Arrived 3.5 hours before appointment and was put in door and unloaded fast. Leaving facility 2.75 hours before our 10 am appointment.

Ive been here for 7hrs waiting to get my truck loaded, 5 hr wait for a loading dock, once in the dock 1.5 hrs before they start loading. The office staff is as rude as can be. Truckers stay away from this place.
