Rude associates that don’t know what time they close. Door says 3 menu says nothing and the associate says 2. I asked them if they deliver they said no they do not. But clear as DAY on their menu it says free local delivery $10 minimum. Food is bland at best.When calling they NEVER answer the phone. If by some miracle you get them they leave you on hold then hang up. Management should fire the lot of them and rehire a whole new staff!

The bagels are fresh and veggie cream cheese was homemade and awesome. Just tried their egg and cheese sandwich loved it! Orders are made in front of you and very fresh. Prices are reasonable!edit: not sure what happened today I always get the same order today order did not come out good, they are skimpy on the smoked salmon, unfortunately I will not be returning.

This is my favorite bagel spot to go to! I go everyday after the gym or before work. They have great healthy options. I usually get the bacon egg white and cheese on a whole wheat bagel and it taste amazing. Idk why they have other reviews stating its not sanitary and the food isnt good...they have great customer service, very quick in prepping the food, and just great fresh food all around!

They have some of the best tasting breakfast. Overall good spot. Just make sure you verify your receipt for pricing and the order. Ive noticed twice Ive been here I was charged .50 more for something and I was missing my toast.

Great bagels, I buy a bunch for the week. Nice hard outside, soft inside. Before I toss them in the fridge one must be sacrificed. My wife and I rip one to shreds. In the morning, cut in half and into the toaster! Toppings afterwards can vary. Butter, egg, cream cheese, tuna if lunch time. Staff is always nice. Plus side, lots of cool places to visit while your there. Car wash, coin store, Harbor freight, card store and a bunch more! Great little community of stores to shop in. Good location!

Terrible. It’s rare they ever get an order correct. I’ve asked for toast and received untoasted bread. Ive been charged more than the menu prices. I’ve ordered omelettes and never got ketchup packets or silverware. I’ve asked for two sandwiches and only received one. I’ve asked for bagels and never received them. I only gave this place so many chances because of its convenient location. When I saw them drop a bagel on the floor, pick it up and continue to serve it I was done. Do not go here. There are plenty of other options in the area.

I am a personal trainer in the area and I tell ALL of my clients to come here. They come on a weekly basis for healthy cooking. The negative reviews are from a disgruntled employee that was previously fired for poor job performance. She is now trying to paint a bad view of bagel bros but EVERYONE in the area knows how good they are. The fact that she is taking time out of her day to create accounts and create lies not only makes her pathetic but immature and extremely rude. I guess some people don’t know how to leave gracefully.

Just got a dozen bagels for the office and everyone is telling me the bagels are delicious - I know they smelled good and was pleasantly surprised that they were fresh and still warm at 9am! Staff was fast and nice and patrons were nice as well. Overall great experience and bagels!

Horrible experience. Got upset with me because I asked if the everything bagel had rye seeds. When I order a egg sandwich he persisted to tell me that I was ordering my sandwich wrong, saying that a fried egg and a egg over medium was two different things and raised his voice at me. I told him not to raise his voice at me, at which point I told h I dont want any food. While making my coffee he told me to get out of his store using profanity and began to follow me across the street. Never going back.

I had breakfast at this place this morning, this place is brand new, it seems that the owners took their time in making it perfect. the place is very clean.They have great tasty bagels that taste super fresh. the staff is friendly and take their time to insure quality of the food.

Food was good however the owner and whomever else was working on the grill have zero knowledge on how to appropriately run a business. I came in for BEC sandwich. It was busy and there were only 4 total staff members. The two male employees, I assume one was the owner, repeatedly yelled at the two girls and complained about them. I was in there for 15 minutes and there was not one single item that came off the grill that they did not have a complaint and verbally yelled at the two girls taking orders. I was disappointed. I realized I forgot to ask for ketchup so I asked the girls to please let them know for which they then yelled at the girls to get the order right. At this point - I had enough and I asked the owner to refrain from yelling at his employees in front of the customers and that I hadnt heard him say a single nice thing since I walked in the door. He tried to justify it by saying they get the orders wrong - so I asked him why didnt he yell at me for ordering wrong - which he replied he doesnt yell at customers. Well I told him that in all my years working in food service up to multi million dollar companies I would never find his behavior acceptable. I dont care if the Food is AMAZING - he treats his female employees like trash and I wont go back.

I had an Italian special on a bagel.Really good quality deli, and the bagel was as close to a Staten Island bagel as I’ve found around here so far. $10 bucks for lunch with a coffee to go.

Went yesterday morning to order and noticed 2 guys behind counter, one serving not wearing gloves or face mask and the other guy with mask covering his chin. Obviously i walked right out of there. Stay away unless you want to risk getting sick!!!!!

Went to HF for some tools with my son and spotted this new place across the street. We decided to go in and give it a try and boy, were we not sorry ! We both had hot sandwiches. They were cooked to our specifications. Everything tasted very fresh and portions were very moderate. This place will not leave you wishing for better. We were completely satisfied..

I just moved to Saddel brook and tried most shops in town. this bagel store is very clean. I mean I walked in the store and looked on point everything well organized and friendly environment . I Had an excellent bacon egg cheese with a lot of bacon comapared to the other shop in town and it cooked just the way I wanted it. This is my bagel shop for me and my family thank you bagel bros 😀

Their food is terrible, the service is terrible! I ordered a egg sandwich and the egg tasted old! I asked for a new egg and they screamed at me and told me that I have to pay for the new egg, and that I don’t pay for the eggs in the store so they weren’t gonna make me new ones unless I paid FULL PRICE. Their salad they mix with old salad, their So unsanitary, the freezer cream cheese they lie and say that it’s fresh even if it’s weeks old, I knew a girl who worked their and she’s the one who told me all of this! I will never be coming back to this deli!!

One of my favorite places to eat, I’ve been in bagel store’s all over the tri-state. Hand rolled, clean and Freindly always nice and helpful, my top place to eat.

To all the recent comments that are saying this business is “great” and assuring that the 1 Star commenter is a “lying employee” are really oblivious and is letting a store owner keep up a disgusting business! Why would an employee lie about a resturnant that she literally worked in? I saw this girl! She was working there last week and she was very sweet and helped out, I saw her sweep all places around the store. So for you guys to say that she’s lying and spreading false information must not know how to run a business. The owners who are ray Mac and Ralph are digusting people with bad attitudes and I saw how they treated her. They treated this girl poorly and as you can see by the other old reviews she wasn’t the first girl to be mistreated. So for a old former employee to put out there what’s REALLY going on in a store and letting the “owners” manipulate to come back and keep spending money and telling you to write a positive review to over look the others is disgusting. I won’t ever recommend this place, not after how they treated that employee, and other former customers including myself!

Delicious food but their ordering system is awful. Put in an order at 8:03am for delivery. Called at 8:57am wondering where it was. The girl who answered the phone said they dont deliver on the weekends. I asked why doesnt the website say that or the website not allow ordering on weekends. She said she was sorry and then asked if she should start making the food for pickup. I said Its not even ready yet?. She said she never even got the order because its via fax and the fax machine doesnt work really well. HUH???? Get it together guys.

The older guy with the mustache was very rude to customers. No manner. The guys in the back making the food were more customer friendly.

New restaurant, I tried it today, food was very good, much better than the old restaurant that was in it place, very clean and friendly service, so friendly I took the time to leave a review.

I use to like this place alot. The two last times i was there my food was wrong. I saw that they made one of my breakfast sandwiches wrong. I stopped them and try to explain what was wrong. I watch theowner. Swap the meat egg and cheese back and forth between the roll and the bagel. Then he blamed me for it be wrong in the first place. I asked for my money back and was told no until the owner goes just give her money back and go else where there are other bagel places all over.

This place is awful. Don’t bother wasting your money here.
