We bought our third home that we are renovating, so this is not our first rodeo. I only contract out pros for stuff either cant do ourself or can do, but want to make sure we dont screw it up. I got estimates from several plumbers and I was appalled at the amount they expected for such simple work.Long story short, it took a bit of conversation, but between the two of us, we figured out the correct drain. He was so helpful. What was great was that when we agreed which drain I probably needed, he went the extra mile and showed me how it worked. Im very handy and I make wine, so I hook up hoses for a living. The little details of how this drain is installed were something so simple, but I would not have known, had he not shown me. It didnt come with instructions.Dave was amazing, and so was the other other guy. I forgot his name. He helped me the day before. It was a 2 day adventure, but we figured it out and Im so thankful.
