The blonde lady thats always there when I go early in the morning is friendly & helpful. Its always clean & being cleaned. I absolutely love the new washing machines!

If you wash there dry is free- if you can find one of the few free driers available. Cant find an attendant? Look in the parking lot where theyll be smoking something. Wanna pay with your card? Great, just wait at the counter and pay the card use fee and wait while the poorly trained attendant attempts to figure out the computer system. But the junkies outside are entertaining.

ID give this place a hundred stars if I could. The staff are the most professional Ive ever seen at a laundromat! They work hard to keep that huge place clean and they do a perfect job, especially during a pandemic! They deserve a raise! They even went above and beyond with the snack machines that have Cranberry Ginger Ale!!!The selection just slayed it. I had opportunity to meet the owner before to tell her how impressed I was. Did I mention, FREE DRY!!!

Had a king size down comforter to wash/dry. Very clean laundromat. Change machine available. Leslie was kind of enough to put my comforter in the dryer while I ran an errand. Leslie also informed me of their drop off service that only costs $1.25 a pound. I will return. Great and friendly time saving service. Also I am able to support a business in my neighborhood.

Went once and it only due to the choices in a pinch I will go somewhere that has free dryer all the time, thank you. And for those who are forced to be robbed of their quarters you can cut the greed they impose upon you in half by simply placing a clean dry towel in with your wet clothes. For those who dont choose to be robbed you can do the owners of less greedy laundromat a solid and save yourself time in said laundromat by doing the same. And you may just save enough over time to buy your own machines and not fall victim to many of the downfalls public laundromats entail. Pro tip 2 add a aluminum can or ball of aluminum to dryer to eliminate static cling. Trust me its science. The more you know🌈⭐

Washing machines are great and the free dry on some machines a bonus what I don’t appreciate is “clothes missing “ I have had clothes missing from the laundry mat a few times and probably due to me leaving the dryer unattended to go out and run some errands whileClothes were drying so my advise stay with your laundry.

Always clean and friendly workers but dont forget your in the hood.

Jolene is an awesome!! love her. She always has a smile and works her butt off. Place is clean, plenty of room for folding, free dry and the washers are in excellent condition. Rolling carts always available. The only complaint would be the parking lot is filthy but as soon as you walk into there the floor its sparkling clean

This is one of the cleanest, newest, nicest, and biggest options in town for DIY laundry. And if you dont want to DIY your stuff, drop it off and theyll wash, dry and fold for you (for small fee, of course). It can get crowded though. And theres only two areas to fold your stuff. Still worth it

I would like to apreciate all the staff members who work in this facility they are always amiable and cordial with all Guest Ive have been coming to this location for a few months once or twice a week and I have never seen any indifference with any guest. On the other hand I would like to thank them and hope they keep up the hard work they put in to keep our loundry in a friendly clean environment. Thank you staff!

Very clean. Very neat. Always friendly. Had a few large loads and was in and out of there in less than an hour. Awesome big screen TVs to help the time pass. Highly Recommend!

Really clean, not trashy at all like most laundry mats. Staff is on sight and even have an option to drop off laundry so they can wash it for you. Super convenient and plenty of room for everyone to wash!

Ive been going here since they have opened, but I think Its time to find a new place the transients are getting bad coming in putting there nasty dirty blankets and clothes in the dryer to warm them up just disgusting 😡 . customer use them for clean clothes. And the staff allowing them to come in and hang out and use the restrooms as well unsanitary and disgusting. This needs to change or u will lose a lot of customers.

Liked going there but lately some washers have these nasty odor in them. & the short white lady that works there is really rude, asked her for the bathroom key and said it was already opened, I went back and it was locked I went back to her and asked her if she can open it because my toddler really needed to go she made me a face and was just like yeah going but she stayed there gossipping with the other ladies instead, until couple minutes later she went to open the door.

Great place during their hours of business, but dont let their posted business hours encourage you to stop by after 8:30PM, even if youre only drying. Not only does the last wash ends at 8:30PM, so does the drying. Business doors locks at 8:45PM.

The facility is always clean. Attendants are always helpful. Not to mention on Thursdays free dry

This was the first time I had ever used a coin laundromat and I must admit, it was a fun experience at Spin Cycle! Im between laundry equipment at the moment, but this was so easy and comfortable, I think I can actually save $$ by doing it here! The waiting was okay because of clean surroundings, nice seating, wi-fi and a far better TV than I have at home! Its more than just laundry, its like taking a guilt-free break where anything you need is right there!!

If it had an automatic door and a credit card slot like the one in w. Sacramento it would pretty much be the most convenient laundromat in Sacramento. Even the taco stand is across the street!

Amazing quiet and clean atmosphere. Was in and out in less than an hour due to the awesome washers they have I was able to do it all in two loads !

The best laundry mat that I have been to in the south sac area. Neighborhood might not be that great but most other laundry mat neighborhood in the south sac area will be the same. The ladies who work here are awesome. They do their job and go above and beyond on their customer service. The ladies are always willing to help you find a cart during busy hours. On several occassions I have seen the ladies that work here help parents clean up their childs spills and mess. They are always diligently working and are always helpful and kind to everyone. The people who go there are pretty friendly too. Also free drying on every Thursday so thats a big plus.

Just came here ! NEVER again, I just moved to the area and I came in and the lady was came straight up to me I thought she was being nice BUT NO she blocked me from getting quarters because my clothes was not all in there now Im searching for a place to wash other then being somewhere UNCOMFORTABLE she automatically assumed I wasnt washing here when I specifically said I have 5loads NEVER EVER AGAIN

My dryer broke a few weeks ago and I hated the thought of having to go dry my clothes at the Landry mat. But I love this place. I can get in and out in 45 min. The dryers are every efficient and work 100%. The staff there are very friendly and the place is very clean everytime I go and Im there at least once a week. It also has a little place for the kids to watch cartoons and thats a big help when I take my kids with me. Definitely would recommend to anyone who has to go somewhere to wash clothes or whatever. Over all I give them 4 stars because my experience have been a good one. Thanks!

There was melted taffy in 3 dryers that they refused to clean. I have more than once be harassed by the ladies at night because i was one of two people here and they wanted us out before 9. When I asked them about the hours being open until 10 they scoffed and asked me to hurry. I live across the street, and use the laundry mat often. The staff seems to be getting more laxed and running the mat their own way.AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY JUST RIPPED ME OFF FOR $3.50. THURSDAY ARE FREE DRY WITH WASH DAYS. I PAID MY WASH. THE LADY AT THE FRONT SAID I COULD PAY $1.50 TO HAVE THE MACHINE SET TO ON FOR THE NORMAL 56 MINUTE I DRY THE LARGE LOADS. SHE TOOK MY MONEY AND THEN TOLD ME THAT SHE WASNT ABLE TO TURN THE DRYER ON AMD I JUST HAD TO RESTART IT AFTER THE 15 MINUTES WAS UP.THEFT?Done with this place now.
