INCREDIBLE! We were looking for shelving to put in our garage and had remembered this spot after years of passing by it on the road. My whole family was with us when we ended up stopping by which included our three boys (age 3 and under) and our newborn baby girl. The woman at the front was so kind and accommodating offering all of us refreshments and treats for the kids as well as giving my kiddos little rack man figurines to play with and sunglasses! Rob one of the employees took us back to their showroom explained the difference in shelving and helped us find what we need. We were able to get in and out with everything we needed as well as being under budget! We went home with far superior shelving than anything we had ever seen at Costco or Walmart and honestly just could not be happier! I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect experience!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with RackMan! I was looking for a big shelving system to put in my storage unit so I could utilize all of the vertical space available in it and avoid paying for a second storage unit every month. We were able to choose from a lot more inventory than we had imagined we would see- its pretty incredible, they cover 3 city blocks right near Downtown Sacramento. I was worth the 2 hour drive to collaborate and make the plans for our warehouse. Were going to be a repeat customers for years to come! I was helped by Neil and Jim in the office and Max loaded the equipment in the truck and on my trailer. These guys were extremely friendly and helpful. Their knowledge was exceptional and very eager to assist me in any way they could. I would highly recommend this business for all your storage racks, pallet jacks, and forklift needs. They have both Propane and electric forklifts. They also refurbish, and sell at a lower cost, forklifts they have refurbished if you need a forklift but dont want to pay for a new one. It was like dealing with my long lost best friend. Sincerely a fantastic company with some of the best customer service Ive ever seen! For example, I had ordered some shelving- not a large order. They took the time to email me on their day off to advise that the office was closed on Presidents Day and even responded to a question I had on that same day. Ive been searching for a company to provide shelving for my expanding businesses and new warehouse space. I visited their location and was greeted by a lovely woman the moment I walked into the door. She took down my information and asked me a few questions to get familiar with my needs. I was offered drinks and cookies while I waited approximately 2 minutes for a rep to greet me. Neil was great, he took me out into the warehouse, was attentive to my needs, showed me my options and recommended what would work best not what made the highest price tag. I met Andrew as they showed me a few different set ups I could use, he was great also. Neil wrote me up a quote in 30 mins, presented me with a more than fair price for the quality expertise they provided. They agreed to deliver the goods to my new location no questions asked. I look for quality with the vendors I do business with, not the cheapest price, because in business you cant be the best and the cheapest.
