Unresponsive service. Even unable to leave call back info on their recorded message. Going to their competition that provides customer service.

The name says it all... doors, doors, doors, if you need custom and or commercial doors. Give them a call.

I work for an apartment complex and we have used Burke Doors as a vendor. They are often slow or unresponsive. They have absolutely no customer service skills. Recently we had an incident with them. We ordered and paid for a door but we were denied the door at pick up due to a balance due for a previous purchase which they never sent an invoice for. When we called to clear this up the owner was rude and unprofessional. We will not be doing business with them. Actually you can order an even better door for a better price through HD supply or Home Depot! I wish I didn’t have to even give them 1 star!

Awesome alternative to big box stores for doors and related accessories. Fantastic super helpful staff, great prices, custom orders. One of Sacramentos hidden gems. A step back to a time when business owners and staff knew their products and their customers and wanted to do their best for the customer. Ive yet to ask for something they didnt have or couldnt get.
