Penny was great on the phone which is why I decided to come in. She was training another associate as well as handling two separate customers while also helping me to complete my contract. I was able to secure a unit and set up an automatic monthly payment. Penny was a great help!

I have two storages there and I also have family members who have storages theyre very nice Penny in general they are always communicating with me and if I run into an issue Penny did everything she could to help me out I would really recommend them.

I’ve had my items at this storage for about 4 years. Every time I’ve gone I have had no issues with the gate, strange ppl or the facility being unkept. Which is why I have been here for so long. I just moved to a larger unit so I can access my belongings when needed. They made the move very smooth and even helped where needed. Everyone there is extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciate the staff-they do all they can to make sure your happy and you have everything you need. Pennie always goes above and beyond. She is such a lovely person. She always makes me smile.It is also conveniently located not far from 99 on Stockton Blvd.
