Ive purchased mattress and mattress cover twice now and Javed made both experience easy as he was so helpful

Alex was so easy to work with! He wasnt pushy or aggressive, but helped us narrow down our choices quickly. Our favorite was a mattress a bit out of our price range even after their best deal, but he found us the exact mattress on clearance at another location! Looking forward to getting it delivered, but so far, the experience was a breeze!

Alex greeted us immediately. Introduced him self very politely and got right to business. Alex asked us our wants/needs & showed us some great picks. On Saturday 4-17-21 we dropped in your store after your Hot Air balloon caught our attention. We have been thinking of replacing a queen sized Mattress in our guest room. While in your store your staff Alex was great. He walked us thru the many types of materials used in the new high tech beds, and went above and beyond to locate the mattress we settled on. What a terrible experience! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I was moving up by way of a 7 hour drive, so I called ahead to confirm that Id be able to pick up a box mattress and take it with me and the salesperson - Alex- said that would work if I was there by 6. When I got there at 5 he sold me the mattress but neglected to mention that the warehouse had closed an hour ago and so I had to sleep on the floor that night. This was Saturday and I wouldnt be able to go pick it up until Monday - I get to the warehouse on Monday and the warehouse is closed! Finally, I get the mattress on Tuesday after 3 nights of sleeping on the floor and find out that the mattress frame that I had bought wasnt on the receipt! I go in to the store to buy the frame and another salesperson tells me that Alex neglected to mention that there was a bundle of sheets, pillows, and a mattress protector that came with the mattress and Id have to drive 40 minutes to another store to pick it up. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!

My husband and I purchased a mattress with the help of Alex R. at the Arden Arcade Sleep First. We purchased a Tempurpedic Luxe Breeze bed along with an adjustable base. We cant wait to receive it! Update : the owner called me and offered to order a brand new mattress for me and swap out the mattresses . The new one came today . I was provided with a 4 hour window of arrival and they can within that time . In and out in less than 10 minutes . Appreciate the owner taking the time to reach out and correct the issue .I purchased a mattress this evening . Needed a new one fast as the one we had was unable to be slept in . The service was good . Sales person was helpful in selecting a mattress and let us lay down to test out what we liked . I wouldn’t exactly call it the most sanitary experience but it is what it is . Spent about $1,100 as it was discounted because it was on clearance and was sent to the Rancho location for pick up . Upon bringing it home, we went to remove the plastic and the tags . It was then we discovered this bright yellow tag that states it “ secondhand article sanitized “ . I was absolutely not informed that i would be receiving something that wasn’t new . If this is what clearance meant, I would like to have been told that . Overall would this have changed my mind about my purchase ? Maybe . Do i find this practice to be deceptive ? absolutely . But it’s too late, as i can’t return it so it is what it is .

I came here yesterday with my wife to look one last time at conventional mattresses before purchasing a sleep number bed. We told Alex we were just browsing to see if there were better options before purchasing and he didn’t badmouth the product but informed me of several things to be aware of as it is an air bed and the basic functionality is different. I have dealt with chronic pain after leaving the military and he suggested we try the Tempurpedic line. I had been thinking about them as well and he was patient with us as we held him up waiting for me to try practically every one till closing time and told him we were going to think about it and come back. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t act all butt hurt that we needed time to think about a potential 6k purchase. He gave us plenty of good information and offered a veteran discount which not all places offer. We came in the next day so impressed with Alex Rogers and the Tempur-Pedic mattress and the way it checked all the boxes that we bought it and I would recommend this place to anyone in the market and ready for a good night sleep.

Alex really took care of us and took his time while me and my girlfriend tested out several different mattresses! We ended up going with a Tempur-pedic mattress with free delivery, free pillows, and a mattress protector! Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone looking to buy their first mattress!

I went to Sleep First to try a Nectar mattress. Excellent customer service and very helpful. You really have to try a mattress before you buy it. So glad I went to Sleep First.

I must say I did not have a very good delivery experience. Long story short I only received the box spring initially and had to wait a whole extra week for the mattress because the warehouse never picked up the mattress from the store. There seems to be a serious disconnect between the store/sales people and the warehouse. The only reason for the 2 stars is because Jyll is awesome. She was the only one who seemed concerned and apologetic in this ordeal. Her customer service is outstanding!

No thank you I tried to go through this company it was like pulling teeth to order a mattress I went into the location on ethan way sacramento I saw this mattress went into order online the king said free adjustable bed frame but it was a problem at the store they were calling many people I showed the manager and representative the price they both said if it says that online we have to give at that price in the end they couldnt order it at that time after almost 2hrs in the store I was told they would order everything for me and call with a delivery date they didnt even call me I called them to see what was going on was told the owner was going to call me he never did the representative called me to say the queen is free not the king you have to pay $299 more I said ok place my order I want my mattress Im not trying to get over on a small company I want mattress protector, mattress and adjustable base I was told again they would call me back with delivery date and didnt hear from them I felt like they werent interested in selling me the mattress maybe for the price I felt like the manager wanted to help the other customers that were buying a more expensive mattress so I went to a different company the process was quick and easy order placed and delivery date given in 30 mins It was a big relief I wasted enough time with this company I also went in 2 weeks ago when the manager couldnt do the application for progressive leasing was told to do it online

I was going to give this 5 stars because my experience in the Arden store with Jose was exceptional. But as this was to be my date of delivery I have not heard anything from Sleep First and it is almost 4pm. I even called the store 2 hours ago and was unable to reach anyone so I left a message. No one has returned my call. So buying the mattress is a great experience but if you are dependent on delivery or any communication after the fact with exceptional of 2 email requests to leave a review you will not be happy.

My back was killing me I couldn’t take it any more. Came here because it’s right next to the mall and the customer service was over the top. Not only was I able to find a mattress that helped support my back, I didn’t need to break my bank. I was given a reasonable deal I couldn’t walk away from. They have great selection of memory foam and I suggest anyone sleeping on a spring transition and upgrade. You won’t regret it. If Alex isn’t is in, ask for Kawal. This a an honest American valued company. I was glad I found this place and recommend to all Sacramentans!

It was time for a new bed. We just happened to drive by this store and stopped in; so glad we did. They had several good beds on the floor to try out which was awesome. They had some good deals going on and 0% interest payments for 12 mo. Jyll was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made us feel like our healthy nights sleep was her first priority no matter which budget we were in and that was great! We ended up choosing the Beautyrest Black and we are so excited!!! I was Greeted by a lovely man with perfect manners who showed me everything I needed to know explained every mattress let me sit and lay on everyone there was no qualms about nothing and he wiped everything down in between and I just felt special I was really happy with my bed when I got it home they delivered it on time it was a great experience I know sleep in a wonderful bed with an adjustable frame and I’m very happy no problems as of today and if I do I know when I contact them they’ll take care of it

We were in need of a new matress and had seen one online we were interested in. Checking with the manufacturer we found Sleep First was the only local place to see one.We were greeted by Kawal Pawar who was very knowledgeable and helpful.The matress we were interested in didnt meet our requirements and Kawal showed us a number of other brands and styles which better fit our needs. He spent time showing us construction of the different styles and the pros and cons of each. The pricing was very competitive and the 1 year return policy is outstanding.Kawal had a good sense of humour and was not at all pushy making the shopping experience quite enjoyable. Mask requirements were in force making the experience relatively safe.I highly recommend Sleep First for your next matress purchase.

They not only matched the Mattress Firm deal on the bed we decided on they beat it. They also offer an extended warranty (for purchase) that other stores do not. So we walked out with the bed we wanted, an additional 10 years of warranty on the mattress (for a total of 20) and 5 years on the adjustable base (for a total of 10), the top of the line mattress cover, and free delivery for what MF was going to charge us for just the bed. Kawal was easy to with and knowledgeable about the products. I shouldn’t need another mattress for quite some time but I would buy from Sleep First again without hesitation.

I went into Sleep First to try a specific mattress. Kawal was very helpful and brought me right to it. After inquiring into what kind of mattresses I like and type of sleeper I am, he showed me other mattresses to compare. Bought a new mattress here for my 2 year old now that she’s outgrown her crib. The staff was very helpful, including recommending a smaller height box spring which I had never heard of as an option before, so if she was playing and fell she wouldn’t fall as far. There was no pressure to buy any particular brand or to push above my price range, and the bed was delivered with no hiccups the same week. Great store!

I was looking for a new mattress for my 78 year old mother. I saw an ad for a 100 dollar mattress that I thought would meet her needs. Shes overweight and has cancer. The prior mattress I bought 3 years ago seem to be too much for her as far as ability to get in and out of bed. We spent an hour plus at the Ethan avenue location and Kawal was patient and accommodating. Hes a sales guy and at times it showed. Nevertheless, he was professional and informative. Im sure he wished we bought a higher prices mattress; but he was still as accommodating with the choice we made. I am confident that one he will educate you on all the options but whatever your choice, he will handle you with respect.

I bought a Tempurpedic from Jarrett at Sleep first and I don’t EVER write reviews but the experience they gave me was light years ahead of what I got from the stores I went to across the street. Not only that, the sleep I’ve been getting has been amazing. My back and neck don’t hurt any more! For those people that read reviews I recommend giving this company a chance! Sleep First was a super lovely place to acquire a new mattress. I have had mine for ten years and it has been likely deteriorating for quite a while now. My partner and I went to Sleep First and were helped by Kawal, who was helpful and non-pressurey about everything. Partner and I both ended up getting new mattresses, despite the fact that the initial plan was only for me to do so! Kawal was also super patient with some logistical glitches on my end with the finance part of things, which was much appreciated!

I was in need of a new bed due to constant shoulder and back pain. However the last thing I wanted to do was deal with a salesman. Fernando made it a pain free experience. He was very welcoming and informative while being personable. We talked about the Nfl games that were on being that it was Sunday. He got me an awesome bed! Id definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new bed and no hassle.

My sales rep was Mike McKinnon. I must say he took a LOT of time with me! I consider this a major purchase. Approx $1,000. Mike guided me to try the different mattresses ie firm etc. I was not rushed. I really appreciate his knowledge of mattresses, allowing me to try various mattresses on the floor, helping me to determine the firmness I was looking for. Mike worked out a nice deal for me to deposit and purchase the mattress! I really got a GREAT DEAL! Really ladies, you need to try Mike for the best service and the best advice for you personally! You should come in and get an assessment by Mike! I left the store after 1 hour of testing mattresses, being provided the specs by Mike, best advice on brand names etc. Mike really knows his mattresses!So I bought a mattress! So happy to finally have some comfort sleeping and will replace the blow up bed!! Thank you Mike for taking this time and assuring me!!

My name is Jane Rosenberger. I purchased a Temper-Pro Adapt medium Hybrid queen mattress on 11/1/2018 at he Sleep First store #0304. The bed is wonderful, but it is too high. It was shortened one increment at delivery, which I requested. I am handicapped and found it was still too high for me to get into. I called the store for a solution. They told me it was my problem. I dont feel safe trying to get into it. Now what do I do? My sales order is #03045386,

I went to Sleep First in Arden to try a Tempur-Pedic mattress, my experience was wonderful. I ended up walking out with a Nectar mattress. Kawal was very helpful with recommending a great mattress that was in my price range!
