The refrigerator started dying last night, freezer stuffed, but everything, including my favorite ice cream sandwiches were turning into mush or slush. After a quick Google search, I found Capitol Dry Ice and even better, they are about five minutes away from me. Showed up with my two ice chests, which they filled up and I was on my way in about ten minutes. These guys rock and you can buy what you need, not what someone wants to sell you.Three thumbs ups!About those ice cream sandwiches? The dry ice froze them harder than my ever did in about 15 minutes. (in a packed ice chest).Thanks Capitol Dry Ice, you saved me a lot of money!

Left here today disappointed for the third time. The hours on the door states that they’re open yet the door is locked and it resembles a ghost town. Even the man delivering gas to the location left unable to deliver his merchandise and left upset. If this happens to you just drive a block to Barnes welding supply and get your ice at the same price or better and have open doors all day even saturdays.Update** capital dry ice thank you so much for replying only 9months later. So you say you moved a few months prior to my review? Yet your Instagram shows you moved in September the same time I along with one you of your delivery people (said in previous review) had to leave since no one was there. Also, if you moved months before why didn’t you tell the delivery man? Why did I still see dry ice containers in the building? If you can beat .90 cents (which I think is your price?) then I will give you another try but Barnes also .90 cents/lb is just as close and I know the times the say they will be open they actually are open.

Heard about this place from AirGas and was happy with the ease of purchase. They always have ice and work with any quantity.

Half the price of any other place and was in and out quickly.
