I was just in this store! I had a ton of fabric and Hope did an amazing job cutting all of it and multitasking her job. Then I saw her helping someone else in checkout with very detailed order. She was amazing! My guy that checked out my items was very nice as well. Great job guys! Thank you!

Fun store to go to. I love how the holidays items go on sale before the holidays so you get a chance to pick up quite a bit of whatever you might want period prices are decent period inventory was nice and big. Clean store which I appreciate.
I love shopping there and found just what I wanted however I purchased 5 children masks and when I got home there were only 4 in my bag. It was to cold to go back to the store. I shall call to see what they could do.
Im quite happy to say, even though it was done a little begrudgingly, Joanns did the right thing and honored their sale price. Initially the woman just kept setting them aside, No, this isnt it, this isnt it... Then my sister, said Ohhh no, so then your sign is a lie? Then she went back, took a picture, and the sign clearly states no exclusions. The manager said it was only for acrylic. Guess what, they are acrylic, it doesnt matter if theres glitter in it or whatever theyre still acrylic paint so she said just give it to her. This was a great victory 😁

Great store but I would like to give them 5 stars but I cant because the asiles are one cart asiles not enough room for 2 carts .
Hope the manager at this location is extremely rude to customers and her employees she didn’t help anyone ring up customers she left my cashier the amazing Sean to bounce between registers ringing customers up while she hid in the back doing nothing. She took my receipt trying to complete a return and walked off and never apologized or spoke with me directly. They also charge a $25 which she refused to waive after making me wait and not communicating with me of what was going on she left Sean to rely messages to avoid me for whatever reason when I confronted her about this she had an attitude and didn’t seem to care at all.Thank you Sean the amazing male cashier who apologized for his bosses rude behavior and I let him know I felt sorry for him being under such lack of leadership and wished him the best. This place is under staffed and lacks communication would not recommend.
Always waiting, not enough cutters not enough cashiers. A quick 5-10trip always is 30-40 minutes.

Did curbside pickup of an online order. Order was perfect and at a great price. The girl that delivered it to my car was rather ride and didnt even ask our name just tossed the bag at the open passenger window. 🤦

Usually have everything I need, lately the yarn selection has been a little wanting in terms of Caron One Pound and some other yarns, but I like to come in this store. Its always clean and the staff are always helpful and nice.
All was fine, except Im glad my daughters werent with me as there was a transgender person at check out . Dont want to explain it to my kids in the store.

Do not EVER order online!! I was charged for a product that I never received and its been over 2 months of back and forth. Cant get through on the phones and they answer emails maybe every 2 weeks and it doesnt even address the problem, just gives you a generic response. I would never order from them again and at this point will give my business to Michaels or Hobby Lobby!

I realize a small town like Saginaw cant support a large store but it seems that there is more space dedicated to crafts than fabric which is my interest. In spite of having 6 registers, it is very rare to see more than one open even with very long lines. Since it is the only fabric store in town, I deal.

I have been going to JoAnns for fabric since my mom took me there as a kid. Always a good time browsing the store.
Great deals right now this late in the season. Store is kind of in a disarray. My only issue is nothing that they scanned was scanning correctly. If I hadn’t been paying attention, I would have been charged way more than I should have been.

I feel like midland has more fabric options. The cutting counter employees my seem competent and while having two employees back there one was clearly struggling measuring and the other wouldnt turn around to even notice she needed help, meanwhile myself and 4 others are in line waiting. ALSO their cashiers, had 3 on staff. One was training and being coached by cashier two and the third kept leaving to put items back or price check things and would have to get paged back to the front
Great stuff but their bait and switch signs are very misinformed they make big words for the sale but small print for exclusive things embarrassment at the register

Three Fabric Clerks for helping one customer while i had to wait. Wasnt the best use of resources and not the best customer service. However the cashier was very attentive and helpful.
Not much different than any other Joanns. On the upside, they have a larger selection of fabric and yarn than the Bay City location.
The check out line was horrible. One cashier who was so slow. This seems to be the new normal for this store!

This is where I go anytime I need to get a certain kind of fabric for any projects that I am working on. They have an enormous collection of fabric material and patters. It is also helpful to download their app to get good coupons and catch all of the deals they have going on each day.
Has everything Im looking for and you can also order online and return at store makes it easy for you to complete a project. They do need more staff I understand overhead and cost used to be in retail but you do need more staff there were times it took me 10 minutes to find a staff member to help me find something and then there were times that I never found a staff member at all and gave up looking for what I needed and went to Hobby Lobby where its much easier it seems to find someone at times so I think they need to do some hiring or make sure they have one person in every area breaking down into different parts you know and then the bigger Parts where you have more people like your sewing your material have two people arts and crafts two people than you know your Decor make that one section and have one person sometimes there could be a long line for checkout but they bring people up quickly and get that moving but I do say that they need more people on the floor at Jo-Ann Fabrics to help.

Joanns is nice to shop for all your crafting needs. Its a typical craft store and normal prices can be a little high. You can get good deals with coupons. Its also nice to hit them up when they have sales.
There is a wide variety of fabrics and crafts items to choose from.the staff is helpful. But I do think they could use a little more staff on days when there are coupons. Sometimes there is a long wait in line to get fabric cut and then also when you get to the checkout

Great store for those crafty items and sewing. I went in to see if I could find some buttons and found exactly what I needed.

Always a great experience at the Saginaw location. For it being Black Friday, the line moved really quick. Only thing that could have made this shopping experience better, would be having more carts available.
Whats not to like? Everything I needed was on sale, and I was able to save more by using the app and coupons.

I like shopping at JoAnns but every time I go to check out there is some kind of issue with the registers. Like today they finally have 3 registers checking out customers but all the registers froze because one register was doing a return and another customer was paying with a credit card. The employee tried calling the HelpLine and no one was answering. The line to check out was so long. Usually, when I go to check out there is only one register open to check everyone out. I always make sure I am not in a hurry when I go to Saginaw JoAnns.
Store is clean and well organized. Seems to be well stocked and lots of good deals. Employees are very helpful but sometimes hard to find.
I always enjoy going to Joann Fabrics. They have such a great selection of material for when I am doing quilt design. I also plan my trips right that I save every time I shop.

Sad I couldnt find individual bingo ink blotters... I probably own half the fabric inventory. Love 1/2 off remenants... Especially when they are on sale also. Use your coupons. Dont ever pay full price. Its worth it to have several email accounts as all coupons will have unique bar codes. Also text messages, mailers and competitors coupons.

Love the products and selections and great sales, but HATE the lines at this location. You take a number to wait for your fabric to be cut, but then you wait in line to check out. Only 2 cashiers usually working with 6 or 7 cash registers available.
My sister was pleased with service
No separate counter for online orders. There was some sale going on and there were only two registers open. The line stretched halfway to the back of the store. They had seven hours to pull my one item order and never did until I showed up for it. I could have found the item in store myself and waited in line to pay.

I dont know if it was because the color of my skin but the 2 staff members at the cutting table (one hispanic and one older chubby white lady) was not helpful at all they sent me to look for 1 specific fabric that I could not find, about 3 times I had to walk back and forth 😡 one lady giving me a completely different answer than the other about where the fabric was located! not one of they lazy asses took the time out to walk a few feet over to show me where that fabric was located. For Those reasons a lone I will not be shopping there and I will be telling everyone about my experience there!
