Went to the store and asked for a part look up…. They give me a part, I ask them if they are sure, and they say yes…. Go home to install, and it’s the wrong part …. Went to the store for a return, with no service recovery… went with amazon which has a 50% discount with next day delivery…. Save ur self a trip and shop on amazonUpdate: their online people apologized, 1->3 stars …. The only reason I went to the store first vs amazon, cause I wanted to get advice, and get part today. Given failure of advice, I will need to be pretty desperate to make same mistakes again.

Sold me the wrong part, and their excuse to selling me the wrong part is oh he is new here must I feel empathy for someone who just started? Where is the proper training? they gave me a run around on why they cant give me my money back.Very very incompetent people. I dont recommend anyone spend their money here. Before checking to see what was available I inquired as to which washing solution they can recommend which doesnt leave a white residue after washing, rinsing without towel drying.The discussion involved the manager and two assistants.None of the three could grasp and understand the question, although I re-phrased the issue various times.Apparently my question had never been asked before.In exasperation I said: So you dont know... right?I turned away in frustration and checked the various products on the shelf myself and found the following in plain sight:

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was sold the complete wrong part and had to deal with terrible customer service from someone named “Mike”. He was incredibly rude and seemed like he just wanted me out of the store. I tried to explain the problem and he refused to listen. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this location again.

I shop here when I can buy online with 25-35% off coupon codes and pick up at the store within 20mins. Their Speeedperks system is pretty sweet, nice to randomly have $5-12 off of purchases.Things like axles, batteries, and O2 sensors make sense to get from here. Things like radiator caps should be bought from a dealership or wherever they sell OEM. Trust me, a 3rd party radiator cap has blown radiators on multiple cars for me. I finally learned ;)

The Saddle Brook Advance Auto Part is a gem, they always go the extra mile to fill my parts requests. Lots of parking and close to other stores which is very convenient.

Negative 10 stars!!!!!!They’re suppose to assist you, right? Wrong! My son went there for a battery and I told them that they will remove and install it for them. I was working and couldn’t do it. They told him that 1 person was at lunch and the the 2 others that were there couldn’t help. I guess they were busy doing nothing. They gave him and cart of tools and sold him a battery. Well, my son broke the special cable clamp AND advance didn’t even have this part! Now the car is dead and can’t go anywhere. I had to leave work and go there. After seeing what happened, I went in the store and asked why they let my son do this when it’s advertised that advance will help. He told me the lunch thing and was rude about it. When I asked I thought the customer was always right? He said No they aren’t. I returned the battery, called a flat bed to bring it home and then went to another store where the employee was exceptionally nice. This entire ordeal took 3 hours and $400 out of my pocket because THEY were busy. I will NEVER shop in SaddleBrook Advance Auto AGAIN!!!! I will push my car home before I get another item here. I know nothing will be done about this, but damn if feels good to let people know how the customer is treated.

An ex-employee, Oscar and his team will do the very best to serve you. They will always do right by you and try to work with you every step of the way. There are specific company guidelines they must follow during battery installations and wiperblades that require two people at the registers at all times. They will work things out with you if they can not get to your needs right away. To all negative reviews, they have helped out every customer with pricing and have gone above and beyond the assistance they are supposed to give you. Go fish

The older associate dude with the gold like hair told me they would not install the battery in my car pursed at their shop as it takes over 30min. Didnt even help when I stated I purchased the battery a few years back and they installed it in about 15 min. I wonder how long it takes to lose 2 screws pop the battery and put the new one in? Not going back to this store.
I tried to order a second air filter for power equipment that was ordered for me 1 year prior and either new owner manager said I never ordered one. Either it was totally new ownership and the guy didnt know what he was doing or I was lied to.

Fantastic service! Showed up 10 minutes before closing on a night before a holiday, in miserable weather, badly needing wipers, as I could barely see anything driving partners car. Got them installed and on my way in no time. Wouldnt make it to the destination without these guys!

Juan had poor customer service skills. No intentions on offering any resolutions and quickly dismissed any question torwards my help, Even after there store had sold me the wrong break pads. He continued to remain defensive and irritated as if he wasnt entitled as an associate to do his job.
Fast service, if parts have to be ordered they have a quick ordering process. Prices are a little higher than a lot of other parts stores.

There is a slim little Puerto Rican who is not very attentive to Hispanic people serving angry and defensiveThey should put it in another place where people do not have customs of good education and cordiality. This place visited him to make my purchases of auto parts frequently is close to my house but I prefer to go a little further to Clifton where the treatment is good and very different
