Love the burritos. Ordered Chile verde burrito for my husband and a Carnitas for me. I liked my burrito alot. Tried to save some for later one but ended up eating it all. My husband like his burrito. No complaints from him. Ive lived in Sacramento for close to 2 years and this is my favorite mexican food to eat. I recommend this place to everyone.

I went to this place probably 15 years ago when they were at their previous location. It was amazing back then. I can happily say this place is amazing as it was back then. Just a new location. I love this little hole in the wall. Tacos are 2$ each you must try their (chicharron tacos _ the crispy kind not the one in sauce)they are krispy on the outside and soft inside perfect texture. Their other tacos are good also.

El mercadito you can find fresh food, never old.. customer service is great, Mexican food. I love to buy the meat here, even if you pay a little more than the superior, the meat here does not turn black the next day. Those who work here are friendly. Apparently you can also send money here and change checks (I have not used those services myself but I have seen them do it) I totally recommend you buy your meats here.
