was really nice on the phone told me to come by and he would look at it but what they dont tell you is that if you dont buy from them or you dont have your own radio in a box brand new never opened theyre not going to help you with the radio or theyll charge you $500 sorry no thanks dont want that I can do that myself just needed help with one thing and I went to another place and they gave me a $20 part and I did it myself. Will as to your reply I didnt ask you to do it free but you need to tell people before they come all the way to your store that if its not new in the box you wont help them.

Great place to go for a fair price and honest work. Before coming here I had a new stereo installed at pacific audio close to where I live. I had problems with my install and had to return to pacific audio 4 times. And every time I did something else would happen....So I decided to call audio express and I explained my situation. Mason didn’t hesitate to invite me to the store and said he would take a look at it for no charge. He found numerous wiring issues and fixed it right away. I ended up buying new speakers from them because I felt confident that him and his team know what they were really doing.. they fixed a few other issues I had with my jeep which was so helpful. Called in to get a quote on engine start. Was quoted one price when I got to the store all of the sudden the price almost doubled. I would not do my business with dishonest company. I would say lack of training and customer service is a big turn off and they use $1 dollar install as marketing technique which a lot of people fall for and they add on all kinds of fees to pay for the install.

The guys here are fantastic! Luis was helping me to find a new deck initially but Tracy jumped in and helped me pick the exact deck that suited my needs. I usually get my car audio done by a major box store but I wasnt happy with their selection so I headed to Audio Express. The prices on the decks were a touch higher in general BUT out the door I got a BETTER deck installed for LESS MONEY than what I would have paid at the box store. When I came back to have it installed they were extremely busy. Zack stepped up and went above and beyond to get my deck installed as quickly as possible. Every staff member I encountered was great. They all went above and beyond to make sure my experience was extraordinary. Im DEFINITELY going back to get my speakers installed here. This is my new place for all of my car audio needs. They are professional and knowledgeable and took really good care of me.

Amazing service. All I needed was an amp installed. I already had everything, just needed it installed. I called 4 other places and the price was about $200-$260 but then luckily I call audio express. Cost was only $100 and they were able to install it right away. All the others were a week out and one shop was a month out. So for half the cost, I got it install right away! Love this place. Dank was very nice and helpful. Just wish he told me there was a buffalo wild wings next door. Would have made the waiting much nicer. lol :)

We had been shopping around for a new sound system for our RV (needed to include navigation and adapt to cameras) and finally got what we were looking for at Audio Express on Arden Way in Sacramento. Went thinking my speaker was shorting or lacked wattage. Was immediately greeted by Cato. He came outside to take a look and found out that the head unit I had gotten a few months ago didnt have a proper Crossover set up for the front knee 5 1/4 speakers. He also thought my rear speakers werent working (I later figured that out) and offered to work on it the next day if I wasnt able to troubleshoot it.I didnt pay a cent, but I feel like I got tons of service, and Ill definitely return when I do want to upgrade.Thanks Cato! Ill be back for sure. It was light and day compared to my experience at a shop back east.

Update: I was contacted by store management a couple days following my original post below. The manager made things right. Upgraded from 1 star to 2 stars because of the manager.Stay away!!! I bought a dash kit for my Expedition. Trusting that they would sell me the correct one (they looked up my car in the computer), I went home and proceeded to install the stereo. Turns out the kit was for the wrong model year. I called the next day, explained the problem. I was assured they had the correct one in stock, so I came in to exchange. Well, good thing I looked online this time because it was not the correct one. There were three possible options, but they didnt have any of them!!! They offered to have one shipped from another store, which would arrive in a couple days, but the reason I bought local was to complete the project yesterday. I could have ordered on Amazon for half the price and it would have arrived sooner. Not wanting to wait any longer, and frustrated by the long wait for a simple exchange (I was there at least 30 minutes), I asked for a refund. I was told no refunds. WHAT? I understand no refunds on speakers, but on an install part that was their fault!?! Im stuck waiting and driving there again. Im furious!!! Wish I could give 0 stars. Im never buying anything here again.

Went back to get an amp and subs installed. Once again I got all the help I needed and all my questions answered. Install was faster than I thought it would be and it sounds GREAT! They took the time to show me how to adjust the Bass etc. Happy customer.

Home of the one dollar install should be renamed to home of the overpriced parts.. Installation prices are baked into the cost of all advertised equipment. Two employees that helped me either didnt know how to do 5th grade map or were never trained on their employers systems. Installation was quick and good. Warranty is excellent and many locations. Three stars instead of two.

This place is garbage. The customer service sucks along with the work. I heard about this place on the radio and wish I wouldve done more research before coming here. I had speakers an alarm system at auto start installed. Ive had multiple issues with all three. My most recent issue was with my alarm. When setting my alarm I was able to open my driver side door get in and close the door without the alarm going off it would randomly go off by itself without my truck being touched. I took it in to have the issue taken care of since it was under warranty. It was taken care of but when I asked what was the issue the worker helping me said I dont know while handing me the keys and when I said but it wasnt working when I brought it in they said well now it is then turned around to go inside. Also they do not answer their phone and they do not call to let you know what is going on with the vehicle. I was only able to get in touch with somebody when I showed up before they closed and noticed when I got there the phone was ringing and two of the workers were talking behind the front counter ignoring it. I now have a problem with my autostart not working but have not wanted to take it back to be repaired even though it is under warranty. I plan on taking it somewhere else to be reinstalled and I would recommend anyone looking to get work done do their homework and do not go to audio express. I had all this work done less than a year ago.

I purchased a new system for my 2015 F150 and when i heard it for the first time i wasnt happy w/ the sound quality. I was working with a new sales associate so there were some mistakes made, understandably so. The entire team(sales, install tech, etc.) went above and beyond to make sure i left happy. Needs to be more careful about not scratching your car when installing items. Spent over a grand here on a sound system. They scratched my rear bumper, was able to buff most of it out at least. Cover the bumper next time if you know you going to be leaning alot installing an amp and speakers.

I dont think i will be back. I purchased a viper alarm to be installed which does work very well, but in the process of installation they managed to break most of the clips in my door panels which i just had pit in. I was given my keys with my headlights and marker lights not working, they were able to fix the headlights but now have to pay to get my marker lights fixed and all new clips installed.

Came back for follow up service to fix my trunk latch after rear camera install(Sunday) after spending$728 total on equipment and I was told to come in at 9 am on Monday(not make an appointment) ......came in on Monday to be told the wait would be 5 hours because I didn’t have an appointment and to make an appointment for Tuesday at 9am. So that would be my third trip driving 38 min each way, instead of being given this information first. Maybe the whole point is to make me go somewhere else since my money has already been taken it doesn’t matter to them .......

Would have given 5 stars but I ended up having to buy a circuit tester and trouble shoot why my amps and subs werent working. The installer said he plugged everything in and it didnt work so he unplugged it. I asked to get it plugged in so I could trouble shoot at the amp and he seemed upset that I even asked. Ultimately I found that his amp turn on connector wasnt working and had to replace it. A SIMPLE 5 second check would have fixed it but the installer just assumed it was my amp wiring issue and dismissed it. Easy fix and everything works great, just dissapointed at the service and how simple it would have been for them to check and fix.

I had an excellent experience at Audio Express, the guys there really took care of me with stereo installation and set up...even set me up with Pandora, which I knew nothing about. They told me to drop in with any problems or questions I may have...great group of helpful guys!

Brought my boat down to these guys yesterday because I was having issues with the audio from another shop, I got there around 4pm without calling in advance and I spoke to Dank and Mason, they checked out my boat and let me know what it would take to get it where I wanted it, well these guys made my boats music sound great and they where able to get it finished up that very night and let me tell you they are one BUSY SHOP! I had a keyless entry and alarm system installed here. I normally dont write reviews but the service here is pretty poor. The fob stopped working a few days later, and they were no help. I had a second shop take a look at the install and Audio Express didnt splice to the correct wires, or bother to securely mount any hardware. The alarm brain was tucked between the dash and a wiring harness. Its clear the management here prioritizes selling hardware over quality installation, and the staff will tell you anything to meet this goal.

The reason for such a high rating is because the guy who helped went above and beyond, when others at other stores just blew me off . I wish I could remember his name ( sorry ) but he was great. Saw my problem and resolved it. Thank you for that. I was the customer from Vegas with the blue f350. Thanks for your help I dont forget. I had originally taken my car to an alternate installer who gave me a lotta headaches so I was kind of reluctant to have another shop work on my car, but I went to audio express and was not disappointed!They were quick to help me and understand what I wanted done! Very nice and very informative helped me understand and pick out what I needed for my car! Was easily able to explain your options for direct purchase for non-credit check or credit check financing. he walked me through any additional information at the end, in all my cars, this has to be the best sounding so far!!Found my go to shop for car audio!Update: Do check your invoices though, Got charged a bit more for speaker wire. No big deal they took care of it once I noticed.

I decided to take my car here to have some wiring harnesses to be installed for my 2012 Civic which required this harness for the install of my aftermarket stereo, went in the first visit just to be told I need an appointment so I scheduled a 9am appointment and they told me they’ll have my car ready in 3-4 hours. Not what happened, at 5 they call me to let me know that my car was ready which is ridiculous because I set an appointment and they “guaranteed” it will be 3-4 hours. Not only that now I have pry marks and light scratches on my dash and broken clips where my stereo is mounted and supposed to lock in and now I have this huge loose gap in my dash from them trying to install my harness. Giving them 2 stars since everything works well besidest he fact they damaged my interior and took way too much time from what they promised

I wanted to be able to listen to the music on phone in my car (I only had the 6 cd changer). I had purchased a radio scanner aux from a different place; it was really horrible because I live in a rural area and i was consistently scanning for new station .I called Audi Express and they were very helpful. I really did not know anything about car radio systems and Im always cautious of being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. It was really refreshing to have Jason, the sales associate, take his time and explain all of my options and costs, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each option. I never felt rushed to make a decision or pressured into a purchase. I eventually went with a whole new bluetooth radio. Its beautiful and looks amazing in my car!The service is first come first served and they make point of delivering quality work, which takes time. The service time for my radio took about 3 hours and it was well worth it. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and a mall nearby. I have no problem waiting for quality and they delivered.I absolutely love my new radio, it does exactly what I want (I told Jason, Im not trying to impress my friends, I just want something that works) and the added bonus is it looks amazing in my car. They even gave me a call the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a Halo 9 installed in my Chrystler 200. The team first quoted me $243, This was cheaper than other installers so I made the trip. After all details it ended up being $329 no big deal.They called me in the middle of the install to see if I wanted a Bypass switch so I can use the functionality while the vehicle is in motion. now the end result is $399After everything They didnt install an HDMI in port so I could use all functionality. When I called they claimed they could do it for another $49 plus parts $24.The total install went from $243 to $475 unbelievable.I thought about it for a while. Why would they have called me for the bypass and not mention about the HDMI out? Now I have to pay for another hour of labor when it shouldve been done the first time? They saw I had money and it was a big install and they got greedy. Never going back.

Got a quote for $465 for a single din deck and to install... Made appt to come back the next day.. Decided to check best buy and got a double din deck n install for $300 including the $100 installation... They r home of the $1 install because they overcharge u on parts

Got a quote of $205 walked out paying $180. When installing the deck the dash kit wasnt fitting in right but they ordered a new one for me free of charge. Sucks i have to make a day to go back and have it fixed but happy they are taking care of the problem for me and no cost to me

Why is there not a -5 star. This shop has gone WAY down. The installers look like lames. I mean. It was door speakers on a 08 KiA. Why did my daughter go back the next day with screws falling out and the windows hitting the speakers. Wow. And.. then was told ok we will fit you in. Had her wait 3hrs. And forgot about her. I had no clue what was going on. I just came in to see her and bring my grandson juice and her water. So her car is out front. I say to her. Did you know your car is done. (Being that it is in front and not bay 3hrs later) nope. Not even touched. Wow is all I can think. Until I went off on the manager. Oops.
