My little Toyota was hit, it had minor body damage and a bent axle that I straightened.After Gerber aligned it, it drove better than it did when it was new.State Farm recommended them and I am very impressed with the quality of their work. What else would one expect of an alignment by a man who works for the enjoyment of it and has his own Ferrari?

Great shop. Only concern is the entrance is hard to get into bc its on a busy street. Also, have to be careful when you pull in.Small shop, Major results!

I only went to Gerber for an estimate but they were awesome. They followed up with me after the estimate with an explanation of the estimate. Mike was quite up front about the process and quite informative.

CE Miller has done an awesome job on my car. I got in immediately for an estimate, they worked with my insurance and got manufacturer parts for my repairs. Every time I called there they were super nice and they had my car finished a day earlier than expected, and my car looks amazing. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Have put two repair jobs through this shop - they do a great job! Rhon is a skilled estimator, and when the job winds up being less involved (expensive) than originally estimated, he will personally call and let you know that - they dont pocket the extra money when the job gets easier. The auto body workers back in the shop do great quality work. I fear for the days a few decades from now when this generation of tradespeople will retire. Who will follow them?

Customer service: didnt feel like a valued customer,Quality of work: Work is not TRULY 100% guaranteed like they say.Example: I was concern about the finished results of my vehicle, called to express my concern and was pretty much told to forget it.Would I recommend to a friend: NO, and I definitely won’t be taking my vehicle there again.

Was told one week, it took two weeks and when I went to pick it up I was told it took twice as long because someone there scratched it and the had to repair it. They said they would compensate me and never did. However they were always nice.

So the lady that works there named Kim is highly disrespectful. I got my car fixed two months ago, because I was rear ended. I am almost about to have a baby and Kim knows that. She keeps calling me almost every week saying I owe her money . Last time I checked she said to me “ We bill the insurance directly”I don’t understand why she keeps bothering me and it’s very annoying since I’m in a lot of pain and still in pain from the accident . She’s very rude to me and talks to me like I’m a kid . I’m not the only one who’s gone through this . NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.
