Great 👍 furniture 🪑 and good selection of just about everything. Employees are helpful and resourceful from what we experienced. A bit far from where I live but surely worth the drive. Nonetheless, will return to browse some more at a later date!

This Big Lots has been the nicest cleanest store Ive been in awhile. I was greeted as soon as I came in, and 3 other employees asked me if I needed any help finding something or if I would like a cart. I went in looking for some home decor items and was pleasantly surprised by the big selection of items. They started stocking up shelves with Halloween and Thanksgiving/fall as well as Christmas items. Theres a little of everything here, clothes,food,stationary supplies,beauty and health, electronics, large furniture, garden,pet care, storage supplies, hardware and automotive. MASKS are required, and I seen curbside pickup is available if you prefer to shop online. And the checkout was fast and quick. prices are reasonable I found myself saying alot oh wow thats a good price on lots of stuff as well as hmm thats kinda pricey, ill look for this somewhere else. Too bad the Big lots closest to my house isnt as clean and stocked as this store, whenever Im in the area I always make time to come to this store, I always come out with a bag full of stuff :)

Big Lots has a little of everything. Furniture, electronics, decorations, appliances, food and snacks. This store was recently remodeled and is very nice! Staff is always nice too!

A little small but very well kept. Lots of home decor options. Great store. Happy to have one near my office. The one by my house closed.

Seemed to be a little short on stock. Especially the electronics stuff and it seemed hard to find with products stocked what seemed randomly throughout the store. And i know its big lots you get what you get but the tablet accessories and electronics accessories quality has really fallen off.

Love this place. Its always clean, well lit, and I constantly changing inventory. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They may not have everything, and they may have some things youve never heard of but youll always be pleasantly surprised by the variety and the quality.

Nice store. Been there 2 times and not busy at all. Good size store lots of selections.UPDATE..However now Ive visited a 3rd time and felt really uneasy. Keep running into the same worker throughout the store and possibly an undercover. I couldnt shop peacefully when I discovered it was happening so I cut my shopping short so I left

Ok so I gave up on this store after having to be put on hold for almost 40mnts and have 3 different so called representers” help me “!!! And could tell me if they have 1 item in stock ... ... and never answer my question.. all they did is had me on hold ... and never step up to take care of customer service.. the worst ...

I was very disappointed with the inventory. What was in the add was not necessarily what was in stock. There was row after row of empty shelves. They spaced out the items to make it look full. I used to shop at Big Lots all the time, not anymore until things change.

Great selection of simple household items

This place was awesome. They approved me for financing but I had problems with my card. The customer service agent was very patient with me and my mother. I think we were in there for hours and he was very helpful.

This store has so much stuff. Unfortunately it’s good selection isn’t the healthiest. But I never leave the store empty handed. Candles, shower curtains, and cheap Blu-ray movies for the win!

They definitely got the place cleaned up and they got rid of all the people hanging around outside. But really you cant fall in love with nothing in this store and think you can come back and get it another time because its an overflow Market and they never have the same stuff twice. They used to have good Furniture here but now its so overpriced you cant afford to buy it. You can use the internet to find the same thing for a lot cheaper. I only go here if I have to

Im usually really happy when I get home and see all the deals I got but yesterday I was displeased with a few items I purchased. The rug i bought was frayed pretty bad but I couldnt tell at the time. I just didnt have a good shopping experience.period..better luck next time

I usually go in to purchase a couple of items and end up on purchasing lots more because of the low prices and great deals.

I was shppping for a recliner that was advertised as on sale and they did not have any left ! I was so disappointed but luis a sales clerk took the time to show me all the recliners offered in online ad and also call all area big lots and find me one that i could purchase that day and he actually had to wait on hold several times to find me my chair !!! Very good customer service ... I will drive the extra miles to revisit this store had a good experience Thanks Luis !

Manager was not hospital at all never going to that big lots again he has black hair looks like a rocker with sleeve tattoos

Furniture? They have. I was surprised and got a couple of shelves for wifes scrap room. Staff are friendly but stretched thin. Stores clean. Shelves are not bad. Just like Ikea furniture.

Big Lots is hit or miss, depending on the location, but this one is neat and tidy. Not the closest to my house but Ill go out of my way for this one.

Its big lots... its basic but works

Poor service within calls. inventory on hand within their online stock is incorrect. and when you call this location they just put you on hold and you end up getting transfered to another person that you have to explain everything again.

Its nice and clean in there and I was able to find what Im looking for and the staff there was very helpful I will be going back

Wife and I loved this store and is close to home. Was our favorite store. They closed up this store last summer (2018). Wasnt 100% certain if they were gonna remodel and reopen or just gone. WELCOME BACK!!!! Were so happy this store is back! Well be going there weekly for our household stuff, snacks and whatever. Itll be fun. Lol!

So happy they opened back up. The guy, Rico, that helped me was so friendly and nice. The store was well stocked and clean.

Shopped here for a recliner during the Presidents Week sale. Ended up getting more than that!(sheet set, shower curtain, curtain rod) Not a bad deal at all for $215 including taxes, and everytime I sit in it it makes me sleepy, so it’s comfortable too!

I lived in the area for 3 years and found it was convenient to shop there. The inventory changes so you really cant plan what youll be buying. They usually have enough to allow you to get by with what you can find. Over the years I did buy some gems and am quite happy with the store.

I like this place. Nice selection, particularly if youre looking for furniture items, great prices and the people are friendly and helpful. In addition, the store is well maintained and clean. Heres a biggie... They have a public bathroom right inside the door and its ALWAYS clean! (I know! Right?)

So happy the remodel of my local neighborhood Big Lots is done and the store has reopened! The store turned out great and the employees are nice and very helpful! 🙂

I bought a patio umbrella here & it broke as soon as I opened it. They wouldnt take it back even with the box that had Big Lots stamp on it, because I didnt have my receipt (my bad, I guess). The item was made in China. Big Lots has lots of great deals, but I wont buy anything made in China anymore. If theyd start selling American made stuff Id give them 5 stars.

You Get What You Pay For (plus a lill extra). Long before Christmas ( Sept), I did early holiday shopping. It wasnt busy when I started; 35-minutes later, about 3:30 p.m. it suddenly became the place to be.The gifts I found were name brand at a reasonably discounted price. However when I went to do some shopping for myself (in the cosmetics and hair care section); it was as if a tornado came through. No organization or clean up.After ten minutes, I gave up on trying my best to find two items for myself, I was ready to check out. There were two registers open; one of which was for returns, the other was full. When there were no returns, the cashier would wave people over. Both lines were backed up in between displays, leaving no room for others to get by.I do appreciate the discounted prices; however more cashiers and clean-up/organization crews would be extremely helpful to find the discounted items.
