I went to several smoke shops within a 3 mile radius or less. neither were helpful, just wanted to charge exorbitant prices.. finally I stopped at smoke plus.. What a difference, the owner was so helpful.. Not only beat the prices of other stores. Spent over an hour walking me through my purchases step by step.. I saved over $85.00.. Just a kind individual.. I am by nature a rough individual ( being a veteran doesn’t help )This guy treated me with respect.. I will never ever Grace the doors of these places they call vape shops..High prices zero customer service and zero recognition if you have a problem..Smoke Plus your are my new home..

My fiance and I have gone here for a while for our puff bars because he always has the best prices however we recently bought a puffbar and it burnt on us the same day after only a couple hours of using it which was very baffling to us so we went to put the activation code the company puts on the boxes so you can “register” your puff bar to ensure it’s a real one and lo and behold it was a fake one. Who knows what kind of chemicals we’ve been inhaling, I guess that’s what we get for buying the cheap ones. Oh and fyi the fake one has the sticker that says go to puffsalt.com to enter the activation code, that is a fake website the one you go to is puffbar.com not salt.

Bought a box of coils from here and all five were bad and would not fire. Went back to inform the owner and he promised the off brand coils would meet my satisfaction. The two he sold me then also didnt work. Will not be going back to this location!

This has been my go to smoke shop for YEARS. I don’t even live in Saginaw anymore but I still drive out there to buy from this place. Owner is very helpful, knowledgeable and always treats me and my husband with respect. Has very good prices and has a lot of stuff that other smoke shops don’t carry or don’t know about. If we’re looking for something and he doesn’t carry it, he will find it and save it for us for when we stop by again. Definitely recommend.

I went here to buy a Mod for my cart. I proceeded to ask for the S1 Mod. The owner changed the price when I asked for it. Blamed his wife, and then changed the price tag before my very eyes as charged me $30+... Really ? Hope your wife reads this to add sees you blamed her to make a buck. Or yall are both in it idk.... Couldnt charge me the normal price I saw before you steely l suddenly had to change the price tag????? Not coming here again SMDH
