Our service representative, Joe, was helpful, courteous, and efficient.I must admit that I thought the cost of the service was high even after applying the current promotion (hence, the 8 rating on the question of whether I would recommend a friend while giving 5 stars for the service). I would pay less at an independent repair facility. But I am uncertain if I would have received the same quality repair work.

Ive leased from Epic my last two vehicles. They are easy to work with. Their service department calls you with daily updates on service issues, mine was a recall issue. They even provided a loaner car for a couple of days while they worked on my vehicles recall issue. I will give Epic the first shot at my next vehicle. I can totally recommend Epic for vehicle purchase and service provider.

My overall experience at Epic Chevrolet was incredible! The staff was extremely nice and helpful and they made sure my car was completely up and running before I picked it up. The entire process was quick and easy. My experience was fantastic due to your employee, Joe Kalem. From the moment I walked in Joe was welcoming, helpful and was conscientious of my time. He kept me updated on the services being done on my car and continued to check in with the person in charge of my car parts coming in. Great service. I was met and greeted at my vehicle early in the morning hours before my appointment, dropped off my vehicle and caught a ride to work. It wasnt long before I got the call that my vehicle was ready and at lunch time caught a ride to the dealership and picked up my vehicle. It was fast and efficient. Thank you Epic.

My appointment was at 11am for an oil change and certain mileage inspection, a proven 30 min job. My car wasnt brought into the garage until 1240 pm. The man who serviced my car said he would have it done by 130pm. I went to the service desk at 130 on the dot, my car was already sitting there ready for me to leave for I dont know how long. Then the advisor I had was not at his desk so another advisor was suggesting I wait for the paperwork to be done. I told him thats not gonna happen because I have to pick up my child from school. He seemed not to care but got me my receipts and took my payment. When he gave me my keys, they didnt feel or look the same so now Im like this is right, another worker says to me theres other keys in your car. I have been to a plethora of Chevy dealerships and automotive shops, this is the first time I have encountered these strangers taking apart my key chain. That worries me. This is the worst Chevy dealership I have ever been too. I will not return in the future. Best dealership is Chevy Vacaville and Chevy on Madison in Sacramento. This Chevy was closer to my home, but after this experience, I have no problem driving miles away to a better dealership.

I bought my 2016 Buick back in 2018 when it was Kuni and now its epic is that and all around Ive always had add professional amazing service . 2 days ago I decided to explore options for A different vehicle Chris was my service guy he sent my information to a salesRep, Anthony Delgado called and he began to work rigorously all day to make This experienced stress free I walked in the end of the day after work to sign paperwork and shake hands and drove off the showroom floor my brand new 2022 LT all wheel drive Chevy trax. I’d been working with Tony for a couple weeks now. The car I originally wanted sold but he kept following up when new inventory came in which I really appreciated. He was very professional and not too pushy like some sales staff can be. When I arrived he was very patient as I decided between two cars and worked with me on the price of the car. It was extremely hot outside he made sure i had cold water the entire time. The whole experience was very pleasant.

I had the pleasure of working with Alex. I have never had a better car buying experience at a dealership and I have never travelled so far to buy a vehicle, but I’m so glad I did. I live over 2 hours away and he made the process so easy. Everything was ready to go when I arrived 2 days later. We went for a test drive and he knew everything about the vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions. We then worked with Mike to finalize the paperwork and he went above my expectations as well making sure we got everything we needed at a great rate and were comfortable with the terms. He was very personable, quick, and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Epic, Alex, and Mike to family and friends. Anthony Delgado was absolutely amazing. I have a unique situation where I have a special needs child who requires 24/7 supervision. I did not want to spend hours at a dealer. Not only did I only have to go in to sign and pick up the car but I was in and out in a total of 40 minutes. That’s the only way to buy a car!!! Anthony was superb and deserves a massive raise!!!

There’s a few issues with my new truck so we will see how it’s handled. There was a miscommunication among the staff about having my truck serviced before we came to pick it up and it wasn’t done so now we have to go back which is annoying. So now I have to take my truck in more than once to make it perfect, it’s a new truck so it should have been presented perfect. However, Tony and Mike were extremely nice and very helpful. Our transaction was quick and seamless which was awesome. I do have full faith that they will make it right.

It took about 3 hours to complete, and I mentioned that my car needed washed, and when I got my car back it wasnt washed nor the normally supplied steering cover, seat and floor plastic safety.The service tech was very nice, intelligent and helpful.

Never had a great experience like this. I am from out of town and experienced car problems. The service team lead by Bob was able to get me in and diagnose the problem without having an appointment. They couldn’t fix right away as a part was needed. They provided us a loaner car and Chris Perez communicated with us every step of the way. Very grateful for the phenomenal service we received.

Probably the worst experience Ive had in relation to getting services done for my car.I had an appointment scheduled 11:30 AM on Thursday for a diagnostic due to my check engine light being on.The diagnostic did not get done until 2:00 PM the next day.When the diagnostic was done they gave me six separate items that needed to be addressed the total for the service and repair of the six items was $1,448.6 issues remainingIf you dont mind sticking with me for a bit, allow me to explain why these six items were not truly an issue. Especially not an issue worth $1,400.Two of the six issues the dealership listed were electrical. I brought my car to a local mechanic (A-Auto Services & Repair) and he explained to me how it was actually just one issue and how it could be easily fixed within the day.The quote I got from the local mechanic to fix this was $249 The 249 included the diagnostic price and the cost to fix and replace the damaged part4 issues remainingNow two issues they let me know about were legitimate. However it was only $100 to fix these two issues. (Wiper blade & license plate light bulb)2 issues remainingSo... These last two issues are pretty interesting to me.One of these issues was an oil change. Very straightforward. However I just got an oil change less than 4 months ago. The oil life reading on my car reads 48% and I trust that oil life reading1 issue remainingThis last issue is a big deal to me. Not because I considered it a car issue but because I consider it a outright lie by the mechanic or the associate that was helping me.The issue was my Cabin air filter.For those of you who dont know, the cabin air filter for my car is on the passenger side behind the glove box. I know this because I got a new one Tuesday. But now Friday they tell me I need a new one.Only good thing I can say is that the people were really friendly which is the only reason this place does not get one star

I Purchased a brand new 2021 Silverado from Epic Chevrolet about 6 months ago. I had bad luck and bought a defective truck. After multiple times of going in for repairs they replaced the engine on it.After going through GM to get the truck replaced i reached out to them to hopefully get some help to get the truck replaced.I spoke to two Sales Managers Adam and Alex and in my opinion they were very helpful until they probably found out they wouldn’t get a commission out of this one since it was a trade they stopped answering the phone and text messages.I would have appreciated if they would have been up front at least from the beginning and told me they couldn’t do it rather then just stop answering the phone and ignoring me.This just shows they are just for them selfs and not their customers. I would never purchase anything from them or recommend them to anyone.

My fiance and I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Juke. This buying experience was completely painless. First there are no negative stars. Express oil change took 2 hours. Oil at 7.50 a quart, unbelievable. You could go to Costco and buy oil, add 15 or 20 % and it would be cheaper.

Made an appointment online for 2:20 and got a confirmation call from Epic. When I got there at my appointment time, I waited in my car for over 20 minutes and no one came out. Eventually the attendant suggested I go inside and wait to be called. Never was called and apparently no one on their team thought it was strange there was an unattended car sitting in the bay for nearly 2 hours. Then when I finally asked about the car, the advisor was rude and dismissive and sent me to another advisor. That advisor was better and I was finally checked in, but I was told that Epic did not have time to check the noise that portioned me to bring the car into the shop in the first place. When I got the car back and the maintenance was complete, I could not tell at all what work had been done on the car -- no one bothered to tell me, the receipt does not say what was completed, what the levels were, what should be serviced next, etc. I had to call back in to get that info. This shop is highly unorganized and I am very disappointed with service here.

This is the second time I have brought my truck in where I purchased it, Epic Chevy. Both times being up random things needing to be replaced, reset all the codes and they go off again after 30 min of picking up the truck.Never finish a job on time.Waiting 2 weeks for them to show up with the wrong front window.Wasted my time and money!

Arrived for 10 a.m. appointment, sat in my car for 25 minutes and was then told by the service advisor with an attitude that I didnt have an appointment. Paid the $175 for them to diagnose what turned out to be plugged up windshield washer nozzles. Got the call that the part could be there by the next day and they could install for a mere $715! I declined; picked up my vehicle and went directly to Napa auto parts where I purchased replacement nozzles for $22. My personal mechanic installed the next day for $120. All I can say about Epic is BUYER BEWARE!

We found a Colorado pickup we liked and contacted the internet salesman Dave Forget to see if we could get a good price for it. When we got there to look at it, he greeted us and took us right to the truck. He was very knowledgeable about the Colorado and answered all of our questions before we took it for a test drive. The service performed was fine. However, I had requested your shuttle service, but when I was ready to be driven to my office I was told with the usual Covid excuses that the shuttle could only take one customer at a time and because I was the third customer in line it could be a couple of hours before Id get the ride I was promised. Would it have made too much common sense to at least ask the customers if they were vaccinated ( which I am and have had Covid so am doubly safe ) or if they even cared if they shared a ride. Most people would not care.Anyway, I had to pay for an Lift ride. Some dealerships have been reimbursing customers for Uber / Lift rides. Is Epic ?

To the management of this facility,I want to express my gratitude for the car sale experience I had with your sales associate Alex Zamora. I was in the market for a C7 corvette and had just left another dealership in Stockton due to poor negotiation tactics of the salesmen in that location. I had driven 2 hours to be in the area. Already had the pre-approved loan as well. A waste of my time.The difference at this dealership and the Mataga Buick in Stockton was night and day. It started off with a phone call to see if anyone could help me facilitate the sale for the corvette in stock. Alex answered my call and gladly invited me to come in despite my arrival time estimated to be near closing time. When I arrived I was greeted very politely. I explained my bad experience to Alex and let him know Im looking to be negotiated with. Alex was FULLY transparent and respected my wish. We finally agreed on a price and started the work to finalize the sale. Alex kept his work ethic to the max beginning to end, many hours after closing, and I am very impressed by the consistent excellent service he provided throughout. He went above and beyond, I am a private banker and I dont usually give out that type appraisal due to my daily nature in customer service. I took my car to your store 5 different times for the same over heating issue, which in turn began making things break. The 4th time, management paid for the part that broke due to their negligence. The 5th time, when it was still not entirely fixed and still overheating, they pretended the damage was not their fault. I have never dealt, or have felt so unsatisfied with anyone as I felt specifically with this dealership. Back in March I woke up one morning with my car unexpectedly overheating, alarmed of this situation and with absolutely no one to help me, which unfortunately my roommates werent there to help me at the time. I had to drive out to your service area with steam coming out of my hood. My first instinct was to take it to the Chevy Dealership as I thought I would be given the best service and help. This whole fix during this time was a total of $2,584; not to mention I had to go out of my way to pay another $400 through Enterprise because I wasnt lended a rental car on your end or received no form of help. This amount is still getting paid off because I am a student at Sacramento State and work two part time jobs, one specifically for the University. I do not have the luxury to receive help from my parents, so I truly felt that because of my situation I got taken advantage of. About four weeks later I come back once again to get my oil change with you guys and I am told by your service team that I happen to have a transmission leak. I take action on it because I worry about my safety and my car and I happen to drive back home that day. I took it straight to a trusted mechanic back home that takes care of my familys vehicle and he notifies me the transmission leak isnt of big concern but mentions to me that he noticed I got a lot of work done on my car. I mentioned, Yes my car overheated not too long ago and I got this work done at the Epic Chevy Dealership in Sacramento . This gentleman then mentions to me he was a prior employee for this exact same dealership, with great relief on my end he mentioned to me that there were certain parts that were not done correctly and I needed to take my car back to you guys because this job was not done right. He then wrote out a report for me to take back to the dealership and told me to ask for a specific gentleman to re-fix my car and look at it. I drove back once again to your dealership for the third time, where once again I received no rental car or help and had my car taken away from me for 4 days once again. I happen to get a call back on the third day mentioning they had bad news about my car and that these two different leaks all of sudden appeared in where I would have to pay another $2,350 dollars for, not to mention all the work that needed to be re-done on the dealerships end wasnt addressed at all to me. I expressed my concern once again to my service advisor, I was then told he would call me back, I waited from 11 am till 6 pm for you guys to call me back and once again no help. Tired of the situation and extremely upset I decided to walk to the dealership the next morning and picked up my car. I couldnt believe that a Chevy Dealership who I paid nearly $3,000 for did not do their job as I expected them to. How is it that I paid for a $175 diagnostic in March, took it again weeks later to get an oil change and inspected once again, to then be told all these leaks are happening which was all work that had been done from the dealership already and never re-done. Here I am till this day with no car and paying another mechanic $1,900 dollars to fix all of the poor work that was done on the dealerships end. I will be sure to share my story because I would hate for this same story to repeat with anyone else. It is unfortunate that I wasnt even refunded part of the money for the bad work done by the dealership, let alone had the job re-done. I will be sure to never ever step foot into this dealership, let alone recommend it to someone else.

We have taken our Chevy Bolt exclusively to this dealership for service. We noticed after one of the last decal services that the dashboard had not been properly replaced. After bringing it to the attention of the service department we were told it was warped due to sun exposure: this vehicle is not parked in the sun. We garage it, and it is driven by a night shift worker so when it is outside, it is dark. This dishonesty has made us lose trust and faith in having our car serviced here.

Alex the gentlemen who first test drove with me was enthusiastic and friendly and got me into both the Bolt EV and EUV to drive and was able to answer all my initial questions and referred me to the salesperson for the rest. The salespersons Minh Hoang was fantastic. He was thorough and very knowledgeable about the bolts and referred frequently to his and his wife’s different experiences driving their bolts which really helped put things in perspective and ease my anxiety about buying an EV. My fiancé and I dropped off our car the because of constant overheating and a coolant leak and had been told it would be finished the next day at 11:45, we called at lunch and were told that Richard was out for lunch, and were told we’d be called back. Flash forward to the next day; never received a call back, called in to check on the car and was told that he was out of office for the day, but that the car would be passed off, called again 4 hours later and was told the exact same thing. Three days passed and not a single thing was done to the car, not even a diagnostic. Appalled by the lack of professionalism.

Had the best experience this evening! They delivered our brand new truck and their service was above and beyond. Alex Zamora made the process seamless. An Epic Fail. I showed up on time for a recall, waited 30 minutes only to find out the person who worked on our model didn’t work that day. That being the case despite me being clear about what I needed both when making the appointment and confirming it. My wife took it back another day only to again have to wait to check in, then wait nearly six hours for a software fix that others have had done elsewhere in 1-2 hours. The service guy blamed the “girls” on the phone for overbooking. To add insult to injury they blared Fox News at top volume in the waiting area, and when my wife walked over to a strip mall to wait, they dropped her calls three times when she tried to check on progress. And lest you think my wife was Karening, she is always super accommodating in cases like this. Super bad experience and a shame, since they are close by to our house.

Alex S. is an amazing young man. I live out of state, and after looking for a new car in my city, with NO luck, I called Epic Chevrolet. I was lucky enough to have gotten Alex. From the minute I chatted with him on the phone, I KNEW he was going to be our savior. I told him what i was looking for, and he immediately found vehicles for me to look at via internet. We were in contact all day today, after several phone calls and texts, we made a deal. Weve been looking at cars for a few weeks. I have done so much research, I felt I could go out and sell cars. I didnt have to ask any questions because Alex covered everything I needed to know. Hes the most professional, genuine, honest, and polite gentleman I have met in a very long time. What I liked and knew we were going to purchase from him was he called my husband sir when talking to him. Respect is what he showed. We dont hear or see that anymore these days. Epic Chevrolet should be grateful you have Alex on your team. I will definitely be calling him again, and will refer him to others.Alex went OVER and BEYOND to make this deal, and I know he is a true gentleman, and not like some of those sharks we had to met these past few weeks. I appreciate the shuttle service as I only have one vehicle and dont want to wait in the waiting room for hours for my service to be completed. I was disappointed that my vehicle was not washed. My experience in the past has been that an exterior car wash was included in all service.

Nick on the service side of things was amazing. he went above and beyond in making sure i was taken care of. i will absolutely be returning to him for anything else my car needs.EDIT: Brought my car back for an issue unrelated to my previous visit and once again Nick did a really great job. took care of my issue in a more than timely matter and at a more than fair cost. My lease ended recently and I wanted to see what my options were as far as getting a loan or leasing a new vehicle. Dave helped me by going over all of my options and was patient when I had more questions. I appreciate that he focused on me and directed all questions to me instead of to my fiance because at other places I have had experiences at other dealships where the sales person only acknowledged my fiance even though I was the paying customer. It was the quickest and easiest experience Ive had with a dealership and will be back when its time for a new car!
