Wow! This is an amazing company. I’m so happy they are just down the road from me. I will be purchasing all future orders through them if I need anything. I ordered a deluxe electric table. They delivered it and for only a small additional fee they not only deliver but they also set the table up for me. I was so upset out of a misunderstanding and every single person I spoke with in person and over the phone was so nice. They are all professional and extremely honest and friendly to do business with. Even when I was rude to them, they were unbelievably understanding and kind. They go above and beyond to make customers satisfied with their high craftsmanship. It’s a really awesome company. How many ways can I say that? They are a five star company that blows competition out of the water... and then some. 😃I’m one very happy customer.

Less than two years, the bolts warped breaking the frame of the table. Customer care sent a replacement table that was defective out of the box and refused to provide any further replacement.

Company does mostly online orders. However we were able to purchase directly from them. Excellent selection and good pricing.

Could post that not open to public. Drove a long way to be turned away. Company is not open for public use

Not great. I don’t understand how a place that advertises itself to be open at 8 isn’t, and then when you kill time and come back, there’s a horde of employees but they still can’t do business until their accountant arrives. After waiting more than an HOUR and having to provide exact change, we’re done here. Would never come back, wouldn’t have patronized them if we weren’t desperate. How embarrassing for them to be so unprofessional. They really need to get it together if they want to stay in business.

The associate lavine really helped me throughout my purchasing from A-Z she answered all of my questions professionally and with solid answers! she is the definition of customer service! i feel great with my purchase and will continue shopping here! thank you!
