Had a tree fall on my Chevy ... It looks like new again thanks to EZ Auto body...

We had the car towed after an accident. The repairs took over a month. When we got the car back the auxillary light was on. EZ sent me the invoice of the repair and as the vehicle is under warranty we said ok we will have Mercedes look at it. We were being nice as in hindsight we should have not accepted the car. Now with the auxillary warning still on we have it checked under regular maintenance and Mercedes Manchester tell us Mercedes Lynnfield just re set the warning but the wires on this 300 2019 AMG Mercedes have been bitten by rodents! Obviously happened while parked at EZ body shop for more than a month. Now EZ will not recognize the repair. I do not recommend taking a vehicle to this body shop. Terrible slow repairs and unfinished work with what seems a rodent infested environment.

I was in an auto accident and Geico referred me here. Drop off /pick up was fast and professional and my car was finished on the date estimated. Repairs look great, they cleaned the inside and outside and even shined the tires! Highly recommend them!

I have gotten my car repaired here multiple times in the past. Top notch work everytime, always return my car in mint condition, and the costumer service was great. Would recommend to anyone that wants the best of the best

Working with EZ Auto Body was anything but EZ, unfortunately. I understand that when it comes to repairing a car, schedules can slip. With that said, I dropped my car off on a Thursday. When I called them on the following Monday, they said my car would be ready on Friday. Thus began the ordeal:- When I called them on Friday, they said it would be ready Monday- When I called them Monday, they said it would be ready Wednesday- When I called them Wednesday, they said it would be ready FridaySo, thats three consecutive postponements. If theyd said at the outset of the process that repairing my car would take two weeks, that would have been fine. Had they said on Friday, sorry, theres going to be a one-week delay, I would have been able to plan around it. Giving the run-around every time I called them three times in a row speaks to a process failure.Lastly to add insult to injury, one of their technicians drew all over my bumper sticker. While this isnt normally something Id get precious about, Im prepared to take this personally.While the front line staff at EZ Auto Body were polite and professional -- and while the repair was certainly thorough -- the leadership have done zero to respond to any of this. They get one star, and I hope that anyone who reads this goes elsewhere.

This place has been great. They did great work in the repair. Fought tooth and nail with my insurance to get me the best deals and repairs. Had an issue with my registration sticker. Took the money off what I owed them and let me print them, even though it was the insurance companys fault.

Last place Id recommend bringing a vehicle. Their attention to detail is a joke. Still need to bring my car back to have the paint fixed. This will be the 3rd time theyve had my car. Dont even bother.

Would recommend you stay away from here shady as it gets. My car had.more problems comming out then it did going in and they just claimed age of the car... windows and motors dont just break while in a repair shop cats go there to get fixed not come out with new problems

I needed repairs done on my car after a collision and it looks brand new now! The service staff were super friendly and accommodated me picking up my vehicle a few minutes after their closing time. On top of that, my car had been vacuumed, dusted and windexed on the inside, which I was not expecting! I highly recommend this shop!

This place is a joke to say the the least. The owners have no idea how to run a shop including a gentleman named Manny who works there unfortunately wouldn’t know quality if it was in front of them. I had to have my car professionally polished by a local shop to fix their errors. Too bad because it’s a great area! I definitely won’t be returning! Stay away

Had a great experience with these guys - the dealership told me I was staring down the barrel of a $2000+ repair and it turns out the two biggest line items on their estimate didnt even need to be done ( I was told my brakes were at 10% left; turns out it was more life 50% ). Thanks guys!

Great place & prices, service is excellent & they do a great job

This place is a local, independent, professional auto shop that will work on any make/model of car you could drive in. True story: My mechanic here saved us $1600 in a single visit! After several trips to a nearby stealership, I left reeling from the huge estimate for substantial parts & labor that I received when inquiring about a minor brake noise. As suspected, I was being oversold on unnecessary repairs -- a fact confirmed by my new knowledgeable, straight-talking mechanic, Manny. Also later confirmed? That same stealership attempted to oversell brakes/rotors to a business partner of ours on the same model vehicle a week earlier and Manny saved him thousands on unnecessary repairs, too!

Repair took a week longer then estimated. When we picked it up, a bumper sticker had been vandalized- someone had drawn over a sticker for a political candidate from the last election. Very upsetting.

They have done work on my car twice now. They did very good work and are invested in doing it properly. They called to let me know when they found frame damage and did not proceed until they got an ok from me and gave me an updated quote. The finished product is like new and they are perfectionists. The second job they worked with me on price as my funds were limited. I found an small issue and called them to ask. They had me bring it in and immediatly fixed it at no cost. Good people who take pride in there work. Would recomend to everyone.

RD Auto body is the best

I got my car back the next day, and they even vacuumed and dusted the inside of it. There’s an enterprise across the hall, too.

First and last time here, I dont mind paying what someone wants but I do mind not getting what I paid for. Advice for my fellow Salemites, get everything in writing and do not do business over the phone here.
