I want to share our family experience on renting RV during this unprecedented time. Our family, like many others around, are trying to live a normal life with all precaution measures taken. It is pretty hard to enjoy the traditions of holiday time on the stay-at-home order. So, we decided to try some alternative way of family reunion and rent an RV. After numerous phone calls trying to find something suitable for our family trip, we came across Advantage Caravans. I was very glad to hear they are open and have available units for rent. I asked to see the RV before we place a reservation deposit and Alex agreed to schedule a meeting. When I arrived, Alex brought me into the RV I intended to rent and the first thing I noticed was the smell of Clorox. Normally I wouldn’t enjoy it, but this time it gave me a comforting feeling of realizing RV was sanitized as it was described in their add. Alex gave us a couple of wise recommendations regarding RV trip planning and confirming with the RV camp right before departure as things change daily. Luckily, our camp remained opened for our dates and we came in there to spend our family holiday time. My brother with his family and my parents rented RVs too. We came well prepared with all sanitizing products, masks, face shields and tables for outdoor dining. All families remained in their RVs keeping all safety measures and met outside for the family time. Despite of all what is going on around now, I want to say that it is still possible to have a live communication and interaction. I was extremely happy to spend my time with my family and relatives as I rarely have such a chance. Thank you, Advantage Caravans, for making our holiday plans to come true.

Best price you can get. We rented an rv and had a wonderful time. Alex was attentive, we had no technical problems with the rv, everything was as advertised. At the end of the trip Alex was very honest and fair, we got our deposit back with no problems at all. 5 stars!!!

Last month, we rented from Advantage Caravans a 29’ long travel trailer for housing our relatives from another state. We booked a trailer with the delivery and set up as the parking space between our house and the fence is pretty narrow. Even though I towed RVs before, we knew the parking on our backyard would not be easy, so we decided to get it set up for us. Alex came in with the trailer and spent a bit of time to set it in. He leveled a trailer, stabilized, hooked up the water and power for us and did a walk through to point out how to operate the furnace and other appliances, and check the tank levels since we didnt have a sewer hookup. Even though we are not proffesional RVers, we received a very thorough walk through and follow up calls to check on us. Overall very positive first experience with that company. Our daughter wants to celebrate her graduation on the ocean coast, so we will be planning our June trip with Advantage Caravans soon.

My wife and I are regular customers to Advantage Caravans and are very happy we found them. We live in South California and every summer, we spend our vacation in Upper Pines, Yosemite National Park. Advantage Caravans is a great combination of perfect delivery service and reasonable price. Not many North California RV rental companies provide RV delivery for 300 miles. Also, you don’t have to worry to complete rental paperwork on the delivery date, as you can do everything beforehand. They do timely responds on emails and you can finalize all rental paperwork in convenient for you time. Also, they do a walk though upon delivery, so it was another great point that made us to pick that company on our first year of RV renting.

My experience Advantage Caravans was great. Alex stayed in touch the hole time thru the rental process, even to the point of calling me to let me know the delivery of the trailer was going to be 15 min late. The gentleman that dropped of the trailer at my camp site was very helpful. The only reason I did not give them five stars was because the trailer could have been cleaned, and maintained better.

I’ve rented 25 feet trailer from Advantage Caravans last Thanksgiving and plan on doing the same this year again. It’s the time of the year, when our big family reunites. We had RV parked on our parents’ property, so we used it for sleeping purpose mostly. What we like about Advantage Caravans service is that they do RV delivery, so you have nothing to worry about, but enjoy your holiday time. Alex delivered RV in convenient for us time, stabilized it safely and brought 2 full propane tanks for us, so we didn’t need to spend our time going to the gas station to refill them. Also, the trailer had all the amenities, like stove, oven, microwave, fridge, refrigerator, A/C, heater and modern glass wall shower with sky observation ceiling window. It was pretty cool to have separate entrance to our bedroom area, so we didn’t bother kids, sleeping on the folded out to full bed couch in the main RV part. Another cool thing was that dinette table folded out into another full size bed, so the 25’ RV was perfect for our family of 5. Also, it was great to have separate TV in our bedroom, so kids didn’t occupy our bed, as they had their own TV. Great RV experience!  We hope they will have the same RV for us this year.

Advantage Caravan is as unique as they come. Not only can you rent a recreational vehicle, you can have them deliver it to your camp site, set it up and take it away when you’re trip is done.We have been renting from Caravan for the past 4 years. The first year there were a number of issues with regards to the condition of the trailer. The water heater didn’t work properly, a number of light bulbs were burnt out, and the toilet was a bit flakey. I spoke to the owner and let him know the details and he listened! The following year we we decided to give them another try and saw real improvements. I rated them 4 stars because of their timeliness, communications, and effort to make their customer happy. I’m betting next year will be even better.

We had the pleasure of renting an RV from Advantage Caravans for the month of August to September this year. We found the service impeccable. Alex was always reachable when we had questions about our RV and the camp and service that he offered at Burning Man was a dream for us. We had some minor issues with our RV and Alex would always help until it was resolved promptly. He was very understanding and patient with many questions coming from a couple new to the RV way of travelling. We had a great experience. It was our first time renting/using an RV. Alex was very available to answer all of our questions. Flexible pick up and drop off times too. Only complaint was RV had a lot of wear and tear (2004) and was not as clean as I expected it too be. I ended up cleaning it beforeI let my family inside.

I highly recommend this RV, as well as Advantage Caravans (the RV rental company). The RV was clean and spacious as described. We especially enjoyed the RVs outdoor kitchen. 😃 This was our first time renting an RV and we were fortunate enough to have Aleksander of Advantage Caravans to help answer all of our questions and/or concerns. Aleksander carefully and patiently explained all of the necessary details that we needed to properly use the RV and went out of his way to accommodate our pick-up and drop-off times, which we are very grateful for. 10/10 recommend and look forward to utilizing Alexander/Advantage Caravans in the future.

The motorhome was beautiful no problems will use again next year 2020Every one I delt with was nice calls were returned immediately before delivery, I have already have four people who will join us next year they are going to use advantage caravans.

I rented a trailer for burning man that was delivered to my camp on the playa by Alex and his team. Advantage Caravans offer trailers fully equipped including bedding, towels, kitchen equipment as well as extra generator and bikes so you don’t need to worry about anything. Additionally they have their own camp on the playa so they are near by if you need them. They also service the trailer if necessary. Alex and his assistant Olek were the nicest people. They made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Advantage Caravan. Good People!

Very good staff, Im one of them, if youre renting an RV thats the place to go

Very disappointed with this unorganized and unprofessional company. We reserved an RV for our family reunion. Our credit card was charged for the booking fee/deposit and we were told that we were booked and good to go and that paperwork would be provided upon delivery of the vehicle. We didnt hear back from them for 2 weeks. ON THE DAY that the RV was supposed to be delivered my husband finally got ahold of someone and then was told that the RV was double booked and that we would not be getting the vehicle. When asked which party paid the booking fee first they didnt know. Apparently, the person who took our reservation and our money forgot to write down our reservation information on their paper and pencil booking calendar. When we attempted to contact the person in charge, Alex, we were met with his full voicemail box. He never answered our calls even though he was texting my husband about how the RV was already picked up or the generator was broken and couldnt be rented out. Now we get to deal with getting our money back which wont even come close to covering the money that was spent on food, supplies, and RV camping sites for our heavily planned trip. UPDATE/RESPONSE: You did charge my credit card for the rental deposit and I had to have my bank dispute the charge since you were unable to find the transaction for whatever reason even though my bank and myself provided the transaction information from our bank statement. We were told that paperwork would be provided upon delivery. You were only in constant contact with us via text since you wouldnt answer your phone (owner). The only person we spoke with, day of, was the guy who took the reservation and charged us the fee. He admitted to forgetting to enter the reservation. The only alternatives that were given to us were in no way comparable to the original reservation. Dont see how your incompetence is our fault.

Would definitely rent again. Our motorhome was set up and ready to go when we arrived.

Ive rented a motorhome for the last two years from Alex at Advantage Caravans for an annual event I hold in Sacramento at which we use it for an onsite event office. Alex is so easy to work with! I just reserve online, pay a deposit and he delivers the motorhome to the site without hassle or a bunch of red tape. He makes it extremely easy and convenient for me when I have a thousand other pieces of the event to worry about. Our generator went out this year (not because of the condition of the generator but because we had it in the sun on black asphalt for many many hours). This could have been a disaster for our event on closing day, but Alex showed up with a backup generator within a half an hour on a Sunday and saved the day! Im indebted to him and appreciate his customer service and reliability. I will continue to rent from Advantage. And who knows, if I ever get to take a vacation Ill definitely rent a motorhome from Advantage and might actually go somewhere!

Hi everyone. This picture is of Alex Busygin and myself standing in front of his office at Advantage Caravans in Sacramento, where my jwife and I rented our motor home. I just want to say that Alex is a fair and honest man. Last year we had a minor problem with one of his units, and he felt so bad, that this year, he gave us a motor home complinentory. The unit was great, and we had a lot of fun. So if you need to rent a Motor Home at a fair price, I would suggest goint to Advantage Caravans in Sacramento.

Terrible customer service. The trailer we ranted for dry camping had dead batteries and empty propane tanks, which left us stranded for the weekend because the owner didnt even bother to call us back to help. When we returned the trailer, he argued that it was our fault for not having a better way to charge the dead batteries he gave us. And he had the odasity to say that he had enough customers - needless to say, he lost the good ones, as we will never rent from this place again.
