It’s rare that you find someone who touches your heart so dearly, let alone at a retail shop.My mom and I were in town for a doctors appointment yesterday and decided to go to Lush to pick up some bath bombs since we don’t have one in our hometown. My sweet mom, on a fixed income due to disability, wanted to buy my sister a present for watching her dog overnight for her. Unfortunately, right after she bought the shampoo and conditioner bars, she left her bag in a bathroom stall and it was stolen within 5 minutes. After checking with security we made our way back to Lush to see if it was turned in, and to buy it again if not. When we touched based with the employees at Lush we found out that it had not been turned in to our dismay. What happened next turned my little black heart gold. The employees were SO kind to me and my mom and did what they could to make up for it, even though it was our mistake and not there’s. They treated us with such kindness and compassion I literally teared up in the store.These are beautiful human beings and they deserve a giant raise. THIS is what makes a company great. P.S. They worked yesterday (6/29) around 1:00

Dont get me wrong, I love LUSH. But what is happening to the products? It seems like they are getting rid of all the good stuff and everything that is new is cheap and filled with more safe synthetics than natural ingredients. I remember the days when you would read the ingredients on a LUSH pot and see maybe 2-4 safe synthetics sometimes, now half the ingredient list on the products are synthetics. I loved lush for how natural it was, but I can tell it has turned cheap. I get it is due to prodcut demand and expansion, but maybe LUSH should have stopped where they could still make products the real natural way. I miss the old LUSH.

Traded in empty containers, got a teeny little face mask thing. Not bad, may have nice options in the full size options

Stellar service and exemplary shopping experience. Love to shop this location for new products and my favorite go to products. Items are always well stocked and the staff is so relatable and they always make my family feel relaxed and comfortable.They offer us space to shop but check in and offer suggestions or tips.

This is the sex bomb 💣. I bought it for Valentines Day. OMG its amazing. My boyfriend really liked it. Our skin was soft and the aroma was intoxicating. Thank you Lush🤗

Wal Mart a great place to shop for low prices.

Went here with my son for his girlfriend loves this place and so do many others. I bought a small container of face cleanser that seems to work well. It doesnt dry out my skin.

All the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The products are AMAZING quality and ingredients. With all of the COVID rules I did have to wait outside, but I kindly told the associate what products I wanted since I came for very specific items. He gathered them up for me and brought a mini card reader to me so I didnt have to even wait to just enter to pay. I loved that!

I believe it is a great store, but I get a headache from so much to smell. Even out side of the store is over whelming. But they have it all for every body type and person.

I really like Lush products and their commitment to sustainability. I use their bar shampoo, conditioner and soap. The first time I went here the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best products based on my needs and concerns. There was no pressure to buy anything. The next few times havent been as enjoyable as the first, given that its so busy I have to ask for assistance and the staff members seem rushed so they didnt address my specific concerns and rather pointed me to an area of the store. That being said, if you go on a week day youll probably get more personalized recommendations and attention.

I love Lush. I prefer going to the store in Sacramento because the people are so nice and they never push you to buy something else that you dont want or need. Theyre knowledgeable and are always willing to give recommendations based on your needs.

Such a great staff. Recommended products to fit my individual needs and answered every question I had with a smile. Shopping experience was delightful. Cashier was nice and gave me samples. Bought way more than I came in for, but only because Lush has such great products and Ive been using them for years. This is the best Lush Ive ever been to. All the stuff was super helpful and friendly. They did a bath bomb demonstration in the store. I was able to samples anything I wanted too and I was even allowed to take some samples home. I absolutely love Lush and what they stand for. I will definitely be going back.

The workers here are so helpful and so friendly!! They love to help answer questions and demonstrate stuff for you. They really know their product! The product is all really amazing, Ive yet to come across anything that didnt work as advertised. Its a really great store. And definitely a good place to stop at the mall.

Went to lush. Amanda helped me and she made my experience amazing! I go all the time but she was probably the first employee to actually help me find what I needed and gave me amazing samples of things I will most definitely be getting in the future!!!❤ went home used the bath bomb and I loved it!!!

Never been inside before so I went in, might as well since I was there already. I was greeted by this very nice lady, Amanda i believe it was. I told her I never been and it was my first time and she was super nice to me. I know being nice to customers is part of the job but I truly never met any worker who kinder. She showed me around the store and what they had to offer and then she asked what I would be interested in. We went over all sorts of products from bubble baths, to body moisturizers, to hair care products, and even face masks. She even helped me sample them. I never felt so welcomed before in a store. All the workers seem to follow suit as well, they were all kind. I ended up buying the face mask, bubble bath, and body butter and she gave me samples of conditioner. Would definitely go back and I hope I get her again to help me out.

Bath bombs are wonderful and you can get free samples of products youd like to try to take home - just ask at the register.Im particularly fond of the bath bombs, beard wash, and the quizzical but apparently very economical shampoo bar.

I always get great service from the amazing workers there. When I ask for advice or info they let me know just what I need to know. And of course products are always great.

The staff is super friendly. Sergio and I am blanking on the other female lush rep but she was super super helpful as well. Was able to pick out some killer box sets for my wife. Its a positive environment and they make quality products.

I absolutely love this place!! Everytime i come into the store i am greeted by such amazing and friendly staff. They are so sweet and knowledgeable. We always get to try out products and today we got many items that are new. The store normally gets pretty packed because it is just the mind blowing. Today was different. The store was mostly empty so we got to really look around. Im vegan so coming here is like a trip to the candy store for kids. I will always shop at this store and i highly suggest everyone check out this place.
