My name is William L. I do not have a gmail account so I am using my friend Daves account to write this review for Connect Hearing because I want others to know what a great service they provide. I have been a very satisfied customer of Connect Hearing since December, 2013. From my very first meeting with the staff members when my hearing was tested they were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and professional. They explained my hearing problems and options clearly and precisely in a manner I could easily understand. When I chose my hearing aids they did not try to upsell me or push me to purchase a more expensive model. When I received my hearing aids they tested and fitted them very carefully. The few times I had problems, even when the hearing aids were out of warranty, they were very quick to remedy the problem. I am extremely satisfied with Connect Hearing and highly recommend them.

Jennifer Klimczak, the audiologist, was most helpful from the very beginning. She is patient, listens to your feedback and makes adjustments accordingly. For the first month, she has met with me weekly to be sure Im satisfied with the product. She cares about getting it right. Im very pleased with the Phonak Audeo B and corresponding Compilot II.

Jennifer and Jasmine went above and beyond what they could do to make sure I left with hearing aids in!! Highly recommend great customer service!

Really good and caring service.

This place is worse!!! Audiologist don’t have experience, she only work there for year and not even know how to use sign language to deaf customer. I keep email them and they never return my email, I decide tell my health insurance to send me to different location. This place is sucks!
