This was a great company when I needed to fix my simple yoga notebook. I called them and emailed them on the same night, and I got a response within less than 2 hours. I spoke to their technician, and we diagnosed the problem over the phone. After they came and picked up the laptop, they emailed me back with a diagnosis and a cost. Both were very reasonable. It took 3-4 business days for the whole thing to be fixed. They had to order my parts, and the wait was due to shipping of my replacement HD. I Recommend Them For Repair, and I Will Be Using Them Again in the near future.

I have used Yoga Bear several times for my iMac, both for set up and software issues. They are always prompt and knowledgeable. In a couple of cases they searched to find solutions that looked hopeless...but they resolved them.

I moved across country and my desktop computer did not like the trip. Connections came loose in the computer rendering my monitor useless. BestBuy said the did not do hardware but one person there gave me the name of Yogi Bear Computer. I called then and Ken came over the next day and picked up my compute to troubleshoot it and give me estimate on repair. He communicated clearly about what the problem was and what it would cost to repair. For minimal additional cost I had my hard drive upgraded. Within week I had computer back and it has run flawlessly since. I would recommend them to anyone since their pick-up and delivery service as well as good value for their work was a very satisfying experience. Ken was very professional and easy to get along with. Definitely five stars.

I was laid off back in July thanks to Covid-19, but my former company let me keep the laptop after wiping it remotely - I was provided instructions to reinstall Windows 10 fresh as well, not a bad send-off. Well, having one shot at it, I wanted to get it right and so I researched in the Sacramento area and found Yoga Bear Computer Repair. Being naturally paranoid about handing over computer equipment, I thought a blank cpu with no data would pose no risk. I have since come to appreciate the team and would trust them to see to a cpu with data on it! They also were respectful of my parallel paranoia regarding Covid precautions.

Wonderful service provided by wonderful people. So basically I live in the Rocklin area when my computer got water spilled in. I called Michael and got immediate responses and he had provided great and speedy service on my PC so I basically waited just for 2-3 days until I could play rainbow six again. They have a wonderful and honest team and if you live around the area, or somewhere a little bit further, and your computer needs a fix up, you should defintely give their shop a try.

The system will shutdown in 15 seconds... . After reading through the owner’s manual, I determined that replacing the fan was way too involved for me to attempt. So, I searched the internet and came across Yoga Bear Computer Repair. Lucky for me!At first glance, given all there 5 star reviews, I though Yoga Bear was too good to be true. But, based on my recent experience, their reviews are well deserved.Not only did they solve my problem in a timely fashion (and at a fair price), but Ken went above and beyond by rebuilding one of the hinges on my Notebook that had failed – and he replaced by traditional HDD with an SDD (again, at a very fair price). The team at Yoga Bear Computer Repair is awesome. Michael is a super communicator, corresponding with me via text and email to order parts and schedule the pickup time. My MacBook Pro was in need of a new battery and it also had some fan noise that didnt sound so good. The technician who picked up my laptop was Tim, and he took it, fixed it and brought it back. Turns out I didnt need a new fan! Tim found a piece of a cheerio in there, cleaned the whole thing out and didnt charge any extra. So my bill was actually LESS than the estimate. I really appreciate it! Something else to point out is Yoga Bears rate to replace the battery beat the Apple Genius Bar rate. Michael also gave me a choice of two different batteries, one economy choice and an upgraded choice. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to. Two stars because the tech I spoke to called me on a saturday, appreciate that they works the weekends! And he gave me advise for one of my issues, with dealing with the company I bought my computer with and saying not to pay yoga for to repair this issue. Saved my butt! Thank you Yoga Bear.When I had TWO hard drives crash in one week, Yoga Bear came to the rescue. On my most important drive, the port broke. Yoga Bear was able to extract the content from it and transfer to another hard drive for me. They were prompt in replying, came to pick it up, ordered an Amazon replacement for me, and took care of everything. When I realized a main folder was still missing, they took it back, ran a more extensive scan/recovery process, and found the files I so desperately needed at no extra charge. I didnt feel either like I was being gouged price wise, he explained to me how much parts were and his hourly rate; his estimate he gave me was very close to the final invoice. So glad that I found a trusted repair shop in my area. I spilled Muscle Milk on my computer (weird and gross, I know) and the entire thing was just destroyed. I mean the screen was affected, the keyboard, everything. To make matters worse, I powered the computer after it got wet so there was some gnarly corrosion going on inside.Luckily, I found Yoga Bear Repair. Michael connected me with Ken right away. My computer was running painfully slow . A friend recommended I call Yoga Bear. They were nice on the phone and were able to come out and look at my computer the very next day. They showed up on time, were very fast, and were really affordable. Would definitely call them again.

My iMac just went blank one evening - I called Yoga Bear because of these reviews. They completely lived up to the praise. They quickly confirmed the power supply had died and replaced it at a very reasonable cost. I discussed more with them about how to get better performance out of this aging Mac, and they were *very* knowledgeable, and had some good recommendations that have made my computer feel like new again. Being a computer geek (software) myself Im not easily impressed, often finding I know more than the people Im talking with, but Yoga Bear really know their stuff. We have used Yoga Bear twice now. The first time was due to a hard drive failure on my husbands Dell that he uses when working from home. His laptop would not boot. Tim got the assignment. Not only did he come right out to pick up the laptop, he replaced the hard drive, recovered all of the data and returned it working better than new on a Saturday. Because my laptop was purchased at the same time as my husbands, I knew my hard drive was probably getting close to its end-of-life also. So during a time I didnt need it for a week, I called Tim. He replaced the hard drive while I was gone and returned it to me when I got back; again, working better than new. These guys are great. I highly recommend them. While we had some scheduling issues at first he was more than knowledgeable skilled and helped save me from solving the problem myself which would have involved a potential 150$ replacement part for a part that never needed replacing to begin with, so more than worth it! The battery on my Dell laptop had expanded and distorted the track-pad. These guys diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part and installed it in just a couple of days and charged a reasonable price for the service. Friendly, helpful and competent staff. I would definitely recommend them.

We called in the morning and Michael was able to send someone over by the afternoon. I thought it would take a couple of hours, but it got done in 1 hour. It was awesome!

2nd time using these guys. First time Theo helped me 3 years ago fix a computer build. Today, Michael walked me through how to fix some issues with bluetooth, no charge, even said advice was free. Only a 5 minute call, but these are good people. And if I can’t figure it out, calling them again, only computer guys I’ll work with around here. Saving me from pulling my hair out!

Yoga Bears service was exceptional. I had an overheating Mac Pro that I thought needed a new battery. Yoga Bear ordered a replacement battery, picked up the computer, and called me the next day saying that I did not need a new battery, and that dirt in the fan area was causing the heating - they cleaned it and tuned the computer, and returned the battery and I got a great running Mac back at a fraction of what I expected.

Fantastic service! I was certain my sons MAC was fried from liquid spill when Apple told me there was no way to fix it, but Ken at Yoga Bear got it back up and running in 2 days for less than $300! Totally awesome guys!

Its incredible to find businesses like this today! =) I called and they helped me trouble shoot for free before coming out and it fixed the problem without me being charged anything. They were genuinely happy to have helped without my paying anything. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in future if I need more help!

Spilled a small amount of milk on my Macbook pro and then it stopped turning on. Apple quoted $800 to replace the logic board. Yoga was able to fix it for less than $300. The repair took a bit longer than they told me it would, but I was am super happy with the result. My technician was honest, friendly and professional.

Michael is very knowledgeable on what he does. He has done a few jobs for my business and he is always been responsable. Most important he is very hones, and he does not take advantage of his knowledge. I would recommend him for any job.
