EXCELLENT EMBROIDERY! Ive been coming to this location for a very long time. And if something is ever not done the way I asked for it to be, the start all over on another hat. Theyre awesome! Great selection of hats too. The now have blank solid color fitted hats ready to be embroidered. Before it was only snap backs with the green under the visor. Great location. Great staff. Get the membership guys! I always get a 20% discount on my final purchase total.

Excellent customer service. The employees were very helpful! They have many jerseys and caps to choose from. Definitely worth visiting if youre looking to add a new jersey to your collection.

Lids was a let-down went there to buy a birthday present found a hat but they did not have change for $100 can you believe that I didnt so I left without the present and my money still in my pocket

Bought two embroidered sports hats two years ago at the old K st mall store. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall great experience. To bad store and mall are not there anymore. But cant wait for the new Golden 1 Center!!

Staff was helpful and helped with any questions I had trying to find things I was looking for. They even have this huge touch screen kiosk that you can have items not in store shipped to their store or another lids shipped for free.

The only spot for hats. Except no substitute. Ths one in Arden fair is massive as far as Lids goes. Only issue with lids is that official caps are $42 and rising. Grab the bogo offers or your throwing money away. But as far as selection, they have it all.
