Good customer service, very kind, and well behaved employees. The best part about this location is its cleanliness because lots of liquor stores won’t take care of the hygiene of the store, but these employees are good at it, and keep the store clean plus organized. Also they will help you, and provide information about their items plus will try to provide good quality materials with good pricing, so I will definitely recommend this location to friends, and families.🙏🙏👍👍

They have just about everything you could want and some colorful clientele

They constantly overcharge. The prices that they have one the shelf below the item is not the price they are charging. They have all of their prices in their computer as a dollar or two more. When I call them out on it, they say, oh yeah, sorry, that price is wrong, well change it tomorrow.

These guys have no customer service skills. They did not process my two free play tickets that I won and I had to spend an hour arguing with them. I had to contact the lottery police to complain about them. I have never been to this store before and I do not plan to ever go to this store again. Ladies watch out, these are not the kind of rational beings that you will enjoy dealing with. Even though they themselves printed out the receipt that said it was paid at their own store, the owner said I could have cashed it out at their store earlier in the day and refused to pay me. Not one of the 3 people I spoke with could communicate at all, they totally ignored the facts that were presented. On top of that, they forgot to pay me for my scratcher and I had to return to get that too. They paid that one but refused my two free plays. Duh, go figure! I hope they lose their lottery license and am filing a huge complaint.

The only good thing about this store is that its open later than most. The guy who works closing is rude and they push you out the door as if serving their customers is too much trouble.

Sonny and his wife treat everyone like family. When we moved to sac that was the customer service we were looking for and they definitely have a great store and selection. They even started stocking my favorite chips as I requested!!!

First time there the guy was extremely friendly and welcoming. 2nd time there a different guy had a huge attitude and i was looked at like my i.d. was fake. I dont even look young lol.

This guy doesn’t understand English.Door dash doesn’t work with their business.To be fair, I tried to inform him of his company’s inability to provide this service - and he just gave me the broken English run-around.My best guess? The company is just LYING about being legitimately associated with the DoorDash Company and assumes this role for more public appeal.This guy over the phone played dumb in broken English.

Their prices arent ever correct but moms in the morning is the reason I return there. Her customer service and friendliness makes my mornings.

This place smells so bad. They have a decent selection. But the second you walk through the door, you are hit with a wave of body odor. They are obviously aware of their own body odor because they burn cheap incense, in an attempt to cover it. I will not be making it back to that place.

Cashiers sat at the counter staring at me and my girlfriend the whole time while speaking in some other language. They didnt seem to care much about serving us and on top of that everything is very over priced. Would definately not recommend going to this establishment.

Didnt accept a certain card that it says on the window. Made up a B.S. broken English excuse the reason why they dont accept it. My first time coming here and I will not be back.

Terrible service. Like they dont think I cant go somewhere else. Been carded twice with the clerk not believing that my ID is legit . Im 36 yet he looked 13 ringing me up for beer? Lol. Okay.Prices are marked wrong all over the store and they think youre still going to buy it when they ring it up at a higher price than shown. Even if something has a dozen of the same thing underneath the price.I guess they need to pay for the flatscreen with the sound system someway by ripping off patrons. SMH.
