Not my usual pharmacy, but I had to get some unusual meds for a delicate performance issue and I couldnt risk seeing anyone from church. Andre was very compassionate, understanding, and promised not to tell my pastor. 10/10
Scheduled an appointment 13 days ago for an upcoming trip. Received the confirmation this morning then on my way home from work got a cancellation text. Seriously, why bother letting us schedule if your going to cancel, now scrambling to find somewhere to go tomorrow~ thanks minute clinic FOR NOTHING! This is why I typically don’t go to cvs.
Wife went in for COVID antibody screening appointment and waited for about half an hour before she was told they ran out of test kits. I understand that they allow walk-ins but that screams of mismanagement when you cannot fulfill prior scheduled obligations. Thinking changing to another location or business to fulfill any future prescriptions. Not sure if this is somewhere Id want to get a prescription filled if this is how its managed.
This is usually my go to pharmacy but yesterday they refused to fill a Rx given to me by my Dr, stating that it was not FDA approved for that diagnosis. Excuse me but 1st) they do not have the right to question my Dr, if they wanted to express concerns, fine do so your conscience is clear but how dare you use an excuse that its not FDA approved for that treatment when 2nd) and more importantly you have been giving people vaccines for 18 months that also were NOT FDA approved. Obviously Ive switched pharmacies.
For years I went to this pharmacy for my meds. One of my kids was sick and we had a prescription. I dutifully turned it in and asked how long would it be until it was ready? They told me forty five minutes. Fine. They were slammed at five in the afternoon. Forty five minutes comes. I politely as how much longer. Maybe fifteen minutes. Were ultra busy. Fine. I get it. Later I ask when will my prescription be ready? And hour plus had already passed. I finally received the meds. I complained about the wait. Some manager yelled Go somewhere else! I took that advice. The Albertsons across the street is awesome! I never have to wait more than twenty minutes and there is more to look at and buy in a grocery store than overpriced candy and foo-foo shampoo.
I didnt use the pharmacy on my visit. Im from out of town and needed a few things. Maybe the pharmacy and store should be rated separately because we had the sweetest lady wait on us on the evening of July 4th. She was very helpful and informative. Will definitely go to that drug store when visiting my family that has just relocated here to Saginaw. Great town btw.
This pharmacy needs to be shut down immediately . Andre refused to fill prescriptions from my Doctor because of his personal beliefs. You sir are not a Doctor you put the prescriptions in a bottle thats it. I will be making a formal complaint with the FDA about this then going directly to the state of Texas licensing board.
Tried to walk in to receive a COVID 19 vaccination. Website and door both state they take walk ins. First went to the COVID 19 area and was told to go to the front desk by the pharmacist to checkin. Waited in line 15 minutes to be checked in just to be told that the pharmacist (same one who referred us to the front desk) was done for the day. Awful customer service….why not just tell us right away that you are no longer taking walk in appointments even though it was 2 hours until pharmacy closing time.
It’s a CVS. They have all the things you go to CVS for, but the pharmacy staff was less than helpful. I asked for some recommendations on OTC meds for a specific situation. The pharmacist was so disinterested in helping that I finally just moved on and helped myself. I realize these people are busy, but don’t have a consultation desk if you don’t plan to consult.
ALEXIS Is Super Helpful, Friendly and knowledgeable!! She set me up with my CarePass and quickly took care of all my questions and ringed up my groceries items as well!!! BRAVO TEAM AND BRAVO ALEXIS!!!
The Pharmacy has the worst service Ive experienced from any pharmacy. They need to be investigated.

Went there for a scheduled test and I found the person who greeted me at the drive through was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend them for your screening needs!
Pharmacy can be a bit slow, but they are accurate to the nth degree. Staff is helpful. Store is clean, and jeepers they have a LOT of stuff!!
I always get good service, and the wait time is no different than any other location Ive been to. Clean store and now evenore organized since remodeled.
Drive thru pharmacy takes FOREVER!! It’s supposed to be quick and convenient. Maybe you should think about opening up the secondary lane for pick ups too. Especially with all the COVID testing going on. Those of us that just want to pick up our meds don’t want to sit there forever! I’ll will be switching to Walmart.
Went to get a Covid 19 test and there was not a single sign anywhere directing me where to go. I then went into the PATIENT side of the little testing shack in the parking lot to ask a question and got screamed at.Who manages a business like this? It’s appalling.

The drive through takes over an hour all of the time to pick up medications especially when if there is more than 2 cars
The store is decent, but the pharmacy cannot stay out of their own way. The text service to alert a patient that their medication is ready, is always 1 day off. As some one who has a monthly prescription, I rely on this service being accurate, and it never is. My receipt shows the RX was ready one day, and the text was almost about 90% of the time sent the next day. The staff in the pharmacy is never consistent, they cant ever give a consistent timeframe of medication refills, and they always refer to a fantom manager always being off or on vacation. Im never going back here again.
This is for the drive thru Covid test. The older white lady with blonde hair in the pharmacy is very rude. I’m not in your drive thru scrapping my own brain because it’s fun. The least you could do is have some compassion for people. Especially sick people, literally crying in their car in the drive thru.

I have not had any issue with this CVS location. I use the app, so it informs me when my RX is ready. Im usually late in picking it up, so Ive never had to wait. Never had any discrepancies in my medications.
We switched to this CVS because out insurance changed - they are so much better then the Walgreens down the road! They are always nice, fast, and go out of their way to to help you out. If they dont have the prescription, then they will order it for you or can usually tell you when it will come in.
Horrible service,went to check in and the lady there was so RUDE instead of saying “Hi how are you” she said “what do you want”,they refused to take our insurance card saying that “we don’t take that insurance “ until my mom show her the insurance card and we know it was right because other cvs’s have took it.and after we were all checked in went to the waiting area and waited for so long only to find that the pharmacist was on her phone when many people were waiting on her
Used this pharmacy for years but wont any more. The attitude is that they are too busy to help you. I called to inquire about a RX and when it would be ready and was told that they were really very busy, the pharmacist was busy doing flu shots, everyone wanted their prescriptions in a hurry this day and they didnt know how long it would be. In other words, we dont have the capacity to fill the prescriptions we have and we cannot help you. Once I talked to the pharmacist I was able to get better results. She was helpful but that was after talking to the guy answering the phone about 3 or 4 times.
Worst customer service for Saginaw. Do the people that work here live here? I know my community is better than this. They have been reported to the Pharmacy board and to CVS corporate for their behavior. They say medicine is picked up but it isnt. They say insurance is covering X but ask for more that X. What kind of racket is this?
I am a new customer and was really hesitant with all the bad reviews for the pharmacy, but gave it a shot anyhow. Drop off was great, the girl was nice and courteous. Pick up wasnt too bad. The lady did seem very rushed and could have been more patient. Aside from the I dont have time for you to read what youre signing incident, all was well. Hoping next time will be the same or better!
A pharmacists who usually doesnt work there was filling in and was incredibly rude. She told me my script was illegal because dr. Left off the amount to be taken daily (1 even though it stated 30 tablets to be filled for the month) and then a tech provided me with an identical script filled there previously with the same Info. I simply told the lady please talk with management or other pharmacist so they know its illegal and so it doesnt happen to someone else but she ignored me, assumed I was arguing with her and literally walked away from me while I was explaining this to her. She made it clear she was too busy for me and could care less. I felt extremely disrespected even though I was trying to respect her point of view and will honestly never come back because of her. It was unprofessional and her lack of empathy was disgusting
Second time a refill request hasn’t gone through. I can understand it happening once, but two times? Very frustrating.
The wait is always slower than anywhere else. Most inefficient place. Many times when Ive called in a refill the refill is not ready for days. Im moving all my prescriptions elsewhere and cant wait.

Super short and rude. Literally unable to get through a single sentence without being interrupted, even when answering their questions. Only + is that they apparently have more in stock than the Albertsons. But Id just use Albertsons then have them fax it over to whatever has it available as needed. So. Rude.
Terrible customer service. Be prepared to wait like a week for your prescription to be ready that way when you pick it up you wont have to wait another 30 to 45 mins. This place is a joke!
Wish there was a 0 rating!! RACIST FREAK!! Some middle eastern Foreign Freak pharmacist did not give the lady in front of me, her medicine because she was Mexican! Then made a huge deal about it and the lady just looked down and walked away. He is such a horrible person no one should be treated like that. Piece of S***!

OMG! Ok so my father who is blind in one eye & Iis a insulin dependent picked up his script went home & lucky he read the bottles BC it was 40 units to high & had he taken it w out looking at the dose & name of the bottle, he would have died in his sleep BC it said take 90 units & he takes 40 & the Med was a higher dose.. This Id the 2ed time he was given the wrong med dose.. Two weeks ago they gave him the wrong pills again higher dose💊👀 beware of your med. Always look at your bottles!!!
They are an extremely busy pharmacy but so are the other local pharmacies. People complain about the wait but fail to see how understaffed they are at times and yet they remain pleasant to interact with.
Poor customer service. It always seems that I just happen to get the person that is new or doesnt know what theyre talking about. Was told I could use a coupon printed off online for my prescription and it would make it $50. She scans the prescription and coupon and tells me its $300. Then argues with me about how I need to call my insurance and work it out. The next day we contacted the manager and he fixed the situation.
Terrible terrible service in the pharmacy. I called to see if my meds where ready the very rude man told me that they put my meds back because I didnt pick them up in 7 days. I got the call on 15 the telling me they were ready, I went to pick them up on the 18th. (3days not 7) when I got there they was only one ready and the I was told there was only one. I was expecting 3. So after calling my doctor office myself they told me they called all 3 in on the same day. So it was the pharmacy fault. No big deal I was just trying to check to see if my other 2 meds where ready, so I called and got this very rude man that didnt want to admit they screwed up. He was talking over me. Telling me it was my fault and would not let me speak. I give him 0 stars.
I checked in online for the Minuit Clinic and I had an indicated 68min wait. I waited 45min before leaving the house to shows up slightly early to my scheduled appointment time. After I showed up I had another +60min wait to see the physician. Had I known I was going to wait over 2 hours to see someone I would have gone somewhere else. If Minute Clinic cannot meets its appointment times they shouldnt even give estimates. Cause being off by a factor two is not an acceptable error, thats a scheduling system failure.

I have difficulty getting medications filled every month. This month the medication that is filled every month on the same date is unavailable. The delivery time will be 2 to 3 days before the pharmacy will receive the medication.

Absolutely terrible. No communication, always out of stock on common medicine, consistently understaffed, staff has low morale and no give a damn. After many bad experiences with this location, Im finally switching.

5.5 hours to fill one prescription. The first time I thought it was a fluke. Today was the second time. There wont be a third.

Referring to the pharmacy, take your business elsewhere. Monthly meds that are needed are not ordered, and every month we are told it would not happen again. Not true. Working with insurance company to take prescriptions anywhere else.
