I am very uneducated in the makeup world this amazing employee came up and asked if I needed help( I needed all the help I could get) and Andrew definitely delivered I believe he is the manager of the store as well he helped me look for a full face of makeup and was extremely happy with my whole purchase! Customer service? 1000/10 amazing manager he knows what he is talking about couldn’t recommend it enough.

Had all my items in stock (in-store). I usually shop at the Marconi location but they didnt have much of my items available. Great customer service representatives with professional and courteous attitudes. One of the young ladies who worked there answered all my questions and recommended a few brands of makeup that fit my needs. She also was very nice. I will make this my new store and regular location.

Ulta is great pl ace to buy cosmetics, face wash and moisturizer. Always find what I need. Great customer service as well.

Got my brows waxed here by Saturn, she did an amazing job, was very clean and safe, and she was so fast I barely felt anything. I’m gonna get them done by her next time too!

This store is great. They have tons of brands including Chanel, Estee Lauder, and Lancome. Staff super helpful and pulled my futurist foundation and held it until I arrived.

The cashier was not very happy when I refused to provide my phone number. She proceeded to advise that I was getting her in trouble not giving her one. The store was okay but dont enjoy that type of marketing.

Could not find one person to help me in cosmetics. There were 2 cashiers working registers. Line was not long, one of those should have been on the floor assisting with sales. I walked out and went to another ulta and got the help I needed.

For my hair colored. She did a good job but for the price not worth it. Ill return for products but never the salon.

Was helped by two wonderful people but my all time favorite was the young man that helped me his makeup knowledge was awesome and his face said it all need a class with him he was more beautiful inside and out he could be a model for how to do your makeup right ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good customer service. I was a bit perplexed by the number of people that they limit into the store at any given time. Some other stores are doing this and the truth is that there really is no science behind all of this absurdity. Otherwise, its a nice looking clean store.

Purchased 11 bottles of 25.36 FL Oz/750ML Bed Head TIGI shampoo, 3 piece makeup set, and two facial cleansers. Instead of splitting the things up in to two bags to separate the weight they did a double bag and stuffed everything in 1 bag.As I’m walking up to my car everything falls out of the bottoms of the bag all I’ve the parking lot floor. Nice Lovely store, some folks be sleeping on ULTA but they have great things with nice prices, @times can get gifts with purchases. Free samples, they do make up & hair, & have skin care, perfumes or cologne Yes...Things for Men, Women, & Kids + all hair tools. Check em out...!

Almost everyone I know whos been to Ulta has the same complaint - you go there and find a stylist you like and when you go back in 2-3 months and theyre gone. Were in agreement that they get their start here and then theyre off to something bigger and better.

The person that helped me wasnt very helpful. Almost like she didnt want to be there and help me at all. Was it very knowledgeable of the products I asked specifically for something and they didnt have it and I asked what was closest to that product to replace it and she was trying to get me towards other things that didnt match up with my product she hurried me instead of trying to take her time she didnt really want to help me I ended up going and getting whatever I want it on my own because she was no help and rude

I was in search of a facial groomer for eyebrows. A young lady asked if she could help and we couldnt find my usual brand. She showed me the brand she uses and told how happy she is with hers, so I bought it. It is fabulous and so was she. I will definately shop this well stocked, bright and friendly store again.

Stopped here for a hair appointment the morning of a wedding and the lady was excellent! I let her know how long the hairdo needed to last so she used hairspray accordingly, and the end result was very much like the pictures I offered. Im not used to this kind of stuff so 10/10 would find that lady again; she made it so easy!

Danika was wonderful. My sister and I called to make a same day appointment for full highlights and she was happy to fit her in. When we got there I asked if there was anyway to get a trim and she fit that in too! she made us feel comfortable and was open to our ideas. She told us exactly how everything would turn out she was honest on what it would do to her hair.(Her hair was already damaged). It was a comfortable environment even though it was very busy. my sisters Hair turned out amazing! better than Danika even described it was great. my hair islong and curly and she did a great job on the cut Im usually not very happy with my hair after and I couldnt wait to show my friends. Kayla whipped up some pretty colors I would recommend her as well. We will definitely be back.

Im really surprised by some of these reviews. Literally some of the best customer service Ive ever gotten, and I go fairly consistently. Krista is great for brow services, and Ive even had the manager and random employees who belong to other parts of the store help me. I definitely recommend going here!

They have just about anything there for male or female for your body or perfume. for your love in your life. perfume its a great place to go you enjoy your visit and the sales people are very helpful

I was standing at Benefits Braw Bar for a good while. The esthetician wasnt there, but another employee clearly saw me, but never acknowledged my presence. That was weird.

Had the worse experience at this Ulta today. Very rude associate named Amanda sent me to back to the line because she said someone was ahead of me. She tells me where the line is which is not where this woman was but I’m like ok whatever. As I go to line two women get in front of me but I’m thinking she will see me and she knows I was next. Instead she calls them and starts talking about how she knows one of them! I was waiting and waiting why she is chatting it up with them. If you’re going to kick me to the back of the line at least do it for everyone. Now I’m left wondering why you felt the need to do it just to me. I finally left the line and just put back my product. When I finally talked to the associate her first response is “I didn’t say that, I did do that “. Such poor customer service skills. The only good thing is the manager was nice and professional and tried to diffuse the situation. She’s the reason I’m ok with the one star otherwise I wouldn’t think they deserved any stars!!!

Had the nail colors I wanted! Looked all over town for a good festive colors for the holidays-- Ulta had it! Plus they had eyeliner, shadows, mascara, and lip colors to match! Ill definitely be back! THANK YOU ULTA!

This is the second time Ive been into Ulta in a week and was not asked if I needed help...I had to color match my self and in all honesty not quite sure if correct shade. I asked for help and was told she was with another customer and would be right back...her right back was to help 2 other clients and here I sit waiting☠. Just kidding I got my product (hopefully its the right shade) and was finally asked at the reguster if I found everything ok...really?! Really!? I have been to other makeup stores and am ALWAYS greeted and asked if I needed help. Whats with the customer service at this location??

Came in just to browse and ended up getting a new eyeshadow palette an Lipstick. Even though they didnt have the Volcano Goddess palette by Becca, the cashier who helped me checkout was very helpful in trying to locate the palette at another store

Never felt so harassed while shopping at Ulta until I came to this location. I had the security guard following us everywhere!! Won’t shop at this location anymore, sad to see how they treat you differently from other customers, because you’re a person of color. Shm.

Staff is not very knowledgeable when it comes to face/ skin products.

Do not go there for hair services. I spent 5 hours there for hair cut and highlights and it doesn’t even shows! I will never go back!

Amazing staff very helpful

The store itself is pretty awesome with a huge variety of brands and products. The people who work here mostly ignore you in the makeup department. It is rare to have someone ask if you need help which is why this is three stars. It runs out of a lot of items I shop for, but it’s because it has great sales.

Terrible customer service. When asked for help the lady said that all went out to lunch, and send me to the register. At the register they paged and paged for an assistant, but no one came. Waited 20min for someone to assist with hair color. Never got any help. With this big of a supply shoppe they should have help on every isle.

I was waiting in line and I was looking at the small little travel size section but I was still in the line. The associate was chatting with the previous customer which is fine and I am willing to wait until my turn. When the previous customer almost left, the two other customers popped up behind me and the associte totally skipped me and called the next customer to the register. They both looked at me and asked if I wanted to go first since I was there first. The associate looked at me and point her finger at the line and went oh the line started over there. I looked at her shooked and decided to let other customers go first because of her ignorant and put all items back and walked out. It was like I am invisible to the cashier.

My stylist, Danika, is awesome! Always professional, friendly, and an expert colorist. I ALWAYS leave HAPPY with my hair!

I wish there were a 0 star choice. I’m an Ulta member and spend more than $300 every 2 months there. I had to go to this location because the one by my house doesn’t sell Lancôme foundations. FromThe moment I walked in I Was treated like a criminal. I came straight from the gym so I looked like a mess but I had to stop there before I went home. I know what I’m looking for and I know how to apply make up so I don’t need help but every time I told him I didn’t need help somebody else came up to me or stood right next to me. I work in retail so I know what it means when they stay so close by or keep customer servicing and me, they think I’m stealing or suspicious. Worst Ulta ever. I’m even going to cal corporate because the manager there doesn’t greet anyone & she needs to train her staff to be friendly not rude and stuck up.

First hair cut in a long time and they did an amazing job. I will Deffinately b going back

Thats a good store lots of varieties of things.

Some times you eithier go unnoticed by the employees or suffocated by the employees. They eithier think you are invisible or think you are going to steel. Eithier way whats not to love about makeup the employees thinking im Casper or a ghost wouldnt stop me from shopping here

Workers are not knowledgable about their products unlike Sephoras. One of the workers were pretty snappy and mean too and kept following me around. Not everyone is a shop lifter. Hopefully Ulta can change for the better.

I went in with my son who is four, to grab some false eyelashes before work. The security guard followed me down every single isle. I accidentally knocked a pallet over and tried fixing it and was yelled at by the guard after apologizing a bunch and explaining how embarrassed I was. I then went to the counter paid cash for the three false eyelash packs I picked out a lipstick and a eyeshadow pallet. When walking out the sensor went off. I had my own make up in my purse before walking into store. I get all the way to my car and the guard yells at me to come back inside. Makes me open my purse up, mind you nothing I stole which she had seen. Which is redicukous since I was already followed my entire visit. I felt really harassed, uncomfortable and over all extremely dissatisfied. This ulta is a rock throw from my house and I absolutely REFUSE to ever Bri g my business into this store ever again. You guys need to get your stuff under control. I never once have been a shoplifter and it was terrible having to feel like I was stalked the entire time. Staff is alright, not helpful AT ALL unfortunately.

Always being stalked by security every time I enter this mall specifically at this store. It’s not suspicious how they are acting anymore. Poor management bathrooms are always really dirty. Getting eyeballed by people who work there is not pleasant while shopping. When I ask questions the replies/ responses I get are always off as well as rude.

This Ulta is good, has a lot in stock. Employees are nice.

Has plenty of options to choose from, the staff is very helpful in finding certain items. However, it is kinda pricey.

Great selection of products, however you need to go in knowing what you want. The staff has no knowledge of the products. I went in asking for a deep acne cream that has benzoyl peroxide. Many product contain benzoyl peroxide, but the girl helping me and three of the hair stylist told me NONE of their products contain benzoyl peroxide. I then went on Google and found at least 20 prodcuts in their store had it. Needless to say, from now on, I will be using Amazon for my product needs.

Bad customer service (from the floor people), nothing in stock, still had advertisements throughout the store with no product. When I asked one of the rude floor old ladies where the products were, she just said thats old and started tearing them down. Umm, you should have been did that! Been there twice and I will notice them offering others assistance but never me. Not sure why, but im sure they know...

The store itself is clean, and well organized and a great environment (I went on a weekday so it was VERY quiet). However, the staff was not very knowledgable or helpful at all. My girlfriend had to get some sort of concealer or foundation matched to her skin and the lady just pointed us in the direction of the product and said you probably wanna go for a shade darker since it tends to show up not as dark as the bottle looks and my girlfriend asked again like can you help me because Im not sure what to pick but the lady that helped up shook us off. And this wasnt a busy day either it was a weekday. Ive never seen such pitiful attempts at service. I would definitely head to Sephora if possible since they tend to at least try and help my girlfriend out. Unless you have a coupon to go to this particular Ulta, I would go to a different Ulta Beauty store or Sephora at the mall (despite it being busier probably).
