The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They also do boarding for birds and have different selections of food. Not to mention that the bird they have are so cute!

They always take great care of my birds when I board them. Its nice to have a place that I feel comfortable that my birds will get the care and attention they need. Started boarding here after a bad experience at another bird store and have used them ever since. Competent, caring workers.

This is a store like no other we know1) Owner on site2)Mary Lou values the Birds well being in First Place and would not ever place the mighty dollar above that (as many or most other shops do)3) She is an expert, so we hear her when at her store4) Awesome boarding, our Sophie does not miss, enjoys time out of her cage, fresh fruit, and 1 on 1 attention ; basically May Lou does not board a bird inside a box, yet she works to our birds best needs and our best interests combined.5) Prices are beyond reasonable, we got free feed samples (only here), we have also special ordered through her, to get a text once she finds what we look for, at the best price in the market.6) We feel comfortable coming here, spending here, and yes Mary Lou is solid and blunt spoken; not only the birds sometimes need a shake, however us, as their caretakers, we need it too, from the ones that know better.Its always a learning experience.Sometimes we try to understand who in reality rescued who? :)

Kinda old fashioned. Used non electric tools... An actual old fashioned nail file... My birds nails were odd looking and not smooth

This place is the best they take really good care of your bird if you leave special instructions for your bird they will do them they will go above and beyond for you I love this place and the people are so nice and the store is very clean they make you clean your hands before walking in

Great place to leave your pet. Place was being cleaned at the time. This shop takes the pets environment seriously. It didnt have that dirty cage smell like other shops tend to have.

They lied about having the birds trained!I asked them about whether I can hold the love bird I wanted, but it was clearly very scared. I dont know much about trained birds, but I know that it takes less than A MONTH for the bird to get used to a new place and owners.

Idk..I just dont like how the store is cramp feeling and loud. And to me some of the birds seems stressed because of all the noise but again thats just me. But I will say this they keep the store very clean and tidy. All the bird cages are clean and the baby birds are well fed and cleaned. Again its just a fact to me it just seems a little cramped in there. Other than that its a nice little store and its nice to have staff that know what theyre talking about when it comes to birds

Place to go for all your feather friends needs. They know a lot about birds and they answer almost every question. They help us in so many ways.

I appreciated that the birds looked healthy and well cared for, and the staff seemed to actually care about the pets. Many stores feel like animal prisons, this one does not.

They have a lot of knowledge of birds and what there doing and I love that they raise these birds themselves amazing place and would love to go again.

I own birds and I understand how messy they can be. BUT.. the water dishes on some birds looked like they havent been changed in a week...or more?!?!? Omg. And even in the cages of birds that WERE BOARDING THERE!!! I would never ever board my bird here. I dont get it. The lady was checking inventory and should have been checking water bowls. I guess this is the owner .. ? I was there w/2 friends of mine one morning, and overheard owner talking to a nice woman and All I heard was $$$$ $$$ all she kept saying was about prices.. and which bird was on sale and why. Her larger birds are in cages way too small in my opinion:( I understand people need to survive .. but ugh. This is why you should adopt not shop. Good luck to this shop but there are many others that I would go to befor this one, so sorry to say :(

Got my bird there, he is very tame when i got him and he is living up to the expectations that the owner said he would. The owner knows what she is doing and the staff there is one of the best ive ever seen.

Got my Nanday conure there and he is the sweetest little guy ever. They really do a great job there handling their birds and socializing them. He was very tame when we got him and has never bitten and Ive had him for 2 months now. They also have an amazing selection of toys.Edit: I would also like to add for those of you that have left negative reviews...please stop unless you know what you are talking about. Some birds do t like new people no matter how well trained they are. My sun conure will but anyone but my husband and I and hes very well trained... parrots dont just bend to everyones will. Why would they? They arent dogs...they are smarter than dogs...if you want a dog then buy a dog.Also, my Nanday conure can make his water dish dirty in 5 seconds flat. He likes to Dunkin his pellets in it and put any food he doesnt want to eat in his water right away. I change his water like 10 times a day but at the shop they literally cant change it that often... believe me they change it quite a bit.So please everyone stop being so harsh!

I bought my cockatiel and black headed caique there, its the best store in the area, always clean and well supplied.

All the birds seemed really stressed and really old like they’ve been there cooped up a long time. Store smelled really bad. When I walked in no one was there, and then a woman came in and didn’t greet me or ask if I needed any help. Place seems more like a closet with birds shoved in it than a pet store. Felt very unwelcome.

Just got my sun conour nails, winngs, and beak trimmed here. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Will definately be visiting here again!
