I love target, how can you go wrong? You can’t. The environment, staff, the products, & sales. Also, I love how they have Starbucks in there now as well! Just makes it feel even more like home! Even if I am going in there and they are all out of it… at-least I leave with something. Lol.

I have loved shopping at Target for many years. Since the store local to me closed, I (not for the first time) placed an order online. It was the first time since I have been at a new address, however. I made sure when I placed the order that my address was updated both for shipping and billing. I then deleted the old address. My entire order went to my old address in 2 separate shipments. They did refund 2 items that I could no longer get due to their return policies. They also gave me $15 worth of gift cards. Whomever lives at my old address got my entire order free of charge. I asked Target to take full responsibility for this by refunding to me the full amount of my order, and replacing the items that I did not receive. That seemed fair and reasonable given that the mistake was on their end. They refused. I did not expect such a low level of customer service from them. This has really affected the way I now perceive Target. Their loss will be Amazons gain.

We enjoyed getting out and going to Target. My wife loves the prices out here.

Extremely clean store. Its undergoing a typical, modern remodel as of now. Was maybe one of the last 90s era stores in Michigan?

Upon checking out at the self check out, I was scanning the barcode on my phone to pay and the team member asked if I needed help. I said it is not scanning to register payment. He then proceeds to say that” it is scanning and the beeping noise means it scanned.” The register clearly did not take the transaction after scanning a couple of times. He made me feel stupid as if I do not understand how to scan a barcode on my phone. Did not bother to even assist me with my purchase. Horrible first and last impression of the store.

Its just a big fat lie when they tell you they have something available in your store, and you click on it and find out its not available in your store, or any nearby store. It is not available for delivery, it is simply not available. Target is getting worse and worse at this and Im sick of spending so long online coming away with nothing. Im not going to go to Target before summer begins to find out they have absolutely zero things for children for summertime theyre seasonal items and theyre done selling them. It is June 6th for crying out loud, and we are in Michigan.

Highly recommend not shopping here. Theyre not very customer friendly. Tried to return a Christmas gift one of my children received and they said they couldnt accept a return because the item is no longer in their system. Yet when you go back to the toy aisle the item is on the shelf for sale. How can something not be in your system yet youre still selling said item?

You have moved the store around and it was difficult to find what i was looking for, several employees walked by me and smiled, but none asked if I needed any help.

We will drive to Saginaw just for Target. They have good prices and an entire isle of board games that you have probably never heard of. The staff are also very friendly here.

Fast and accurate. I ordered two barbies for myself and usually I’m scared to do so from online because the person who picks them out seems to pick out the most disfigured one. Both of the ones I picked out came in pristine condition, no wobbly eyes or melted plastic. The boxes were very nice as well. Will order again.

Pick up XL Twin sheets from Target. It was my first time using pickup service. Would definitely use it again. Even though it was only one clerk doing returns she promptly called someone to assist me in a manner of minutes.

Cleanliness and service

I shop at Target every Sunday evening. It is usually a very pleasant experience. However, this past Sunday, 2/23/2020 was an exception. I am willing to try again.

Cheyenne the cashier at the Saginaw store is amazing. Always very helpful. She noticed I had too much to carry out and offered to get me a cart. Also made my son feel very special by giving him a lego smock. She is always kind and helpful when we shop. Honestly, I look forward to visiting your store because of her ❤️

Very helpful staff when I asked for help. The guy had to take me half way across the store from where he was working but he was great help. So much better than Walmart.

I purchased a TV and someone was supposed to help me get it out to the truck I was putting it in. They said I couldnt take the cart that it was on out of the store by myself. The person who was supposed to help me was dealing with an irate customer. My son finally came in and carried it out.

In my opinion, its gotten to be a great location over the years. I can go in, get what I need and get out. Quick shopping trips!

Yesterday I went to Target with my family and I. The cashier was amazing and had amazing people skills! She made me laugh and was very friendly and I just wanted to write in and give her recognition.

All employees and most customers had a mask. All employees were helpful and cheerful.

Their Customer Service phone line is pathetic as they either dont pick up. I hard two different people answer from departments other than customer service and was disconnected rather than Customer Service answering the line. The employees Ive met while actually in the store have always been helpful and courteous. Management needs to address this issue immediately!

I have had my Target RedCard for 7 months now. I have NEVER missed a payment with them. I have also NEVER had a payment returned to them for any reason. I ALWAYS pay my balance down to 20% EVERY MONTH. I paid it this December 17th, and the payment cleared my bank on December 18th. They REFUSE to post it to my available credit. It is not like I need it, or at this point would use it. However, there is NO REASON that they should be holding my payment hostage. My e-mails to them and phone calls have all gone with BS excuses. Now they want me to call my bank on a conference call with them. This is ridiculous to say the least. I will be paying off this card this month, and never using it again.

I think that every department store should have a map or listing of items in their store and where they are located. I didnt want to wander the store (which is unfamiliar to me) looking for an item that I thought would be located in pharmacy, but was actually in the baby department.

Great prices and large assortment of many products. Good deals and many sales make shopping fun at Target.

Amazing customer service

Looks like a dump. This is what I imagined a Target would look like in Haiti but I’m pretty sure Haiti’s is still better. I almost forgot to mention Lorinda should be replaced. She seems like she hates her job. They’ve got terrible customer service to match the dump of a store. Never thought I’d say this but Walmart is a lot more appealing now.

I like the store, the selection, the prices and also like the convenience of store pick-up when ordering on line. Having the store pick-up near the door makes it much better than many other retailers.

I would have liked this store, but I still hold a grudge for how I was treated as an employee years ago. Unless things have changed, you have to work through your breaks to meet their standards but they will pretend that they strictly enforce having legally required break periods. They will also fire you without explanation or warning just prior to getting your modest pay raise at 90 days (so they can hire-in a cheaper worker). Unethical labor practices are definitely present here. I virtually never shop here as I would hate to imagine giving money to the management after that experience.

I love ordering from Target on line . I shop, pay and wait 10 to 15 minutes for email saying item is ready to pick up . Walk in the front door and turn to the left to the counter . 5 minutes later I have my item and I am on my way home . This is fast and no hassles

Great shopping place and great sales. Not the best place to shop for frozen goods but candy and healthy snacks are a great option here. Staff is friendly and the place is kind of clean. There is free WiFi and its a place people would like to go to.

I checked online for an item only available in stores. Targets website told me it was available in Saginaw. I went there on my lunch hour to get this item. Only to find out that they really dont update their inventory like they are supposed to. Store was nice. Hardly any employees around the floor to help.

I paid with a 100 dollar bill and the self checkout gave me 9 10s back so I asked the woman at the customer service desk if I’d be able to get bigger bills, her response to me was,”go to a bank.” They need help with their customer service tactics.

Love the remodel and product quality upgrade

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service line I called. I went to order the Graco car seat during Black Friday and they were sold out. Called the customer service line and the gentleman I talked to said I could call back when they were in and get it for the black black price if I mentioned the sale. Long story short...I spent a total of 3 hours between 3 days talking to customer service reps repeating my story over and over again. Was told at one point they would honor the price and then never received the email. Called back for a 3rd time and they said they could absolutely not do anything for me and they would not honor the sale . These customer service reps need to get their info straight and make sure they are communicating to the cutomers.I also used Target for my baby registry and will not be recommending them to anyone in the future. Items were constantly being discontinued and/or out of stuck.
