Dont waste your time at this Mac Store. Staff never answers the telephone and sometimes nobody is there.

Nichole was an absolute pleasure! I was so overwhelmed today and just needed some quick help picking out things and she did AN EXCELLENT JOB. Will be calling ahead of time to make sure she’s there because I definitely want her help next time as well. Thanks Nichole you’re awesome!Also to note:The two girls working at the Stila & ABH counters were a great help also! The one girl went above and beyond to find the abh countour kit in my shade but unfortunately were sold out. I also appreciated the other girls advice regarding Tarte concealer. (I’m sorry I forgot to ask for their names but they were working there around 2:30, if that helps)

They never answer there phone! Bad for business! I would recommend and multi-line phone so they can see calls coming in and place them on hold ... Was calling to check if a lipstick is in stock

Most of my facial products are from Mac. Since I work in downtown, I prefer going here during my lunch hour. They are always short of staff and they are not knowledgeable whenever I inquire about products.Also, some of the staffs are not as friendly.
