We had a window problem on Monday & called Florin glass. They made an appointment for Tuesday morning. The technician, Danny, arrived on time, assessed our problem, they had the part, and he installed it same day. We found them to be outstanding, priced right, and very polite and professional. We recommend them to anyone.

Jonathan came out to fix my broken window. He was here on time and did an excellent job. And the prices are reasonable too. I will be calling them for all my windows and screens!

Very unprofessional attitude gave me a quote, and get measurements then never picked up the call, after 2 days reply that sorry we cant do your project. there is no push to do my job but being a professional they should get back immediately, but avoiding calls or avoiding to talk? and keep hanging up on the face, and once picked up and pretend they cant hear my voice? such a kiddish way of avoiding I didnt understand this. I dont recommend them cant rely on their commitment

Reasonably priced. Had to call a couple times before I got the window fixed, but once they came out it was done quickly and looks great!

Florin Glass installed my windows. I cannot speak for their capabilities with screens but the windows in our house look fantastic. Just had the first rain with them installed not too long ago and there were no problems which was a relief. Really made our house feel different, love the windows.

My husband has been a licensed contractor for over 15 years I called to order some windows and was questioned my whole way through about why I wanted and what he said would be better. Im assuming since Im a woman he wanted to take advantage and try to upsell a whole lot of crap that we did not need. PLEASE LEARN BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE

Liked their approach, no pressure. Got quote, went with them they installed the new windows in our house. No catches or surprises, the kind of service I would hope to always receive from a service company.

Excellent company. I thought they were considerably easier to deal with compared to other companies I have worked with in the past. Jonathon was a stand up guy and did the installation for the price he said that he would and they were a pleasure to work with.

Supplier issues and poor communication. Their glass supplier had multiple rounds of issues that left us with multiple reschedules and out a shower for weeks until we had to finally use someone else. No status updates while we waiting forcing us to keep calling and asking for info. Florin will not re-use your existing shower glass or enclosure, even if in perfect condition, so I was able to save money and use Pennington & Sons instead.

Windows prices were what I was looking for, probably one of the best contractors I have ever hired to come into my house over the years.
