This is my third time over the course of at least 15 years of having Fashion Floors install some type of flooring for me. The last time I had wood flooring put into my family room, hallway and half of my middle bathroom. Outstanding job! The time before was carpet. Outstanding job! Then I decided to have the carpet removed from my living room and dining room and wood flooring put down, however, the wood that I had used in my hallway and family room that would meet up against the new wood was no longer available. Fashion Floors contacted the maker of the wood and together they found wood that would come the closest to matching the already laid wood. Without hesitation, and without actually seeing the real product, only a picture, I bought the wood and arranged the installation. There is only a few things I can say...it is incredibly beautiful. Joey Sims was our sales person, he was with us the whole way through this process. And the most outstandiing workman installed the wood. His name is Fernando and his helper was Eric. It pays to get the best and you get the best when you shop at Fashion Floors in Saginaw, TX. And, let me also say one thing about the office manager. She was awesome. Went in for new carpet after a tankless water heater flooded my master closet. I took it as a chance to upgrade me master and master closet to high end carpeting. Joey was very knowledgeable about the selections they offered. After placing my order I received updates from Joey often on when I would arrive and when they could install, which was next day after coming in. On the morning of the install you could tell it was handled professionally. Joey met the installers who double checked measurements and carpet color before beginning. Before the installers left they asked where I liked my dresser centered and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with how smooth the process went.

Joey and staff are WONDERFUL. I called and needed carpet on my moms stairs in order to get a chair lift put in asap for her safety. They were ALL wonderful in assisting and getting the carpet ordered and then installed within a week. They worked us in even with them being booked for the week. They will be who I call in the future for any and all my flooring.

I had some foundation work done which included internal piers. So my tile floor was left with holes. I needed to track down this tile. I called Fashion Floors to ask if they could help. I was contacted by Joey Sims. Joey did MORE than I would have ever thought, despite the fact that I am NOT even a customer! He learned that the tile was a Home Depot exclusive, that the tile had been discontinued, and that Home Depot had sold all there stock of the tile. Finally, Joey lead me to Craigslist where I was able to find this tile. SUPER helpful... especially since I am not really their customer. If I do need my floors done, I KNOW who I will be calling. This company has super helpful and professional people.

I have used them several times. Joey helped us this time and it was a great experience.

Fashion Floors replaced the dining room carpet with matching 3 year old ceramic tile in the entry way and living room. Work was completed by a 1-man team. The worker was friendly and I felt very comfortable having him in my house. Finished job is fabulous. Tile matches flawlessly. No one can tell the tiles were not installed at the same time. Ill post pictures when I can get my phone to cooperate.

There is a woman that works there, I think her name is Hayley Imus. She is the office manager and is the rudest person I have ever met!! Her attitude and overall demeanor was very uncalled for. Maybe she would be better off at another place of employment instead of working with the public. I will NEVER return to Fashion Floors and as an interior decorator I found the selections for my clients to be very limited as it is a very small store anyway. Please dont waste your time by coming here. Very disappointing in every aspect!!!

Lippage issues, grout inconstant and even got grout on my walls that they couldn’t clean off. Here’s a new one, they wrote on my freshly painted wall. Gaps where there shouldn’t have been gaps and a chipped tile when they came to fix something else. They discounted it because how bad it was but I would have paid more to have it done right. When they discounted it, they said they are clear of any other issues... obviously they don’t stand behind their work.

We got vinyl flooring a few years ago and there are very large gaps in our floor. We are having our house remodeled and my contractor said they did not acclimate the floors to my house temperature and thats why they are shrinking. Since I am not in the floor business I did not know that until a few weeks ago. My husband told Kevin about it and he said he would come look at it. I called and left him a message to setup a time and have had no response.

Hiring a contractor is hit-and-miss. Fashion Floor is our first miss.My neighbors received an amazing new tile floor. Whole house. We were very impressed and decided to go with Fashion Flooring as well. Our experience wasnt nearly as good. The installer left us with a floor that is so uneven in some spots that we have to use shims or spacers to balance some of the furniture in the kitchen and dining areas and our shoes and sandals sometimes catch on the tiles when walking around.We complained to the folks at Fashion Floors and asked them to come out and inspect the work that their contractor did. No one ever showed up- but they did knock off $100 from the price of the job. So weve got that (and unevenly tiled floors and hallways) going for us.

Wood has smudges on it that wont come off. I think there was a few boxes that were defected wood. I have called and left message for Boston to call me back so that he can look at floor. Plus they didnt interlock the pieces together in some areas. Plus some of the wood is not glued they sound hollow. I trusted them since they have been in business for years but not sure at this point.

Fashion floors redid my carpet, tile, and wood flooring. I am very big on quality but also on price, they meet both. They have a monstrous selection and fantastic prices. My home has never looked so beautiful, and they destroyed the prices and quality of Home Depot, Empire, and 50 floors. Everyone that comes to my house is amazed at the quality of my floors...and I was amazed at the price out of my pocket book. Definite recommendation.

Horrible place of business. Spent over $20k on a custom house and they promised us everything. Tile work was horrible with uneven grout lines, not level, holes in grout, stated they could not grout certain areas because of spacing, etc. Kevin said would take care of it and not leave us after we moved in. Going on 3 months with little response back and talked to Boston. Still no response but to builder only. They stated since we purchased the tile, they would only cover the labor, yet their labor crew messed up the tile we had purchased. Tried to do a local business instead of box office business, and this is the customer service we got. If spending less than $20k dont expect any customer service. And if they mess up your tile, dont expect to get it replaced properly by the faulty crew they will hire to do your work. When we mentioned some improperly cut pieces, and worker took a hammer to remove the tile and took the drywall with it. We have many pictures of unprofessional work.

Purchased flooring in August, 1 week later chipping and peeling floor. Fashion floors made excuses and will not honor warranty. Do not buy from them.

Shady, poor installation and poor service. Lots of hype but no substances.Sales guy, Stan, promised the moon and left us hanging. Beware not good ol country folks
