The store was clean and welcoming. Warm and comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and very professional. All of the items for sale appeared to be stocked and stored appropriately behind glass displays. Well lit and prices on full display. A very nice and enjoyable experience. Although the front door has a glass window the displays are arranged so that once you are inside you are basically incognito. I plan to visit again If only to see the exotic trinkets and gadgets they offer for for those that are able to appreciate them.

The owner at this store spent almost 30 minutes helping me and was very patient. Even though they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, I ended up spending almost a hundred dollars and I am pleased with my purchase. Have a big inventory and prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend this shop.

Good nice clean store! One thing I love more about this store is everything is nicely displayed that is easily visible and the gentlemen that work there are extremely helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. They have excellent inventory on vape products and juices. I also smoke cigars and they have an excellent selection of premium cigars there that I absolutely love. Most of all I love the prices!! Great price for a great product. My friend told me about this place and when I finally came here i was amazed. Awesome store. Awesome employees. Awesome prices.

This store is very organized. Has vape and smoke gear, especially in this area, I dont see many shops this organized. Easy to find what you need. Has very competitive pricing. And love getting my premium cigars from them. They deal with their customers very welcoming.One thing they need to change is the carpet in their shop.

Best store EVER. Heard about this store from a friend and went to check it out. Prices are way more affordable then other stores Ive been too, the owner is the friendliest person, always have a laugh when I come in. Anything you need vape or smoke related, hes got there. I sincerely wish I could give zero stars as this store is unworthy of even one star. I had been researching vaporizers and wanted to get something similar to a PAX 3. I went to this shop and the Indian guy instead showed me more affordable (120$) vaporizers. Specifically, a Kingtons Black Widow. I ended up getting this model because it looked well made and he spoke very highly of it. I got home and tried it but it did not work (after I followed the user guide). Literally, nothing worked. It was showing as fully charged but nothing. I looked this vaporizer up online and lo and behold, I could have ordered this same exact model for 30$. I called the store and the Indian guy tells me, Sorry, no refunds. So, I am out 120$ because this store elects to scam people instead of helping consumers.DO NOT GO HERE.

If you live in the area and are looking for a good nice vape and smoke shop, I will lay this is the best. The customer service is down to earth and the quality of product of vapes is amazing! Very well displayed products. When you first walk in even if it is your first time you will feel like you have been going in there since forever. They treat you so well here. One of my friends mentioned this store to me and I was surprised because it was even better than I expected. They deserve these 5 stars and the business! I may not smoke cigarettes a lot but their prices are great compared to everywhere else!

Ive never been to this smoke shop before and after the first time I went in and I realized it was the biggest smoke and vape shop around and they have great customer service with a huge variety of different products especially there e juice! I am not a big fan of smoking out of glass pieces but they also have a wide variety of that as well! To anyone that enjoys vaping I recommend this smoke shop out of them all!

This is a lovely place for those people who like to see all their vape and smoke needs under one roof. I was in that area and saw the signboard that appeared to be a new place, I went in there and was surprised to see their collection of vape products, and especially their water pipes. The guy that works there is in his 50s I believe, but he works well with his customers, giving me a great deal on a water pipe and hooked me up with a free hemp wick. I suggest whoever lives in this area at least visit this store to see the difference in customer service compared to others.

Nice and clean store. I went there a couple of times recently. I love that place! The guy that works there is pretty cooperative. They are pretty flexibile on their prices. They got pretty good inventory on vape stuff. I like their selection on premium cigars. I will say this is the best vape and smoke shop in the area!

I went in and was immediately struck by how clean the store was and how well everything was displayed all the employees were very helpfull with setting me up with the right product and had the best prices around if you get the chance make sure to stop by!

I like to come in during down time at work to get snacks or vape juices if Im out.I used to get juices at another place but I never really liked their flavors. However, at this shop they have a more wide variety of juices. I recently purchased about four bottles for my boyfriend and I, the more notable ones were the watermelon flavor and the blue raspberry. The watermelon tastes like an airhead, not my favorite since Im not a big fan of watermelon so I gave it to my boyfriend and he loves it. The blue raspberry on the other hand is AMAZING. I dont know how to describe it but it smells so good and it leaves a good flavor behind.I find myself coming into the shop because the employees there are so friendly and the customer service is amazing. I always leave with a smile.Come in if youre looking for anything vape related, if youre looking for swishers, lottery tickets, or even snacks. You wont be disappointed.

This vape shop is awsome, the manager is the coolest guy and has amazing prices and service they have really nice premium cigars and I like their selection on water pipes. I went there to buy water pipe he gave me a good deal on that and I left with a full setup of vape mod too.

This used to be a cigarette store, i think ownership has changed and i went there after 7 months and its a totally new store. Its very nice and clean with many selections of vape juice and smoke products. Alot better customer service compared to other businesses around the area. The guy that works there is polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. I dont go there that much because i live in elk grove, but anytime im in that area, i go to get vape juice. I recommend anyone who lives nearby to definately check out this shop.
