I definitely enjoy a afternoon trip to the whole foods, sometimes just to browse. They have some great food options at the deli as well.

First time here at whole food market to pick up my amazon package and decided to shop around. Very clean market and friendly customer service. They have two different prices for most items: regular price and also prime membership prices. Didn’t catch me too much attention on food but I really love their beautiful flowers. Highly recommended and will definitely come back here again soon!

It was so easy to find everything that I needed and I even was able to get one of my items on sale. On top of that, I was able to use my Amazon prime for an additional discount. Store is very spacious and highly organized. I was glad that there was no entourage of people waiting in line.

I was extremely disappointed with the vegetarian / vegan options they had in there salad bar/ hot food section. I had the option of roasted vegetables or a salad. I had recently visited Santa Cruz, CA Whole Foods and they had the most incredible selection. Step it up Sacramento.

A bitmore expensive than other stores but quality does cost more too. It has brands that I cant get at other stores so it makes a trip worthwhile.

I was disappointed in the green leafy produce. I recall the kale being fresher in the past. I also picked up tumeric root for the first time. When I went to another store, I realized how old the tumeric root I bought from Whole Foods was.

It was overwhelming shopping around the personal shoppers. Theyre VERY focused and dont share the aisle at all, I felt almost like I wasnt supposed to be there. My daughter has multiple bad food allergies, so it was worth the struggle to get a better selection of safe foods for her.

Good quality stuff to buy. Wish there was more, but I leave happy all the time

Customer service is simply the best. I called because I needed the abes vegan coffee cake & the girl transformed me to bakery department & the girl helping me took my information & placed on hold 2 cakes for me. She was so sweet & it was a pleasure talking w her.

Typical Whole Foods store layout. Friendly, helpful staff. This is one of the few stores that has odds n ends of cheeses in a basket within their cheese case display. Great place to shop! Nice selection of meat, seafood, fruits and vegetables. They make great pizza too!

The deli has really good tasting sandwhiches and the staff is really nice. Phil was really pleasant and had a very positive attitude.

A bit pricey for some things, while others are a good deal. Price-comparison is a good idea in general, but definitely at supposed health food stores.That being said, this is quickly becoming a go-to, especially for hot food and hard to find items like itallian sodas.

This store has an asset who goes by the name of Anna shes a credit to your company your grocery store and credit to customer service. She is friendly insightful and very knowledgeable of her job as well as other jobs and she could not have done more to help me than she did she was wonderful and should be commended for her efforts and friendliness especially during this pandemic you should hire 20 more just like her

Ive been going to whole foods for years and I still cant comprehend why they havent moved the self-service water refill machine to a better location. It is literally right in front of the bathrooms which I find so disgusting and completely unsanitary. Im sure theyd find fecal bacteria if they tested the water station. Im frankly surprised there havent been more complaints. Please, it cant be that hard to find a better location inside the store. Thanks!

Always fresh produce, great selection of organic products. Friendly staff, parking spaces are extremely tight. Expect a few door dings on your car, so drive your old jalopy lol

OMG THE STAFF IS SO NICE! Everyone was so helpful and even offering to help even though I didnt request it despite being so busy!I accidentally bumped into mobile challenged woman who was being helped by a staff member she seemed so patient and kind reading through the labels to help her choose the correct tea!

Always has the speciality items I am seeking....and, so much more! It is a field trip to gourmet fantasy land!

There is a right tackle in the self service area. Young sista who took a joke seriously and then acted superior to the customer because she couldn’t get the bar code to work. Well the right tackle couldn’t get it to work either. So they took the item and “donated it to the homeless” more than likely herself. If this is the way they treat customers would be a great reason to visit a different location and avoid the defensive line at the self checkout. They need to check her pads and helmet.

Ordering geoceries from whole Foods via Amazon was an efficient way to prepare dinner for my family on very tight schedule.

This place has so much stuff it can sometimes be overwhelming. On one side of the store is fresh produce, much of it organic. On the other side of the store is prepared food, both hot and cold. It can be eaten there, cafeteria style, with inside and outside seating both downstairs and upstairs, or packed in one of their to go boxes to take it with you. And the food is good! Vegetarian, Vegan, non-dairy, gluten free, you can find it all, along with meat items.In between the two sides is a melange of items. Theres food, of course, but all of it healthy in one way another. Even the chocolate is organic, or a high percentage of cocoa, or gluten or dairy free. You get the idea.Theres the vitamin / mineral / supplement section. And it is large and stocked. Luckily they have someone there at all times to help you.They also have a make-up section; a jewelry section; an aromatherapy section; an incense section; a yoga section; and much more!Need help? There is a centrally located Help Desk. Bathroom? One downstairs and one upstairs by the mezzanine. Both are individual and unisex. Unfortunately, only the upstairs bathroom has a baby changing table. Fortunately, there is an elevator right next to both.This place is huge and so is its parking lot, which includes plenty of handicap spots and even a few free SMUD hookups. Come enjoy yourself but dont expect to get out of there quickly, theres too much to see and lots of people there wanting to see it.

I like Whole Foods a lot less than I used to. The emphasis has changed from great organic produce to packaged and trendy foods. It was much better before Amazon took over.

Very nice store, Clean, and plenty of space. Prices are a little above average.

Last time I went here there wasnt many people willing to help. I understand that they were closing, but if they helped me find my items that they did or didnt have I wouldve left earlier. The cashier didnt even acknowledge me or my girlfriend and slammed the register closed sign aggressively. Out of the whole store one produce person was willing to look for my item. Not the best store for customer service even though we are paying more to shop at whole foods. Save Mart in Lohman plaza out does this Whole foods store with customer service.

Missed access to the hot food bars, understand the whole COVID thing. Also saw that they converted their two Express lanes into self-serve checkout. Wow! Kudos if you can FIT into such a SMALL space with your stuff! Five or six self-check stations in such a SMALL area! 🙄

Absolute worst Whole Foods I’ve ever been to. Don’t go here for the usual selection of pre-made food or if you want any customer service whatsoever. Refused to let me return an item I’ve had for 2 weeks even though it is “Whole Foods” brand because I didn’t have my receipt. According to corporate customer service they could have offered me a copy of my receipt to do so but did not. I have waited at self check out for help for over 10 minutes and then just switching to a different machine. Terrible service, terrible selection. They close at 9. This place is a joke and the worst experience I have ever had at a Whole Foods (numerous times). Let’s be real. This entire corporation sucks.

Always stocked with very high quality food and they actually taste good. Their tea section is really good. I found a good selection of red tea (Rooibos.) It is pretty pricey to shop here but you wont be disappointed. Lastly, the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful.

As a certified food safety professional, this visit was a little frightening. Clearly suffering from staffing issues, there can nonetheless be no excuse for the conditions and out of dates. Emphasis is on dry grocery instock and cute presentation, but those of us in the industry can immediately note the corners being cut in fresh areas. See my photos, if you dare. Eggs are 8 days out of date!

Ive worked at whole foods and have high high high expectations for whole foods, I expect them to deliver customer service that would be considered stellar. I didnt get that accept from a gentleman in the meat department by the name of Bobby. He was amazing. If not for him I would give this store 1 star. Keep u p the good work bobby

My first experience here: We called ahead of time looking for turmeric and horseradish root. We were put on hold, about 8 minutes, while they went to check. They came back confirming they had both. When we got there they only had horseradish😡😤 everyone was apologetic but I was too irritated. We called ahead of time to avoid driving around aimlessly, wasting gas in the stupid California traffic. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

The girl who made the order did it wrong but spoke with the manager Dennis and he was so kind! And offered a smoothie of no charge.

The smell of fish was overwhelming even before the doors closed behind us.

Customer service used to be much better. Lately the bakery department has been messing up our order quite often. They’re not doing anything to make up for it either. Not the way to do business.

Check out big fat 0I opened the first Wholefoods Mkt. in the bay area Redwood City / Palo Alto . In preparation for frontend, I still remember if nothing else YOU ARE THE LAST interaction the customer experiences and the deciding probability whether or not they are to return - as a regular!Just saying......

Whole foods is handling the covid conditions by packaging up all of their bulk foods for safety. The basket and deli look like theyre doing a great job providing their customers a safe alternative to purchasing in bulk. It appears that their selection hasnt suffered. Good job, Whole Foods!!

You can never go wrong with the food bar!

I had a horrible experience buying a pizza last Saturday on May 15th 2021. The salesperson charged me for the whole pizza $18.00. It was pepperoni cold pizza that no one bought and I was charged per piece. I am a regular customer at this store but I will never come here again because of such experience. I believe that the salesperson realized that I am not a native speaker as I speak with accent that’s why he provided me and my kids such service.

Total waste of time. When you pay top dollar for groceries you expect to service to be top notch but this is not the case at this location. Everytime I have called the store to see if they have a certain product in stock, usual answer is yes, I show up and they dont have it. No one cares. I have asked to talk to the store manager and was told I could talk the department head. I was a longtime anti-whole foods person and tried to give them a chance but screw you whole foods - you get no more of my money!

Busy today! Many shoppers for online orders buzzing around.Is it just me. Or is wholefoods products in the health section changing? I noticed fewer supplement options today and more body care and toiletries. I also thought everything in the produce section was organic but noticed conventional items a few weeks ago, how long has it been that way?

No curry in the spices. Out of lots of stuff. Ten different kinds of freaking sourdough bread - all fully stocked. One type of French loaf - sold out. Not that hard to figure out how to order what people BUY.

Great place if you want to spend $20 for a bag of hemp chips.

Big beautiful Whole Foods. Great selection of produce and wines. Excellent seafood section a needs the staff was kind and helpful.

Nice people and clean store

LOVE this store! I do admit that the size is a bit small, but the staff does a great job of ensuring everyones safety in a friendly manner. They have a good selection of gluten free products that are easy to find. I enjoy the vegetable selection. So glad this store is so close to me. Keep up the good work!

Second edit: dropping again. Same reason as before. I really dont understand, Ill get an entire paper bag with 1 item in it and then a produce bag weighing 20lbs and bananas are on the bottom.Edit: Dropping the score here due to the whole foods shoppers that bag for delivery. Consistently getting soft produce at the bottom of heavy bags. Bananas and Tomatoes should not have things like jars of peanut butter or spaghetti squash placed on top of them.Decent whole foods with the standard layout. Everything is very easy to find and the employees are awesome. Prices are a little high but it is whole foods... Local markets and Co-ops tend to have better produce and prices but overall not bad to grab a few things or a quick bite to eat.

My FAVORITE grocery store! I love the quality of the food. It gets a bad rap as whole paycheck. Yes there are expensive overpriced items. But they also have a great selection of affordable foods. Their produce section is amazing g. If you are an Amazon PRIME, you get 10% off of all sale items. Check them out!

They claim to be compliant with CDC guidelines, but are far from. Ask literally any employee. Their HR rep is a joke and risking lives for profit. Find a Trader Joe’s to get your kale from until the pandemic is over.

I dont go to whole foods often but a couple of months ago I tried the TTLA in their deli and it was delicious! Absolutely one of the best vegetarian sandwiches I have had. But every time I have gone back to get a sandwich since then they tell me they are all out of tempeh bacon. I also kind of get a weird vibe like I dont belong in the store (long stares will do that)... Which is why I dont frequent the store often.

Just dropped of amazon package

Its a really nice size store not too big. I love their selection and it is always a go to when I need to find a specialty item. Their crab cakes and hot dogs are amazing! The staff is wonderful and will drop what they are doing to help you. You need to find the bread no problem let me show you where it is. You need a kidney ok have mine ok maybe not a kidney but you get what Im saying. Oh and dont forget to get some desert they have THE BEST cakes my mouth is just watering thinking of them.
