The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable. He was able to grab the bulbs I need and get me on my way. I feel I would still be looking for someone in the Big Box Store.

Excellent shop! Fully stocked, everything you can possibly want and more. Extremely friendly customer service! I have a lamp that needed a special bulb and they had plenty. I even found a few extra things I couldnt live without. Highly recommended!

I love this place for commercial needs they have the best prices. And will order you any thing you may need. Only suggestion is hours of operations needs to be on web site.

Super helpful staff. Lots of hard to find obscure lighting and accessories. Helped me out of a bind with projects a couple of times now.

Wasted a trip because they close earlier than posted hours. Disrespectful to clients time. Others were trying to buy products and checking the door as well. In this day and age with the internet you would think small businesses like this would be trying to make every sale they can.

OMG what a joke. I walked in with a light fixture today that didnt work. The man working there tested my bulb and that worked. Beyond that he was utterly clueless and unhelpful to the point of it being like a comedy routine. No suggestions, nothing helpful, no repair advice, nothing. Hmmm... a light fixture that doesnt light... how difficult can it be... its not a car engine. The guys at Home Depot are much more helpful. Sounds like the review by Jesus below, but I dont understand how he can give more than one star. Ha.

Light bulbs for days I found some I never seen before wow plus staff is awesome these bulbs their coming out with today are crazy futuristic bulb plus 2 squared.

I made a visit to this store with the mindset that I would be getting poor customer service due to the other reviews I read here. I walked into the store at about 4:50 pm, which is ten minutes before the store closes. I went directly to the clerk and explained to him that I need a 250 watt photo flood bulb. He immediately began searching for them while explaining that he usually works at the Rancho Cordova location and that it may take a moment for him to find them . He quickly located them and showed them to me and took them out of the boxes to inspect them visually as well. He rang me up and smiled and said thank you. I was out of there with my bulbs at 4:56 PM. The clerks name is David and I guess he usually works at the Rancho store, but because of the excellent service I received, I will return to this store in the future.

First visit was good this girl helped me and she was really nice and helpful.. on my second visit the guy..(look hispanic) was rude and told me in a bad additude that I need it to give him a number not measurements, was really rude, I felt like when my dad was telling me something, when I did something wrong, he make me never want to come back. I told him, if this doesnt work I will just brake them ballast instead of coming back to see your face, IF YOU DONT LIKE WHAT YOU ARE DOING, PLEASE GET ANOTHER JOB. is not the customers fall that he is not happy, or has problems.

I called to ask if they had a bulb in stock and the man on the phone was beyond rude. He cut me off and put me on hold for 2 minutes and then got back on. I asked him if they carry a different wattage bulb and gave him all the info on my current bulb. He then told me I didnt give him enough information and started rattling off a bunch of nonsense. Then told me that he wouldnt help me because I didnt give him enough information and clearly didnt know what I was talking about. So beyond rude and disrespectful.
