This place is awful. Many many shelves completely empty. Diary sections more than half empty. Package lunch meats was more than half empty. Many other grocery aisles empty of products. I have not seen this as bad at bay city Walmart. This store does not offer sales or deals on any products in store unless placed on clearance racks. I do not enjoy shopping here.

Bottle Return area had issues two not working, one only took cans no plastic bottles. Then the other three worked, but then alarm went off to get attendant. No one came after 10 minute wait. Put bottles back in car, husband went in to cash the bottles he was able to get receipts for. Tried to get me an amigo. None available. Had to go back to car. Not able to walk very far since heart valve surgery 2 weeks ago & on oxygen. S waited for husband to shop and left. Short staffed and not many willing to help, the two that did not able to fix bottle return alarms. Do go there if needing to do bottle return, unless you dont mind only getting a few dollars worth. Not maintained very often.

Great prices, friendly staff, just really wish they would adhere to corperate policy and stop letting people bring their pet dogs in the store. ESPECIALLY stop letting them in the carts. Like come on, theres a huge sign that says no pets and no dogs in carts...

They had this super drippy sweat fit, so I copd it and now I look like I just got out of jail. Not Walmarts fault I’m ugly, but let it be known I have never been to jail…

Generally, Walmart is just about average. There have been a few nice cashiers and a few mean ones. Overall they seem to be fairly neutral.

Walmart is always Walmart. Some are laid out a little different but they are a place where you can find almost any thing you need. However, the Bay Rd, Saginaw store is having trouble keeping its shelves stocked. They need to get there act together.

The Pros:This Walmart location is a wonderful spot for all your grocery needs! They offer a wonderful variety of all produce, backed goods, meats and canned goods! They also offer a great selection of clothings and household needs!The Cons:If you are looking for Liquor, this Walmart does not sell hard liquors. They do sell Beer & Wine though.Overall, it is a great store!

There was a guy with a nasty dog inside of a cart thats not my idea of sanitary cleanliness. I think Ill do my grocery shopping at Krogers until I see a dog in there.

I would advise that you do not come here for a bit. The parking lot is half torn up. It is chaos because it seems that no one took the time to plan this repair out. Lanes are one way, then they stop/blocked, and its hard to navigate when busy (empty spots are needed to turn around). Bay Road, Saginaw location on October 9th.

Big store good stuff...They could do better with checkout but thats Walmart for you....

1st time in this particular one. Very pleased. Staff was so nice n helpful as I was so lost in store. Staff at this particular one went out of their way to help me n that didnt happen without good management behind them. Hats off to ask employees of this site

Conveniently located, easy shopping, good prices, friendly and fun

It is hard to find a worker that is able to help find things. Store is clean. There prices are not as low as the used to be compared to other stores. As far as the eye center, I would go to saginaws walmart eye center. When I think of clearance I expect 50% or more off, watch the original price. 10% -30%is more sale than clearance.

Nothing to complain! I often get curbside pickup and every time the staff is out their fast and packs it in my car quickly.

One good thing about WalMart is that the are in nearly every town so you can count on picking up just about anything when traveling!

The lady at the service desk name Pam was very rude to me.. did not greet me had a bad attitude an her shift had just started there was no reason for her to be rude with an attitude and was questioning me if I bought my item from Walmart very unsatisfied...

Workers are friendly and helpful but they cant point you in the right direction if the shelves arent stocked. Deliveries need to arrive more often.

I mean its Walmart. You pretty much know what your going to get going in. I appreciate the wide variety of products you can find at varying prices based on quality. Walmart always seems to have what you need at a reasonable price. Not my main shopping center but definitely have a few things I come here for specifically.

Lines too slow. However they do have more registers open than other Walmarts.The young man at the CSD is fantastic!!!! He also subs as a teacher. Great job.

Great place to shop amazing selection and low prices

Walmart has been disappointing me for a while now.. doesnt seem to matter which one I go to. Prices are much higher and stocking their stores seems to be an issue. For instance, my regular coffee that I buy went from 9.98 a bag to 13.59 a bag. Today, I stopped at a local place and purchased 2 red peppers @ $0.89 each, at Walmart they were $1.39 each. The bread I always bought at Walmart hadnt been in stock for over a month but today I found it at the hoitietoitie shop for $0.75 less than I had been paying at Walmart. I travel a minimum of 50 miles to go to the store. Ive always counted on Walmart to have what I need at a reasonable price. Since COVID, that is no longer true.

Always enjoy the prices and can usually find what I need in one stop.

My casher was a really great person I was in an amigo and I dropped a small item while putting my things up, as soon as he was finished with the person a head of me he rushed to pick that item up off the floor, I had to void some items and he was not annoyed at all I went to grab my bags to put them in the amigo basket he said please maam let me grab your bags at his age so young to be so polite I was really impressed

This place looks great and is kept in shape by the employees whom are always there to help.

It is generally well maintained and a great place to shop, but I’d always recommend going more local. I also generally prefer Meijers, but Walmart does have some really good deals.

Definitely a typical Walmart. Aisles are clean and shelves stocked. More real cashiers than most. Parking is always a bit tight.

This Walmart bakery will never get my business again.We ordered our five year olds cake ahead of time.They took the order and never baked her full sheet of cake.September 15thThe day of her birthday.The bakery manager told me all Bakers called off when i Just spoke with them an hour and 30 minutes before 2 p.m.My five year old and my husband and I were devastated.We had to drive all the way to Bridgeport Kroger to buy her a cake For her birthday.09-15 2021.😡😡😡

I visit here very often for pharmacy needs as well as groceries love the pharmacy staff they ate helpful and show compassion when addressing issues Ive sent all scripts to them and have the convenience of receiving text as soon as quickly complete

I shopped for some of the items on the ibotta app. Most were unavailable on many trips.

Really seems like a good place to shop. There are a lot of wally worlds but this one really has it together. I have used their car care center and even though Walmart seems to under man this area, they made it happen for me also.

Could definitely use some attention, seems kinda run down a bit, the parking lot is destroyed, the inside could use some love, Alot of young employees that dont really care if you need help or not, most have earbuds in, a few females felt like I was bothering then for asking where the automotive section was, one said its in the back, did not point or even look so I headed to the back, I think she radioed to the other employees that I was looking for the automotive section, because second lady I asked said it was on the other side of the building pretty close to where I started, I should have just got in the ha dicao scooter, but they were dlbeing used by able body teens, or were not charged or broken, good thing there is another Walmart close by

Looked on the app for an item. Kept refreshing my screen. Got to the store and they didnt have it. Still was showing available and 1 in stock at the same store 3 hours later. Wasted gas and time. I called ahead before and someone said they were out. I went 15 minutes anyway and it was a whole section. They need to have a better system. Store app sucks with real time

I love Walmart but why did they take out the scanner

The hiring manager needs to be replaced or the training needs to be changed because many of the workers do not know how to complete the tasks they are given to do for their entire shift. I love WalMart, but customer service especially here is not great.

The Walmarts in Saginaw are awesome they have everything and more of what youre looking for . Our Walmart in Tawas City doesnt carry half of the stuff that the Walmarts in Saginaw Cary and they have more to choose from.

Worst walmart checkout service ive ever seen. Multiple employees standing around while cashiers were overwhelmed. No one opened any more lanes or did anything to help. It took 40 mins to get 4 customers through the check out. NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

I came here to cash my stimulus check. The fee to cash my $600 check was only $4 even. Much cheaper than everywhere else! The only reason I did not give this store five stars is because all of the security implements and no workers to help me open up things to look at phone cases and chargers.
